Video popout stopped working...help!

A video within a website which provides live footage. When clicked it doesn't open up and play. It has only stopped recently and still works on other platforms , PC etc.
I've disabled pop up blocker but not luck.

Is there any way of fixing this? I've tried the usual: triple checked all vga cables & devices through trial & error. Bought a new DVI-VGA adapter. Reset PRAM, PMU, etc. Nothing works. Something is probably damaged, because my KVM switch was not working unless I hot-reseated the vga cable into it, leading to this DVI port, and that is pretty rough stuff.
Question 2 (related):
This dovetails into this: Can I drive a VGA monitor with the s-video output port on this computer. It would take an s-video (male)-to-15-pin-VGA adapter. Has anyone does this? So far, I haven't even found the adapter mentioned anywhere.

Thanks for the useful feedback, Knucklesmac. I agree. I must have blown something on the logic board -- because I had a faulty old KVM switch that would not switch between computers without some nasty hot-plugging/unplugging the VGA video cables. (wince!). It's like when Dizzy Dean ruined his arm because a line drive hit him in the foot and he readjusted his mechanics around the injury. I take the blame because this has been a great computer, and does not deserve any blame.

I've been working on this all day!!! I've tried everything I know of and can't get it to load either. Sounds like lots of people are having problems. Here is what I have so far...I have uninstalled EVERYTHING on my pc from apple and reinstalled itunes to no avail. I have tried all sorts of things I've read as fixes online. NOTHING has worked. Here is something interesting that i have noticed though. my main pc (which is the one i have always managed my itunes account with for years) is a 32 bit system running windows 7. Yesterday I installed itunes for the first time on my new netbook which is a 64 bit (windows 7) system and it works just fine. i have three other laptops (all window 7) in my household that are all 64 bit operating systems and ALL have updated to 10.5 and THEY ALL work fine. this is FOUR 64 bit systems ALL updated w/10.5 that work and ONE that is a 32 bit that will not. Can't get any help from apple. their suppot *****! I want to get someone on the **** phone or a live chat but cant. *** APPLE????? please let mw know if you find SOMETHING i can try next. I'm out of ideas and patience!

Was working yesterday and before. Now, it's stopped. Crashes with a window saying it stopped working. What is going on? I bought this program because it had that function.

1. What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?
2. If you say that "Video Share" stopped working, what specific export route and settings were you using when the crash occurred and at what stage of the export?
3. How did you set up your project
a. What are the properties of the source media...video and audio compression, frame size, frame rate, interlaced or progressive, file extension, pixel aspect ratio? What is the duration of the Timeline content?
b. What project preset did you or the project set to match the properties of the source media. If you do not know, please see Edit Menu/Project Settings/General and the readings for Editing Mode, Timebase, Frame Size, and Pixel Aspect Ratio, even if they appear to be grayed out?
4. Basics
a. Are you running the program Run As Administrator and from User Account with Administrative Privileges?
b. Do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer with Premiere Elements?
c. Is your video card/graphics card up to date according to the web site of the manufacturer of the card? How many video/graphic cards does your computer use, 1 or 2?
c. What is the description for your computer and its resources?
There is no one answer fits all for this type of question, and the answers are in the details that are lacking here.

You don't, none of the Roland sounds are ever transferred to Logic.
MIDI has nothing to with sound, it's only a trigger that activates the sounds in the Roland.
I have a couple of 1080's in a rack, their audio outputs run into a mixing desk, from there they can be routed to my audio card inputs.

When I was playing call of duty 4 in 5 minutes my video card stops working and screen restart.

My video card is ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2600.

Possibly the graphic driver hung and therefore you received this message.
Its also possible that the GPU temperature was too high and therefore the message appeared.
The COC 4 needs a lot of hardware resources and everything must run with full performance! Therefore there is higher heat dissipation and this can lead to graphic card issues.

Video out stopped working with 10.4.6 update

Hi, i've just installed the 10.4.6 update and now i have no video out.
i have a video connected to the adc to s vhs connector. now when i start up my monitor starts up as the second display, and i have to put my computer to sleep and then wake it up and the monitor is reset to the main display.
is there anyway i can reset something, cause it seems like it's remember previous settings or something.

if i disconnect the adc to s vhs adapter then it is all fine.

7 hours later and i finally get it working again.
i have no idea why this happened, but somehow the menu bar got switched to the tv display. at the same time as this my video stopped working properly. so that was half the problem.
then it took ages to reconfigure switch res, but i finally did it.
for some reason my g5 doesn't want to know about using a tv as a 2nd display, until......UNTIL!!!! you rotate the display in the display preference by 90 degrees. then all of a sudden it comes on, and you can rotate it back to normal.
why oh why this happens only apple knows. it's like a secret door into the wonderful world of dual displays.
sort it out apple.

Video stabilizer stopped working (PE9)

I've used PE9 for a while, and had decent success with the Video Stabilizer. However, Video Stabilizer has stopped working. To test whether zoom was working in the past I would max out Smoothing, reduce Zoom to zero, and turn off "Limit To Zoom". That makes it really obvious when stabilizer is working, due to the "dancing" black borders. In the final output, the zoom slider of Stabilizer works exactly as if I'd changed zoom settings in Motion, but the Smoothing slider has no effect. The final video is exactly the same as the original clip. I even tried starting a new project with just the 1 clip, tried many different settings on stabilizer, pre-rendered, and rendered final video to new file.
The two test clips are from a GoPro 2. One of them is the same source clip I used in a past project with no problems. The computer hardware, OS, and PE installation haven't changed.
I'm stumped, and I really need this to work for PE to be worth anything to me. Any help would be appreciated.

Is the VIdeo Stablilizer issue the only issue that you are now experiencing with your Premiere Elements 9.0/9.0.1 Windows?
For starters, you could delete the preferences file and determine if that has any influence on the problem. You would need to delete the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file found (if Windows 7 or 8 64 bit) in the path:
Local Disk C
Users Folder
Owner Folder
AppData Folder
Roaming Folder
Adobe Folder
Premiere Elements Folder
9.0 Folder
and in the 9.0 Folder you should find the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file that you delete.
In order to see this complete path, make sure that you are working with Folder Options/Show Hidden, Files and Folder On.
If that does not work, you might want to do a complete and clean Deactivate via Help Menu/Deactivate, followed by uninstall (Control Panel) and reinstall with your installation disc or files.
Please let us know the outcome.

I have a HP Pavilion With Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium System type: x64 -based PC Product number:AZ217AV-ABA.
Shows PC issue-
AMD/ATI Video Driver has stopped working properly. Can someone please advise on how to correct this? That I am aware of I did not make any changes to the system at all.

Video (Camera) stops working after a few seconds (Windows XP)

On starting a video call on Skype, the person I am connecting with can see me in the video. I cannot see them - only a still picture. Then within a few seconds the camera stops working, and a line appears through the camera icon. Skype suggests that there is another application using the camera - but there is no other program using the camera. The camera remains unusable until I quit Skype and restart it... but once again it will only display my video for 4 or 5 seconds. The camera is a fairly new Logitech HD webcam C525, and the computer is running Windows XP. Skype reports that it is the latest version of the program. Any help gratefully received!

configured for "No action"? Why? What is their purpose if you are
doing nothing when they are clicked?
You also said the buttons aren't pausing. If the buttons
aren't pausing the slide, it is probably simply playing and ending.
Sounds like you are expecting the slide to pause, so I'm confused
as to why you removed the pause action from the buttons.

Video Call Stopped Working

On Tuesday (12-9-14) I had a video call with a friend in Romania and it worked fine. Since then, video calling has stopped working. Leave a message has stopped working too. I can see myself on the screen so I know my camera is working, so that doesn't seem to be a problem. I am thoroughly confused as to why it just stopped working. I have checked and I have the most current version of skype. Thanks for any assistance.

Try to reset all Skype settings.
Quit Skype or use Windows Task Manager to kill any Skype.exe process. Go to Windows Start and in the Search/Run box type %appdata% and then press Enter or click the OK button. The Windows File Explorer will pop up. There locate a folder named “Skype”. Rename this folder to something different, e.g. Skype_old.
Next go to Windows Start and in the Search/Run box type %temp%\skype and then press Enter or click the OK button. Delete the DbTemp folder.
Restart Skype.
N.B. If needed, you will still be able to re-establish your call and chat history. All data is still saved in the Skype_old folder.

After update my video camera stopped working. How can I fix this?

After I updated my phone my video camera is no longer working. I try to change from picture to video on the select but nothing happens. Although the camera/picture still works. I'm able to take pictures just fine.

Why has youtube video downloading stopped working?

Until a few days ago, I was able to play and download videos from YouTube. Then, for reasons inexplicable and confounding, they have stopped downloading altogether. My software program for downloading is Speedbit's Video Downloader which works just fine elsewhere. So what has caused the problem with YouTube?
