Videos from many different sources will stop playing well before the end; this is true on Firefox 3.6.28 and 22.0.

When I play and try to download videos from YouTube and other sources, the videos stop playing anywhere from a few seconds after starting up to about a third of the length of the video. Occasionally, the video will play through to the end, but neither ant nor downloader will work.
I have Firefox 3.6.28 on my old Mac G5 (OS 10.4.11), and on my new MacMini running Firefox 22.0 and up to about 10 days ago, the 3.6.28 worked fine (I hadn't started using the MacMini at that time).
The G5 Firefox loads sites slowly, but that's to be expected, considering its "age".

YouTube regularly makes changes to its websites that causes programs and Firefox extensions that download file to get broken. In such a case those extensions need to be updated to start working again and until then you can't save files.
You should be able to play those videos without a problem.
If not then start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions).

I am in touch with Pixel Genius, the plug-in developer, and so far ( this has been going on for 5 days) a solution has not been forthcoming, hence my post. The required files are shown in Windows Explorer but will not load when I fire up CS4. Previously, I ran version 1.2.4 of PhotoKIt without a problem but that was uninstalled to make way for the latest software. Pixel Genius have asked me to open up CS4 Help, System info, and send it to them which I have done. I wait in hope!

Can't have audio & video from 2 different sources?

Hey guys,
I'm working on a project in iMovie and what I want to do is display a clip of myself talking into the camera (video & audio) and then half way through, switch the video to a Keynote slide graphic WITH the audio of me speaking into the camera still playing behind the slide.
I tried to do this but when I inserted the Keynote slide iMovie made me do a voice over with my built in mic. Is there any way what I can insert the Keynote slide AND have the audio from my camera playing at the same time?

What is the source of your photo? If it is a dedicated still, say from iPhoto, you should be able to do what AppleMan1958 has explained - I just tested it and it works as described.
However, if the still has been created from a video clip, either as a freeze frame in your Project, or as a still from an Event which has been added to your Project - you need to apply some extra steps.
Right-click (Control-click) on the still in your Project and select "Reveal in Finder". Open the still in Preview and Save As a jpeg with a different name to your Desktop. Drag this still into iMovie over the clip where you wish to place the Cutaway. The pop-up menu will now show "Cutaway" as an option. Using this method, my test worked perfectly.
As an option to dragging from the Desktop, it's a good idea to import the renamed still to iPhoto first, then you can drag it from iMovie's Photo Pane (bottom right corner) in the normal manner. This avoids iMovie not being able to locate the still later if you've moved it from the Desktop (or trashed it).

The iTunes Store will direct you to the same article. As Hackintosh said, first delete the track from iTunes, allowing it to move the track file to the trash. Then in iTunes on your Mac, sign into your iTunes Store account and go here:
In the window you'll be taken to, make sure that the Music tab and "not on this computer" are selected, then locate the defective track in the list and click this button next to the track name:

How to use Boolean values from 2 different sources to stop a while loop?

I am working on a program for homework that states E5.4) Using a single Whil eLoop, construct a VI that executes a loop N times or until the user presses a stop button. Be sure to include the Time Delay Exress Vi so the user has time to press the stop botton.
I am doing this right now but it seems as though I can only connect one thing to the stop sign on th while loop. It won't let me connect a comparision of N and the iterations as well as the stop button to the stop sign on the while loop. So how would I be able to structure it so that it stops if it receives a true Boolean value from either of the 2 sources (whichever comes first)?
Basically, I cannot wire the output of the comparison of N and iterations as well as the stop button to the stop button on the whlie loop to end it. Is there a solution?

Check with the theater system vendor and see if their system is compatible with the Nano. The resolution on the Nano may be too low for the system.

Songs will not play right until the end

I have just purchased a number of new songs & have downloaded them. During the downloading time, the computer went to sleep a couple of times. I then went to play my new songs and they only play half of the song I can't get it to play the entire song. And when I went to sync these new songs with my ipod, it came up with this error message,----(Itunes could not copy the song to the ipod because the file could not be converted)
Any ideas on how to fix it?

every song -- sometimes at the beginning, sometimes at the middle, no pattern I can detect -- it stops playing song 1 and goes to song 2 on an album, then plays an indeterminate amount and goes to song 3, etc. really strange. i didn't have this problem before i updated to the newer/newest iTunes that was packed with my new iPod..... hmmm

My time Frame indicator stops one frame before the end...?

Basically what the header says, which means every rendering I do is putting a black frame at the end of everything, so, for example, doing a Vine loop vid effect is proving impossible, because of the black frame it puts at the end of everything.
Any help please for this novice, would be greatly appreciated, its driving me crazy, hope it/s something simple.

There is nothing wrong. AE operates on genuine time and a discrete frame is sampled at its temporal entry point. and nothing stops you from creating perfect loops, you just need to understand this little thing.

'IV_ACTION' is from the standard FM importing parameters. why say it is not defined?

Listening to itunes on my iphone 4, since updating to ios 5, it will stop playing but shows the triangle like it is still playing.

Does anyone know why my music keeps stopping randomely on my iPhone 4? It just started since updating to the latest ios. I think it is only happening when it is a playlist of some kind, Genius or my own. Inconsistently I can get it to start playing again by hitting the shuffle, repeat, genius, or next but there is no pattern. Sometimes it is not even playing the song it says it is. It is very annoying.

Apple has not announced any new iPhones ,the terms of use of this forum ban speculation of Apple product plans etc..
personally I like to have the latest and best
