I just figured out a solution. I connected my ipod to my computer, went to the 'info' tab on the menu for my ipod. I checked 'Sync Mail Accounts', which were greyed out until I selected them. That connected me to the Cloud and everything went back to normal. Hope this helps someone else!

If you're positive the information is correct, ask the issuing bank why the transaction is being rejected.

OK - bit of background first
Some months back I brought a 5800 that did not 'COME WITH MUSIC' - I've got it all set up nicely, got all the apps I wanted installed, email settings correct, games etc etc
Recently - just for fun - I entered a couple of codes on the Pepsi ringpull promotion to win a 5800 'Comes with Music' - & guess what, got an email saying I've actually won !!! (haven't got it yet though)
Now I know I can't use the PIN/Activation code from the 5800 'comes with music' phone with my 'older' 5800 (I believe the code is 'locked' to the IMEA of the phone or something like that - can any1 confirm this ??) - but what I'd like to know is how long have I got before the activation code is 'invalid'.
What I mean is that IF I don't use it then my 12months 'free download' subscription will not start - but if I leave it for - say a year - will the code become invalid & I lose out on all those lovely free downloads ??
The way I'm thinking is that I could keep the new one locked away & if/when my present phone gets too badly damaged, or the screen get's scratched, then I can 'backup everything to PC' (Nokia Suite) & reload it into the new one THEN use the activation code & get a years free download
Or would it be better to transfer from the old phone to the new phone now - use that with my free downloads & 'factory reset' my old phone & sell it on/recycle it ??

OK so no answer - however since I've now got the new phone, I can answer my own question

The version is 8.1.0.
This next window is the point where I select activation by phone.
This final window shows that the "response code" is not returned. I get an
"Activation Number" instead.

I have an unused version of Premiere Elements 12, downloaded the installer and entered activation code. Adobe says the code is invalid. I have double checked the code and it matches the code on the packaging. Any ideas? I was able to download LR5 using the same method without any issues(They came in the same case).

I own a version of Adobe Photoshop CS2. Sadly a little while ago my PC murdered itself with a Mother Board malfunction (or something of that nature) and the computer had to be tossed. Now that I have a new PC I'm trying to reinstall Photoshop but it is complaining the serial number is invalid.
Tech support, or whoever I was transferred to on the phone, said the serial number was accurate and should be working. The only thing they could discern as an issue was the operating system, which went from Windows XP to Windows 7.
Naturally they tried to tell me it was a compatibility issue but I get no such error message and the program works perfectly when you use the trial version.
But because I've been asked like 10 times today, no I don't have a trial version. I have the full version which allows a trial if you are missing the code. The version I have was purchased as a CD, not a download and I have the serial number on the back of the CD case. My CS2 is an upgrade from Photoshop 5.5, which I also have in front of me with it's activation code. I was told I'd need to type in 5.5's code after getting passed the CS2 activation window, but it's CS2 that's bogging me down and being pragmatic.
I'd like to know how to get the program working. Being told CS2's compatibility issue lies in the acceptance of the serial code is absolutely frustrating. I could understand if the program didn't work at all, but it does. Perfectly. It just won't take my code no matter how many times I type it in and double, triple and quadruple check that I put it in right.
The exact error I'm getting is "You must enter a valid serial number before activating online or viewing activation options. Please check your serial number and re-enter it, or click the Purchase button to buy a copy of this product."

You are running an application on a system for which it was never designed. Things are changing re: security, and Photoshop CS2 has no knowledge of that.
Try this:
Either run Photoshop "As Administrator", or turn off Windows UAC on your entire system (with required reboot) then run it.
If you DO disable UAC, you might want to read up on what UAC does for you (running your apps with only user privileges, redirecting some disk operations, etc.) and understand the benefits/risks before choosing to leave it disabled.

Bought a gift card yesterday, 30 euro's good for half a year of spotify. Upon entering the PIN code on the back of the card i just get: De Premium-code die je hebt opgegeven is ongeldig. Controleer of je de code correct hebt ingevoerd. [premium code is invalid, check whether you entered the code correctly]. Which it absolutely is. I bought the card yesterday, so the 6 months after purchase rule does not apply here.. Did I now just donated money to spotify, instead of buying a product? Or is there a way to get my subscription started anyway?

I checked into system, we have not customized the status reason. We have only two option value "Active"(1) and Inactive(2).
Also we don't have any plugin on SetStateDynamicEntity, we have only one plugin on create for that entity.
Did anyone face this issue? any pointer why its giving this issue??
