Video won't completely download

So, I got hooked on LOST and downloaded the second episode from the first season. No problems. I then tried to download the third episode (Tabula Rasa) but it only got to the halfway point then hangs. I then get popup that says there was an error (-39) with the store and to retry later. So, I've been trying since this morning to finish downloading this but everytime it reaches that point it hangs then a few minutes later gives me that error message. When I try to repurchase it, I'm told to go to Advanced>Check for Purchases... and when I do it asks if I want to continue downloading. I click Yes and it starts the download only to hit the same point and error message. Any ideas?

i have a similar problem - i downloaded the before last episode of desperate housewives, and let it download..and it said it couldnt successfully download and to 'check for purchased music' later, which i did, twice. it still didnt work. now (a week since i originally bought it and several days after i last tried to re-download) it doesnt appear in the purchased music, or in the 'check for purchased music' and yet iTunes has billed me for the video. any idea on how to get it? its as if iTunes thinks i never bought it, but i have payed for it. what should i do?

    You can try resetting your iPad by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
    Try again to see if the problem persists.
    If that doesn;t work, you can try updating through iTunes.

    Of course, you have to upgrade your Mac to Snow Leopard 10.6.8 in order to be able to download the correct version of iTunes to sync with your iPhone.

  • LR4 Purchase won't complete downloading

    I just purchased LR4. I am unable to complete a download of the product. I can start the process, and it will get to anywhere from 50-90% complete and I get a message that the download was "interrupted". When I hit resume, it seems to start randomly at a % complete, sometimes at 50%, then the next time I hit resume it restarts at 20%, all during the same download, but it never completes. I have tried turning off all other processes on my computer, reseting my cable modem, restarting my computer, deleting and restarting the process, but as of yet am unable to get this to finish.

    I would recommend trying to download the trial verision at https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_lightroom&promoid&promoid=D TEML and then inputting your serial number after the install process is complete.

    Did you happen to download MacKeeper?  That's a real bad program if you did, and could be the cause, and this tip explains what to do about it if you did.  Additionally system cache cleaners, antivirus, and firewall software are not necessary on Mac OS X.       Only download Flash updates from http://www.adobe.com/ websites directly.  Do not use the automatic updater on its own software.   Same thing with Java, go to http://www.java.com/
    As there are pretender popup windows that try to get you to update it with their own bad version.
    What version of Mac OS X do you have in Apple menu -> About this Mac?

  • CD won't completely download

    I Just upgraded to itunes 5 and when I download a CD it only downloads a few seconds of each song. I had this trouble once before and decided to uninstall itunes 5 and go back to what I had. I just don't want to do that again, especially since I upgraded my mini-ipod to work with itunes 5. I know the older version works just fine, why can't the newer version work? Can someone help me with the CD download problem.

  • Youtube videos won't completely load / play in safari - (OK in firefox tho)

    So whenever I try to play a youtube video, it'll partially buffer, and only about the first quarter to half of the video will play.
    This was the case in Safari 2.whatever and Tiger, and is still the case with Safari 3 and Leopard.
    Here's the weird part: everything works just fine in Firefox.
    Help! I actually like Safari more, and it's annoying to have to switch browsers.

    The "repair permissions" is an important step after installing Flash. Just wanted to make sure you had done so.
    In your Finder: Go to Your User Account>Library>Preferences>Macromedia>Flash Player>#Shared Objects>etc. In the last folder you'll see YouTube entries at the bottom of the list. Delete them, then restart the computer/Safari.
    Once in Safari, empty cache again. Plus, also remove the YouTube cookies. Then try YouTube again.

    iPhone 5, insufficient space to update. Therefore need to use iTunes on the Macbook Air (Mavericks), download starts off fine, then the estimated time creeps up, and either an error message 9006 or network connection times out.
    Have tried another location, have tried pausing and resuming the download.
    Have tried download and update, have tried download only.
    No security settings enabled on the MacBook Air.
    Any other suggestions?

    When trying to buy songs, they seem to be download then finally when it says processing I get told there was an error and it was unable to download. I've checked for software updates (don't need any), restarted my iPad and have a reliable wi-fi connection. I've been able to buy songs before but now it isn't allowing me to. Please help.

  • Attachments are not completely downloading

    All of a sudden when I tap to download an attachment it will not completly download and therefore not open.  What can I do to correct this.  I've done numourious battery pulls and it has not helped :-(

    Interestingly enough mine is Gmail as well.  In my particular case the emails are coming from security cameras and the cameras are using  the same address to send from. What I have found is since my gmail is imap that the same email that I receve that won't completly download also shows up in the Hub as a sent email and will download and open.  I can also tell you that the attachments that won't open on the BB will open on any other device I have tried using.  Totally makes no sence but I know I am very fustrated by it.
