Video Server Error - HELP!

I made my very first flash advertisement for my website, but
i have no idea how to get it online. I saved the file and I can
open it directly from the desktop, but when i upload it to
photobucket i get the error:
FLASH VIDEO SERVER ERROR
What does that mean and why am i getting this error

well, i wanted to upload the flash file to photobucket to try
it out. I also wanted to use photobucket as a temp. host so i can
just quickly embed it in other applications, like on forums..
With that being said, When i saved my flash file, it gave me
a bunch of files that were saved along with it. I then saved for
web and it gave me ONE .swf file. The swf file is the one that i
was trying to upload to photobucket.
These are the files that automatically were generated when i
saved my finished product:
advertisement_alternate.html
advertisement_content.html
advertisement.fla
advertisement.html
alternate.gif
flash_detection.swf
Now, i know that the advertisement.fla is the main file and
the flash_detection.swf is a thing that will look for the flash
player as the media player on the customer's computer, but i have
NO IDEA what the alternate and content files are and why they are
there.
I then created a swf by saving for web by opening the
advertisement.fla and simply saving for web as a swf..
Now i have no idea what to do.
When i open the advertisement.fla in flash it works. When i
open advertisement.html in a browser window it works.. WHAT IN THE
WORLD IS HAPPENING?

2. Keeping ADE program active on your screen, Hold Ctrl+Shift+D keys.
- you will get a prompt window to Erase Authorization (ADE 2.0) & Deauthorize (ADE 1.7.2)
- Deauthorize ADE and Re-launch it.
3. Navigate to Help > Authorize Computer (in ADE 2.0) & Library > Authorize ( in ADE 1.7.2, usually you will be prompted to authorize when you launch the program ) .

[SOLVED] Air Video Server Error Message

Does anyone here have any experience with Air Video Server for Linux? I sure hope so...
I'm trying to install Air Video Server on my Arch box so I can watch movies on my iPad without using my mac or converting the video files. I got everything installed, and the server software was running. When I tried to start a video on my iPad, I got "unexpected error." So, I killed the process and started the server manually, and then tried to play a video. This is the output that I got. Maybe you can help?

Alright, I have figured it out after much working! After doing some searching and realizing that no one had encountered this problem with Arch Linux before, I decided to search specifically by the error that Java was giving, instead of trying to relate it to Air Video Server. I had to edit the script that launched the daemon (/usr/bin/air-video-server) to add the option -Djava.awt.headless=true and then I needed to install an additional library (that wasn't on the dependencies list, ironically enough) fontconfig. I guess fontconfig is standard with X11, which is why it wasn't listed as a dependency. It's also why I needed to add the headless option to the launch script, because I don't use a GUI, just a CLI. This is solved, and I'll leave it up for others that may encounter similar problems.

Server error - HELP!

My server fine this morning...
All of a sudden users can't login - GW POA shows LDAP error 81
Rebooted Server and I get the following
"error:NWDSRead Failed while reading a multivalued attribute: -603"
Ran DSRepaire - NO problems.
Googled the error but seems to suggests a DHCP/DNS error
Not using either on the server
I'm using a ISP's Server for DNS
HELP!!

Use LDAP is ticked but no server specified
Tried Selecting the server but no effect
Every where I look in POA, Domain setting its set to the SERVER's IP address
not DNS name!!
Copied NAMED.NLM (just the NLM) from SP5 server - error gone but still get
the LDAP error 81 when a
user tries to login to GW.
I also POA > Security - I tried setting security to LOW (which unticks LDAP)
but still can't login

Safari can't open a site-connection to server error-help,

Hi, having problems opening one page. "Read", one page only. All other sites open fine. When I try to connect to this site I get the error:
Safari can’t open the page “http://offres.neuf.fr/offres/internet/Nos-offres-ADSL.html?cmp=OF100” because it could not connect to the server “offres.neuf.fr”.
I used to be able to open this page fine. I tried it on another computer, no problem, and a response in another very long link indicated "he" could open it fine. Anybody have an idea why this page is being so stubborn and giving me this error? Thanks. Hope to hear a fix.

NO, You will not lose your Autofill preferences ( found in Safari's Preferences/Auto fill tab ) they are not affected if you empty cache and clear history.
"Reset Safari" would affect the user name & passwords stored in Autofill.

HT204406 Apple ID couldnt be created bacause of a server error, help!!!! I cannot access the internet via Ipod

After having to do a recovery with my Ipod I try to access the internet via the Ipod and the above mentioned Error is what I receive.

So I found out with alittle research that instead of entering all that info on my ipod, security questions, birthday, ect that it was much easier to just go to http://appleid.apple.com and place all that info there and save it than try the process on my ipod and it finished the update.

Problem in Playing YouTube Videos using Safari. It says "500 Internal Server Error" every time I am going to play video?

Is there anybody who can help me fix this issue? I encountered this problem for almost to weeks now. I can't play video on You Tube using Safari browser for my MacBook Pro. Every time I tried to play video on You Tube. It shows
"500 Internal Server Error"

Skype will use Fall-back ports if it can not find the port, listed in it's Preferences, open in your Mac or any device between it and the Internet.
(the Port Listed is different in each download so it is not Quotable as such - it does get repeated with a range but you are likely to show a different port to someone you know who uses it)
The fall-back ports are Port 80 (Web Browsing) or 110 (common mail server port).
Hence it will defeat most firewall or Hardware set ups.
The Mac Firewall and the Windows one after XP Service Pack 2 work on Certifying the app that the ports are allowed.
The Ports are built in to the app so they are allowed.
Routers and modems just have ports allowed by number and not by App so Skype will just find what works and Piggyback other apps as it were.
This does not count as a IM app that does Video or Audio chats in the way most institutions regard MSN, Yahoo or AIM and the "Risk" they pose for Bandwidth Usage or "Security" issues despite the fact Skype actively gets around anything they set up.
Skype also only has a central Name Register and does not route the IMs through their servers. IT shares them out over the people connected. You have non control over which end users your messages have passed through. Because they are spread so wide a Block on a specific IP at the Uni/institution's Server will only take out one person from a potential group of over a hundred.

SERVER ERROR - please help.

Hey everyone -
My iCal is giving a weird SERVER ERROR.
I'm running LION on my iMac and I have iCloud setup between my MacBook Pro, iPhone and iPad.
Everything was working perfectly a few weeks ago.
The problem occurs when someone emails me an iCal meeting request.
I open the iCal meeting request file in Apple mail, which takes me to iCal.
I then accept the meeting. An email goes out to the organiser of the meeting
and the meeting gets added to my iCal.
BUT THEN - I get the following ERROR MESSAGE.
The server responded with an error.

principal/ is not a location that supports this request.
GO OFFLINE or REVERT TO SERVER
I then click "GO OFFLINE" ...
and the iCal entry that I just added to my calender, dissapears.
This never use to happen.
Any help will be appreciated.

Ask the school's IT staff. The problem probably exists on their site and not in anything you have access to.

since i started working on oracle apps...this forum has proved itself alt helpful...
i have performed a single node installation successfully over my laptop on win xp sp2 os.
alt of error generated bt in da end i always found a solution here...
guys like hsawwan are a great asset for this forum.....
may GOD reward u guys fr da job u r doing by helping others....
my recent problem has left me in a fix....
problem:
after a successful installation my system was working very fine ... i used the application and every thng seemed to work ok...
bt thren i restarted my pc nd this chaos started ....
first m receiving
500 internal server error...
thn a blank screen
now again 500 internal server error...
steps i performed
1-restarted db listener
2-Disabled Distributed JVM Cache by changing "LONG_RUNNING_JVM=" from "true" to "false" in the oc4j.properties.

actually i performed the installation of 12R ON MY LAPTOP...
SORRY for posting it in 11I INSTALLATION issues...
my problem was solved by this action plan...
i am writing it here for some future reference ...
open a new shell and set your apps environment
then goto following directory -------->>> cd $ADMIN_SCRIPTS_HOME
stop this service ---->>> adopmnctl.sh stop
make a check if it is really down--------->>> ps -ef | grep <USER> grep opm (optional)
delete the following:
rm -fr $INST_TOP/ora/10.1.3/j2ee/oacore/persistence/* (optional but it would be better if u perform it)
rm -fr $INST_TOP/ora/10.1.3/j2ee/oafm/persistence/*
rm -fr $INST_TOP/ora/10.1.3/j2ee/forms/persistence/*
again start the services ------>>> adopmnctl.sh start
restart your machine ....
this solution worked for my pc ...
note ** solution may differ for different users ....
