Videos in photoshop slideshow not working

Question

I am trying to add a video that I created in Premiere in a slideshow in photoshop and I am getting the following message: "Some of the selected file formats require component activation.  Import these files into Premiere Elements to activate required components."
This I have done several times and I still cannot use the .mpg file I create in a photoshop slideshow.
Both Photoshop and Premiere are version 10 and fully licensed.
At this point I am extremely frustrated.

It’s preferable to start in the PSE slideshow editor by adding your photos and transitions. Then click Output à Edit in Premiere Elements.
When you output to PRE your project opens as a single item in the Sceneline.
If you want to do further editing, to individual photos or place video within it, right click on the project in the Sceneline and choose “Break Open PSE Slideshow”
Then choose get media to bring in your clip and drag it into place. You can also add an overall music track.
When you are done click share and choose a file for your computer e.g. mp4 or you can upload to YouTube or burn a DVD to play on a TV.
For DVD insert your blank disk and click the rescan button to ensure the DVD drive is properly recognized.
Choose your pre-set, normally NTSC or PAL widescreen.
Then uncheck the box “fit to available space”
It’s then possible to push the quality slider all the way to the right.
Then click Burn.
