I hope everyone is joking, just go to the Skype tab, profile, change sounds, go to video, and there ya go! also, if you wanna test skype video call bill-on-skype-video-echo, a robot meant for it.
Last I checked Bill took that down.

Good Day,
I would like to setup a Video test site, where people can connect to my device and then I just loop back their transmitted video back to them.
What opions do I have or any recommendations on how to set it up?
I have a Cisco C60 codec and VCS available.
thank you,I don't know if you were joking or not but I actually do Skype to myself between my PC and my wife's when I need to run a quick test.
I do agree it would be great if Skype saw fit to provide some test servers for video. I'm holding my breath though.
Please note: I do not respond to requests for help via Private Message. -

Thanks!

Windows XP changed the way that the port that this particular camera uses works. Because of this, the camera is not compatible with Windows XP (the changes are not capable of being worked around unfortunately). It is probably time to consider a new camera, like the Webcam Live or Live Pro (especially if your system has USB 2.0).

gabryFirst of all, you said "entire set of cd's". I only got one cd with my videoblaster webcamgo. Secondly, I cannot find the webcamgo control to download from this pathetic site. Are you still using windows 98? If you are using xp, I highly doubt that you are using your videoblaster webcamgo.

Acquisition video avec webcam sous labview
Bonjour

Video Blaster Webcam Installation problem
I got a new PC (OS : Windows XP). When I'm trying to install my Video Blaster Webcam Go Plus, I am encountering an error msg: "The software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify with Windows XP." What scared me was the next line.."Continuing your installation of this software may impair or destabilize the correct operation of your system either immediately or in the future. Microsoft strongly recommends that you stop the installation and contact the hardware vendor for software that has passed the Windows logo testing." I tried to get downloads specifically for XP but I am still encountering the same problem. SOMEBODY HELP ME PLS. THANKS!!
Manos,
The Video Blaster Webcam 3 is an archived product. Did you just purchase it? If that is the case, it would recommended to return the product for a newer model.
The last driver release was back in 2002 and the driver only supports up to Windows XP. There has been no further driver development for this model ever since. -
Is it possible to embedd other Non YouTube videos on iWeb sites?
You know how there's a YouTube Widget that lets you easily embed YouTube videos on iWeb sites? I imagine this Widget doesn't work for none YouTube videos (e.g. MetCafe), so how do we embed those on our web site pages?
Use an HTML Snippet and an iFrame code.....

There are two versions of the same movie on this test page. One uses the Vimeo code and the other uses an iFrame code with the URL to the Video. -
Unable to capture video from webcam in JMF in xlet
hi
I am unable to capture video from webcam in an Xlet. I am using Xletview to run Xlet. The method CaptureDeviceManager.getDeviceList(vidformat) returns empty array. Which videoformat should I use and why do I get empty array?
Thanks
RajeshMHP and OCAP only use JMF 1.0, which does not include support for capturing video. You will not be able to do this in any current MHP/OCAP imlementation that I know of.

Remote and Testing Server Site Definitions
I am confused about what information I should put in my
remote site definition info and testing server FTC Host directory
text boxes. My host placed 3 directories: database, log, and www on
my server and Dreamweaver placed two directories, Connections and
_mmServerScripts in the same directory as the above 3. I have
placed all of my site files, including my home page and folders in
the www directory and my Access database in the database directory.
Dreamweaver placed the connection info in the Connections folder an
d _mmServerScripts in the same directory.
In order to construct my local site to match the remote site,
I created a www folder on my local site and placed all of my HTML
files and supporting folders in it.
From various Adobe Tech Notes I have read, I was led to
believe my FTP host directory
Should be www/. However, when I do this and create a new web
page on my local site and upload it to my remote site, Dreamweaver
creates a new www directory inside of the one my host created on
the remote site and uploads the file to it instead of placing it in
the www directory my host created. Also, when I use F12 to test my
page in my browser I get a 404 page not found because Dreamweaver
placed a www in the page URL that shouldn’t be there and
after I remove it I’m able to see my page in my browser. My
URL prefix on my testing server site definition is:
http://I.P.number.html.
What am I not doing right?
Should I use www/ as my FTP host directory or leave it blank?
Also, what should my URL prefix be?
Thanks for your help. What you need to do is set up so that in the remote server
you point to the
www level on the server, and don't replicate this locally.

Video test failed in graphic card laptop g50-70
when i run hardware scan in lenovo solution center, i got waring graphic card video test and got result

Video Card.
so i want to know why test show warning in my graphic cardhi bhavik455,
Welcome to the Forums.
Getting an error on the Lenovo Solutions Center (LSC) Hardware Scan might mean that the GPU is failing. This comes with a sign like lots of BSOD that's pointing to the graphics card, artifacts on the screen while playing games / videos, or the machine suddenly won't show a display.
If you're not experiencing any of the above symptoms then it's likely that the graphics card on the unit is functioning properly and the LSC is just showing some alse positive errors.
To verify, try running a stress test on the GPU to check its stability by running OCCT or similar utility.

How to Test NVIDIA/AMD Performance with OCCT (works in Win7/8/8.1)

I cannot play videos from many sites. Everything was fine up until a few days aago. You tube works fine but others will not. I have firefox 16.something and latest versions of flash. All plug ins are there and enabled. Have read through many support threads and nothing is working. This happens on chrome and ie as well.
You can check for problems caused by recent Flash updates and try these:
*disable a possible RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension for Firefox and update the RealPlayer if installed
*disable protected mode in Flash 11.3 and later
*disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

Video blaster webcam 2 usb windows vista
I have a videoblaster webcam 2 USB and I could make it works on windows vista as it follows:
I made a download of the drivers on http://uk.europe.creative.com/support/downloads/download2.asp?MainCategory=&Product=4900&dlcentric =39&Product_Name=WebCam+II&filetype=3&OSName=Windo ws+2000
and then installed the beta drivers for windows 2000 trough the device manager - I unziped them and put on the desktop and made windows search - the two files stv673. After that I installed the webcam monitor - first I clicked on the file trough the right button of the mouse and acessed properties - on properties compability for windows 2000 and then made it run as administrator - it worked well.Manos,
