Videos on yahoo and other websites wont play

Yahoo videos and videos from other websites won't play. I am thinking it's because of adobe flash player but I updated it and I still cant watch videos. Yes youtube works.
Speed dial isn't working right either. It's an add on. It wont let me add a website to the dial. already tried uninstalling and reinstalling this.

Mr. Jobs, who for some reason can't get an Apple employee avatar (seems strange doesn't it?) is correct that there is no Flash plugin for the iPhone/Touch. Apple did not want to use Flash lite for the the iPhone, which has a full browser, and according to the CEO for Adobe they underestimated the difficulty level in creating a version for the iPhone/Touch. He did say the "ball is in their court", and that Apple (that has had previous battles with Adobe) did have engineers working to help them.
Of course now that the CEO of Apple is calling their code "hideous" the cooperation may end.

Mozilla fox won't play videos on YouTube and other websites. Why is this?

I went onto YouTube and tried to watch videos but a message popped up where the video would be and said to check back later. I went on google chrome and it played immediately so I know it wasn't something wrong with YouTube. I have the latest version of adobe flash player so what else could be wrong?

TV Show and other movies wont play?

Hello all,
I just downloaded some TV episodes off of itunes and put them on my ipod, yet they wont play! They play fine in itunes, and when i play them on my ipod, it doesn't play. There's just a black screen and it doesn't progress time-wise, what's up?

If you have already tried resetting your iPod, try reinstalling the latest firmware using iTunes. If that doesn't help, you may have to do a complete restore.

I have reset Firefox, completed all the steps in "flash video won't play full screen on YouTube, Facebook and other websites". And the video still won't play in full screen. It will play, but frequently stops or sound continues and picture freezes. I have noticed that if I continually move my mouse, it plays fine. All these videos play fine in IE and Chrome.

Some problems with Flash video playback can be resolved by disabling hardware acceleration in your Flash Player settings. (See [[Flash Plugin - Keep it up to date and troubleshoot problems|this article]] for more information on using the Flash plugin in Firefox).
To disable hardware acceleration in Flash Player:

Yes, but that website was for correcting the problem through your iTunes in your computer. I downloaded it to my iPad and now am trying to play it on m iPad and it stops after 20 minutes in..

If your iPhone wont power on, I recommend going through these steps first:
iPhone: Hardware troubleshooting

Will not turn on, will not turn on unless connected to power, or unexpected power off
Verify that the Sleep/Wake button functions. If it does not function, inspect it for signs of damage. If the button is damaged or is not functioning when pressed, seek service.
Check if a Liquid Contact Indicator (LCI) is activated or there are signs of corrosion. Learn about LCIs and corrosion.
Connect the iPhone to the iPhone's USB power adapter and let it charge for at least ten minutes.
After at least 30 minutes, if:
The home screen appears: The iPhone should be working. Update to the latest version of iOS if necessary. Continue charging it until it is completely charged and you see this battery icon in the upper-right corner of the screen . Then unplug the phone from power. If it immediately turns off, seek service.
The low-battery image appears, even after the phone has charged for at least 20 minutes: See "iPhone displays the low-battery image and is unresponsive" symptom in this article.

You'll have to buy an out of warranty phone at the apple store.
Just because you dried doesn't mean that there wasn't any damage done.

My music will not play after it gets to a certain volume. It works fine if i turn it up loudly however when i turn it down past a point it will not work and the music wont play.

If in settings, music, volume limit is off then restart your phone first. Hold the home and off button down until the apple symbol comes up.

Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the incomplete tracks from your iTunes library and redownload them via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if they re-download in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that album and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

MacBook Pro issues connecting to Gmail, Facebook, and other websites

Hi,
In the past week or so, I have had problems connecting to Gmail, Facebook, and other websites on my MacBook. When I try to open Gmail, I get the following message "Safari can't verify the identity of the website "accounts.google.com". The certificate for this website is invalid..." etc. It asks if I want to connect anyways, and I do, but then once I'm on Gmail, I can't use gchat and all of the buttons (delete, reply, etc) are blank. When I try to connect to Facebook, I just get a mostly blank page. I'll include screenshots in case that's helpful.
When I try using Firefox, it doesn't allow me to connect to either website at all.
I hope someone can help me with this issue!

On your iMac, open System Preferences > Date & Time then select the Date & Time tab.
Make sure: Set date and time automatically is selected.
Then select the Time Zone tab.

IOS 8 - pictures not uploading in safari for facebook and other websites? I just upgraded to IOS 8 on my iPad 3 retina display and when I try to upload pictures in safari for facebook, the picture upload just stalls and never completes. This happens in other sites as well. How can I fix this? Is anyone also experiencing this issue???

This may not be the best place to post such a solution but maybe some users will find it. If it turns out to be a major problem with a simple solution maybe we will manage to document it somewhere.
Are you able to provide more details please:
* exactly what software and software versions is the problem with ? You appear to be a Windows 8 user, but presumably the Kaspersky software may be applicable to other Windows versions, which Kaspersky software is this tested with ?
* What is he exact error message or warning that Kaspersky generates in this situation ?
* is the problem documented elsewhere, preferably in a public open site, if so maybe you could provide a link
* can you detail simple but exact detailed Steps To Reproduce that will enable others to test out this problem and solution.
