Videos from the PC to the TV - no signal

I have a T500 with MS XP Professional and purchased a Laptop to HDTV - VGA Audio/Video Cable. When I select the input I get no signal and have been told by PC folks more knowledgeable than I that I must upgrade my drivers. There are so many drivers to choose from I cannot figure which ones to download. I would appreciate any help from someone who may have figured this out.

I’m sorry to hear that you are not able to connect to TV display with your Lenovo ThinkPad T500.
I suppose you are trying to connect using VGA port. Ensure that you use FN+F7 to choose among the display options.
I suggest you to update the graphics driver. Go to Lenovo Support page, enter the MTM number in quick path and choose the compatible video drivers. If you find any difficulties, please share the MTM number of your device so that I can assist you.

You can transfer videos from your computer to the iPod Touch, but not to the Camera Roll.
The Camera Roll is for temporary storage only - for photos/videos captured by the iPod Touch and for photos saved from a received email or from a website. Photos/videos in the Camera Roll can and should be imported by your computer as with any other digital camera.

iMovie works best with uncompressed audio. If your track is MP3 or AAC, you may get better results by converting your track to the AIFF format and then using that in iMovie.
You can do this in iTunes. Go to iTunes/Preferences and click the General button. On the General page, click the Import Settings button. Choose IMPORT USING: AIFF ENCODER.
(note: remember what you changed it from so you can change it back later, before you import another CD)
Now, in iTunes, select your track. Then click FILE/CREATE NEW VERSION/AIFF VERSION.

I had a similar/same problem - when I deleted the video locally, it did not appear as a Cloud video.
To solve this, I deleted it locally, signed out of iCloud, powered of the iPad, powered back on, opened videos (empty), signed back into iCloud.
Now all my videos are present in the cloud, and none locally.
Not a great UX though

Adobe has not made a version of Flash for the iPad.

I have Firefox app on my Roku. It said I can push a video from the android to it. How do you do this.

Try a reset. Press & hold the Power and Home buttons together for 10+ seconds, ignoring the red power-off slider, until you see the Apple logo. It is safe to do, there should be no content loss. It is the same as rebooting your computer.

If the film shows in Settings > General > Usage > Videos then try deleting it from there, either via the Edit button at the top right of that screen, or by swiping/dragging across the film from right-to-left (that should reveal a Delete button to its right). If it doesn't show there then try a soft-reset and see if that frees the space : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Yes if you email it and save the video attachment in the Camera Roll album.
You can also use a third-party program like iFunBox to copy it to the Camera Roll album.
If you sync the video it will go to the Video app.
I tried using DropBox but there is not option to to save in Camera Roll album.

You can only output content to your TV if the App you are using supports the TV Out functionality. Mirroring is not supported on the iPod Touch.
If you still want to output content from your iPod to your TV, make sure you have the right cables as described here.
