Video Streaming: Error Code: ve_fms_connect_failed

I'm trying to stream a video online (The Walking Dead from the AMC website, if that's of any use), but every time I attempt to watch it, I receive the following message:
"This video stream is currently unavailable.
Please try again later.
Error Code:
ve_fms_connect_failed"
I did get the video to stream briefly, once for a few minutes, then again immediately after for about 15 minutes before I received the above message again. This was right after I'd reinstalled Flash. Also, my computer is a MacBook Pro with Retina Display purchased in August.
Is anyone aware of this issue, or know of a solution?

That means that you need to take it into an Appple Authorized Service Provider. It is not user servicable.

Hardware Test: Video Ram "error code 2NVD/1/4:119" G5 2.7 NVIDIA 6800 Ultra

Wondering if anyone has experienced this . . .
My G5 started displaying rows of chevron shaped artifacts a few weeks after upgrading to Leopard, Bought a used replacent card and it seemed to fix the problem for a couple of weeks then too started displaying the artifacts, ran the Hardware Test on both cards and both had Video Ram error code 2NVD/1/4:2119
I'am reluctant to buy yet another card untill I'am sure its not a Leopard Issue. any ideas?

I need to do more troubleshooting of my problem before I trying to reflash I think . . .
the other day I had a friend install both my original card and the newly purchased "used" card in his G5 and he also got the error codes on both of them. Brought them home installed the replacement card reset the SMU and PRAM as I've done many times before and got the G5 up and running (after several reboots) no artifacts seemed to run perfectly for a couple of hours anyway when I tried restarting and then the problems returned, gets to the grey screen with the rows of artifacts then stops, screen goes black then the fans start slowly spooling up to max RPM (most likley from a kernel panic) logs show;

FMS3: Delay in start of video stream; error

Hi,
We're setting up an FMS3-based video streaming system for a
new website, and have built a player using AS2 (for compatibility
with Flash Player v8) and the FLVPlayback componenent which uses
FMS3's new native bandwidth checking to provide us with a figure
with which we can work out which of 3 streams to play and how long
to buffer before playback. The initial NetConnection connection
happens pretty much instantly and we get the numbers we're looking
for, but it then takes about another 30 seconds before the
FLVPlayback component connects to the server and begins to stream
the video. There doesn't seem to be anything in the logic of the
player to cause this, and when we test on a local deployment of
FMS3 we don't get the problem. Furthermore, we had this player
working nicely with FMS2 on the remote server until recently, when
we upgraded during our development stage. We think the key must be
in the errors we get in the FMS server log:

The GUIDs are the folder names on our server containing the
media, and appear here because FMS takes the first part of the path
to be the application instance, which has not proved to be a
problem before.
I can't find anything about validating or signing
applications, but I suspect these errors have something to do with
the inexplicable delay before streaming starts. Does anyone know
anything about this?

Are you using Interactive Server(FMIS) or Streaming Server
(FMSS).
I guess that OurAppName is NOT the server-side application
you are using for streaming video as log says that this application
was never loaded on server anyways.
In case you are using Streaming edition, FMSS 3 doesn't allow
user created server-side applications,

'File has no audio or video streaming' error -- I have codecs!

Hi!
I really hope someone can help me!
I am trying to import MOV files into Premiere CS5 (latest version, just downloaded last week) and I get the error message "file has no audio or video streaming.'
I can open these files just fine in Final Cut Pro X (which I hate, so hence why I am back on Premiere).
I already downloaded Quicktime 7, and the Quicktime Pro Codecs here (http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1396). When I tried to install those codecs, I got an error saying there is a newer version of the codecs installed on my machine.
My info:
Mac OS 10.6.8
Quicktime 10
(I read you also needed to download Quicktime 7 for some codecs. I did that, but it didn't help.)

*I read the old trial did not allow you to import MOVs, but that the new trial does not have an issue -- so I'm at a loss as to what to do.

Nokia N95 8GB Youtube video streaming error

I have Youtube installed on my hand set. But when trying to play any dispayed video, after a while it says "connection to video streaming server timed out"
Do anyone got an idea as to what I should do to get this problem sorted out?
(I have checked the settings of both the WLAN and Real Player and made sure those are same)

I was having the same problem.
I fixed mine though.
It is down to the rtsp (real time streaming protocol)port which is 554.
If you set on your mobile
lowest udp port:6970
Highest udp port:6999
Then on your home router set up port range triggering/fowrding so that
port (554 to 554) is forwaded to port (6970 to 6999)
to find port fowarding/trigger you need to type your router ip adress into your webbrowser adress bar its usually 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1
if you go to start then run and type cmd the enter when the black box apears (dos prompt) type ipconfig then enter. this will tell you your router address if you do not know it!
Also i only needed to specify a single port i.e 544 i did not need to put 544 -544 but some poeple will.
Also i used this range 6970 - 32000
this means your phones original settings will work fine!!! aslongs as proxy is off lol but i think that has been stated enough!! the main thing is the port forwarding on your router!!!

CNN Live Video Streaming Error!

I cant seem to get Safari 3.1 (Windows) to play live streaming from cnn.com.
I installed the recommended "Turner" plugin but that failed to resolve the issue, in-fact the plugin link leads to a firefox plugin which I don't even use.
I considered the Safari "RealPlayer" plugin, but that is not even a plugin, its the complete full version of RealPlayer gold, which I don't want installed for security issues.
What is going on here? Can I view cnn live video with Safari 3.1?

Check with CNN if the "Turner" plugin is compatible with Safari 3.1 for Windows.
They might have written it for IE and Firefox only, with Safari and Opera support coming up next?

Video Ram Error Code

I ran Hardware Test and got an error for Video Ram. 2ATI/1/4 113xxxxx117
Can I replace the Video Ram myself? If not, how much does a repair like that cost? RAM is guaranteed for life, right? So how about Video Ram?
I am getting lines around icons and the cursor. It is imposible to watch any videos in iTunes or FrontRow without enormous graphic interference. Like a really bad connection on your TV.

The video RAM is part of the motherboard. It is not something that you can replace yourself. Unfortunately it means that you need a new motherboard.
FYI, you should ask future questions in the iMac G5 discussion area since you have an iMac G5.

The file has no audio or video streams : error importing MP4 (H.264+AAC)

I'm getting an error with all my mp4 files generated with the avermedia live gamer portable lite when i try to import them on my project.
All those files worked perfectly before the premiere actualization to 2014 version.
Any ideas on how to solve this issue?

Clear Media cache data base. Also clean it out manually.
Rename folder the mp's are in and import into new project.
See if that will help.

Hi Please help I'm going mad..
My Lumia 800 has recently stopped downloading photos to my PC however will download videos! error code as above appears for non downloaded photos.
I have tried reinstalling Zune and also going into regedit to check HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT is set to jpeg but all to no avail.....really do need some simple help

Sorry to learn that you're having issue downloading/syncing photos from your device to your laptop. In order to fix this error, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
Click Start , and then click All Programs.
Click Accessories, and then click Run.
Type regedit, and then click OK. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.
In the navigation pane, locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.jpg
In the right-hand pane, double-click (Default).
In the Value data box, enter jpegfile and then clickOK.
Exit Registry Editor.
Try to sync a photo taken with the phone.
Let us know the outcome.

"TDMS Close" error codes

Hi!
I would like to get a list of error codes which "TDMS Close" function can generate.
In general: it would be nice if this kind of list exists for ALL functions. Handling errors would be easier and applications could be more user friendly for the final user.

In fact you are usually able to get list of errors from certain group of functions. In LabVIEW help, search for error codes, and you should see list of groups for which you can get list of errors.
Example: Storage/DataPlugin and TDM Streaming Error Codes.
Marking solutions and kudoing messages can improve searching, if someone will need help on similar problem!

Finally I could make the Blu Ray disc.
The problem was in put in the same timeline two files in mpg format and psd file with 6 seconds of duration.
(no compatible timeline, causes error code 19)
For a right process a put each file in sperate timeline and end action link to the next file, Then, all go right an BR plays fine.
Maybe there was somthing diferent inside each mpg file , incompatble for a same timeline.
The mpg files were extratecd from dvd (vob files)
I hope that my exprerince help in the future to others persons with the same problems

Yahoo videos not playing - getting (Error Code: 0)

New iMac user. I cannot get Safari to play streaming video. As an example, video from yahoo music videos pops up a box but posts the following error:
"We are experiencing technical difficulties right now, please try again later.
Please use the following error code when writing to Yahoo! Help. (Error Code: 0)"
Not sure what format yahoo is using. I have installed Windows Media Player 9.0 but get the same result. (I did get Windows Media player to work correctly from a different site). Have also tried running Safari using Rosetta, same result. Tried Firefox and got same result. Looked at trying IE and it is discontinued. Is there a white paper on Safari setup that may help? Are other iMac/Intel users having this problem?

My mac is working fine. No noticeable problems. Then went onto netflix everything was working apart from the watching of the film and it popped up
