Videos inside of folders?

Will Front Row play video files that are inside of folders in the Movies folder?

There is an option to view videos in your "Movies" folder. When you choose that option, a list of of folders and individual movies (movies that are not in other folders) will appear. You can scroll up or down to choose a folder to enter or choose a movie to play. You can go into a folder and play a video then go back up and out of that folder to find another folder to go into. So, you can make a folder called "2007" and inside that folder make folders called "June", "July" and "November" and put movies in each one. When you enter the 2007 folder in Front Row, you'll see "June", "July" and "November". You can enter one, play a movie that's in the folder and then when you're done you can back out to 2007 and choose a different one.
If you add your movies to iTunes, even if they live in different folders, and you choose the iTunes preference to NOT copy files into the iTunes library when adding, then the movies can live all over but you'll see them directly in the Front Row interface for Movies.

Hi, is there any way to import photos and videos into seperate folders?
I use lightroom to manage my photos and videos, but the videos are much larger so I prefer they are stored in a different location.
I can import them together and drag the photos to a new folder, but this does not create the same folder heirarchy as importing them would.
Currently I import once for photos and onece for videos, but I'd prefer to just "import"

Need to play video inside forms applet window

Hi,
I need to call a video inside oracle forms (10g), This can be acheived through Client_host() or by web.show_document. But the problem is that both methods opens the video in new browser window. Where as my target is to play the video inside specific frame of forms. I hope this is possible through java beans. Can anybody suggest a solution for this?

Embedding Youtube Videos Inside Blog Comments

Is there any way to embed a YouTube video inside the "Comment" field on the iWeb podcast or blog page? I want users to be able to embed videos of their choosing as comments, rather than to have to post them (which takes more space), or simply link to them on Youtube (which lacks the visual effect). Copying and pasting the "embed" HTML code from Youtube does nothing. Is there a simple fix, or a widget I can get and place in the "comment" field? All help appreciated!

There are a number of ways.
The easiest is probably just to create a title. Put a black rectangle covering the entire title, then a big white circle in the middle. Hold the shift key while drawing the circle to keep it round.
Put it on the track above your video.
Put the Track Matte Key effect on the video and in the Effect Controls panel, tell it that the matte is on the track above the video. (Usually the video is on track one and the matte is on track two in simple sequences). Use the Luma setting.
There are other ways that involve alpha instead of luma. But you will probably be happy with this.

These aren't the files you're looking for. Move along. Consider moving some of YOUR documents to another drive, or even installing a larger drive to replace your current one.

According to your description, you want to retrieve data from sharepoint list in a sub folder. Right?
In this scenario, we should select the XML data source type and in the connection string provide the
List.asmx service URL when creating data source. Then we need to use the List web Service and specify "recursive" for ViewAttribute in Lists.asmx. For detail steps, please refer to the links below:

If you want to set the ViewAttribute on CAML query level. You need add the view tag outside of query tag:

Help I can't see the icons inside my folders

I upgraded yesterday to 7.0 and now I can't no longer see the apps inside the folders. I have tried all the features in the settings and still no go. Putting text to biggest size helped a bit but I still can't not enlarge the icons inside the folders or change the background scrappy clear color to help see the tiny icons.this is the first time ever that I had to complaint to apple. I hate complaining but the only choice I have left is to take all my apps from inside the folder icons and that will make me have about 15 or 20 desktop pages with icons? That will be too many pages. I am desperate here... Please help me. Thanks.

Nvm. Omg I can't believe the picture I had selected as my background picture made also my background color change according to the picture I select from my camera roll in my background inside my folders...So that was causing the problem all along. I changed my background picture for a darker one and I was finally able to see my icons. Before they were like turning invincible color or faded tru the color added by the picture I selected as background picture for my entire desktop... Why can't Apple say these things to us? Now the problem is solved I can see my icons now... Never again I an selecting a picture that makes the icons faded w the color or blend w the background color and turn them like see tru.. I can not daowload to the I movie a DVD with video inside

I am unable to copy Dvd made by mi
in to IMOVIE ....
i check the dvd on a tv via DVD,   and is working fine
i can download photo with music no problem    but not    a dvd   with video inside

You need to rip the DVD to mp4 before importing.
Download Handbrake (free, Google it).
Insert the DVD to your computer. DVD Player will come up. Quit it.
Open Handbrake. Rip the DVD to a file on your desktop.
Import that file from your desktop into iMovie.

Scrolling inside app folders?

Why Apple has not yet been made scrolling inside app folders? such as Cydia...
It would be very convenient, the screen will have less "screen-pages"! Now in my iPhone 7 "screen-pages"!
Sometimes i need quickly run an app and i waste to many time to find needed app!
I need scrolling in app folder but i don't want to do jailbreak....
Let's ask Apple to add this feature all together!

If you want to find a app just press the home button when your on your homescreen this will take you to search iPhone then just start typing the name of it and you can go on it from there rather than hav8ing to find it

Bug: Export to QT with a looping video inside

Hi,
I posted on this exact same problem about a year ago for Keynote 2.x (or was it 1.x ?). The problem (feature, bug?) was and still is:
I have a self running Keynote presentation (3.0.1). Inside this presentation are in some places looping QT movies. When I export the entire presentation to QT, the looping videos inside only run once (i.e. do not loop).
As this did not get fixed in 3.0, either:
a) this is a feature, not a bug
b) no one from apple reads this list

a) it's not a feature or a bug.
When you export to QuickTime, you are taking all of the media and laying it out linearly. Since a loop isn't linear (start, play, end, back to beginning, play, end, etc), it gets removed.
COULD Apple do this? Yes, but it would also mean that the exported movie would now be in an extra number of files and past experience indicates that this might be more confusing to the consumer (export a presentation with a background movie track and you'll see a "soundtrack" file).
b) well someone has to read and moderate it to make sure we're not getting out of line, but this is a user to user discussion board first and foremost.

Trouble inserting video inside slideshow widget

Hi there,
I am trying to add a youtube video inside the Lightbox widget. I have tried using the social widget/youbube and using the iFrame code from the youtube video and placing it inside the slideshow widget.
I followed an older tutorial online, but I can't seem to make this work using Muse CC.
What I want to do is create a small button, which in this case would be a small dot instead of the thumbnail, then once clicked a video would open.
If anyone can help me solve this I would be grateful.

1. Select the Basic Composition widget. (see attachment)
2. Make sure 'Hide All Initially' is checked (modify any other options like fill outline etc.)
3. Select the YouTube widget and slide it into the Basic Composition box. See attachment (box outline will highlight in blue to indicate the widget is inside)
4. Make sure 'Auto Play' is checked in the YouTube options.

How to move video inside LR 4?

Hi
Could anyone please explain to me how to move a video, from one folder to another inside LR 4?
I've moved pictures from one folder to another inside LR 4 several times before, I just marked the pics I wanted to move, and draged them to the desired folder, but I can't do it with these videos........
The arrow in the left side , in folders, pointing to the folder I wish to move, is greyed out, as if something is wrong, can't figure out why.....
If I right click on the selected videos, there's no "move" option.......

Actually I'm not able to drag and drop any of my video files anymore....must be something "newbie" stuff :/
I've attached a screenshot, and the videos I want to move, are inside the ¨DIGITAL....¨ folder, but as said, I'm not able to move them anywhere...... Could it be that I've ¨locked¨something when messing around in LR 4??
The Greyed out arrow is normal, as I see it now...
what could I possible be doing wrong here?
