Videos Showing Green and Pink (Preview and Export)

I've imported a series of MTS videos. In the timeline - the color is fine. In the Source/Program monitors, they get a weird green and pink overlay. Any thoughts?

When I converted with Media Encoder to MP4, it still happened.
After reading all the posts, here's what I did: emptied the Media Cache in
PP, then downloaded PP '14
It went away, for whatever reason

  • IPhone 5c crash shows green and red lines then shows apple logo and won't come on.

My iPhone 5c has been crashing for some reason. When it crashes it shows green and red lines followed by an endless loop of what seem to be restarts (because the apple logo keeps on flashing). I have no clue as to what could be causing this but it is worrisome. I my phone hacked ? Or is it a mistake on Apple's end? Please reply ASAP.
    Thank You

  • Embedding video in KN3 and exporting to SWF

    G'day.
I have KN3 on a PB G4 with QT7 Pro and iLife '05. I'm using iMovie to create a credit role video for the last slide of my slide deck with the intention of embedding narration and exporting the whole caboodle to a SWF file. I'm having problems finding a video format that I can import into KN and then export to Flash: all the formats I've tried have caused the export process to puke and fail.
I posted this to the applekeynote Yahoo! group earlier in the week and Brian P (waves) provided some useful pointers, but I'm still stuck. With that in mind, I'm wondering whether you guys could have a think on how I might do this.
My question: how do I create video and import it into KN3 in a way that Flash export will be successful?
    Thanks very much.
    Cheers.
    Pete

As far as I know, the Keynote export does not support video, only images and text (and, new with version 3, mp3 audio!).

  • Problem embedding video in Pages and exporting as epub

I'm using pages 09 ver 4.2 (1008). I' trying to embed video (.m4v and .mov)  I can't find the checkbox  'Copy audio and movies into document'. The user guide says it's an advanced option on the 'save as' but my version of pages runnning on Lion 10.7.4 doesn't have a save as'- just a 'save a version. It apparently does auto save).
I'm using Book Proofer to send the epub generated by Pages to my iPad. The strange thing is that some times the videos work and then I add another and one that used to work don't even appear when viewed on my iPad.
Any one had experience adding video (eother m4v or mov files using pages and exporting as a epub?
    Thanks for any insights!

  • Youtube videos becoming green and still image?

I started watching some videos and after 10 minutes, what i could see was a green still image... Thought that this was not something that i should not worry about, but today it happened again! Now, i cannot watch any video.
P.S. if that helps, i tried to watch a youtube video which was on a webpage with safari. For a couple of moments, everything was fine, but soonly, it turned into a green image, the same that happens now with the youtube app!!!!

Well, First of all, some of my .PDF files started to disappear without any reason, a year or so ago, a couple of months ago the "message" started to come up everytime I tried to shut it down or re start it. Then, the YouTube videos went "green" on Internet Explorer, and then on Google Chrome too! A couple of weeks ago any video saved on my Laptop, started to go "black", the same pattern, only audio could be heard, no images. It took a little while, I mean, after turning on my Laptop, 30 minutes or 2 hours later, tops, the YT videos would turn green, after watching 2 to 6 six videos on YT. and black, on Windows Media, at the same time, whenever I tried to play any video.
Then I tried the link that I posted before. And my Laptop is getting slower after that, the display has "blinked", 1 or 2 times this past week. Internet Explorer "crashes", and I have to re-open my "session" to see my previous visited sites. I think this last part, is normal, since everytime IE fails and you have to "close the program", and then open it again, it doesn't scare me.
What does scare me is to have a virus, or mallware. I have an antivirus, McAfee Security Center. And, I don't know what else to say.
I use my laptop to record music, I have 2 programs for that, and 1 or 2 more that came with a guitar pedal and a keyboard, and I don't know if I should have just one, instead of 2 programs (DAWs) installed on my laptop, does that affect my Laptop?
    Thanks for replying.

  • How do I import a video in mp4 and export in QuickTime H.264?

Or is that even possible? Whenever I try I get a error "Incompatible codec..."

It's one file that was produced in a different video software that I used before purchasing Premiere Pro.
Most of it is composed of a series of stills, though there is a portion that is video (mp4 from the old software). I'm assuming I might have better luck creating a new video and exporting it in that format by importing the stills and video and working with them in Premiere Pro.

  • IPad 2 YouTube videos are green and choppy?

I can see the video but it keeps flashing green and chopping out. Anybody know how to fix this? I would really appreciate it.

I have also discovered that videos i recorded with the iPad itself are now having the same problem as well as videos on the Internet. I've also seen it on the opening screen for any game loft game. Basically anything considered a video suffers from the green and choppy problem.

  • Error -49 video rendering, compression and export

I am having trouble compressing files from iMovie, When I try and "finalize" the video I get an error message. When I compress the video using quicktime H.264 and ACC the issues may be with rendering (?) I have managed to save a .mov file to my desktop but this goes juddery and the sound doesn't work when burnt onto a disc. Disc works fine when saving  as video but not when saving as a data (.mov) file.
I have tried using internal burner software and also using toast (version 8) neither will produce good data files on the burnt disc.
    Any help?

Im having error -49 (I have the time machine off, it has been like that all the time) and -108, but the one that appears more is -108, I've seem that is because of the space, but I have enough space base on the information of my MacAir.
Im very new with this but I'm so frustrated with all these issues, cannot export a video of 16min and is just 69.9MB.
Is there a way to know specific where are the problems in the video?
I will appreciate all your help!!

  • Online Videos turning green and going in fastforward.

All videos randomly go green and then fastforward to the end while making a weird crackling noise.
Steps I have already tried. I have turned off video acceleration, used different browser, updated video drivers and reinstalled adobe all to no avail. The most recent thing I have done is install an older version of adobe. This seems to get rid of the green screen problem  it however creates its own problem and videos randomly get stuck.
I usually can find help with most problems through google but I can't find any good assistance with this one so any help would be much appreciated.
    Thanks for the time,
    Daniel
I don't know how I should put my system info on here but im running windows 7 64 bit, AMD Radeon hd 6800 series video card and I can't say what else is important to note ( although im sure there is alot of things)

Unfortunately, I'm having a hard time reproducing it.   I believe that you guys are seeing it, and would like to get it fixed.  I just can't make it happen in the lab at this point.
I spent the better part of a day running Naruto videos in my second monitor last week on the closest Win7 laptops I could find with no luck.
I was thinking that maybe it had to do with packet loss and network latency (Adobe has a sweet Internet connection, which I was thinking might mask this kind of problem), so I built out a Wide Area Network simulator to run all my traffic through.  It drops, stalls and corrupts packets pretty aggressively.  I ran youtube for a solid day on a stuttery, terrible simulated connection and didn't see the green frames there either.
I'm still very much interested in the problem, but I'm stumped about what the common denominator is.  If Hardware Acceleration is off, we're using the software codecs built into Flash Player -- those issues should reproduce consistently across machines.
I've heard some complaints about a couple software firewall and browser/security suites in the forums, but haven't had a chance to do any kind of deep investigation there yet.
If you guys have things installed that might be contributing -- any kind of video capture tools, virus/security/malware packages (especially the free/off-brand ones), third-party browser plug-ins, etc, I can try installing those to see if the issues reproduce.
Short of re-installing Windows, it would be interesting to create a new user on Windows as an experiment.  If the issue isn't happening on your machine with the default profile settings (resolution, etc), then you've isolated the variable down to a fairly short list of things to look at.

  • CS6 video problems- green and magenta posterization

I've spent some time looking into this issue, but am having a hard time finding a solution. I use my Nikon D5100 for a 365 video project and started having this issue when I upgraded to Adobe CS6 from CS5.5. The files out of camera look fine viewed in quicktime or WMP, and they look fine when I edit them in CS5.5. When I started editing in CS6, I noticed there is a green/magenta posterization that occurs, and it appears CS6 Bridge, Premiere, and After Effects on the unedited files straight out of the camera (H.264). Camera settings haven't changed but the difference is clear.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem in CS6??
Here is a screen grab from After Effects showing the difference of how it looks between CS5.5 and CS6.

I think that the issue is with the MainConcept decoders shipped with CS6, which have some known issues with the H.264 material shot by Nikon cameras.
If you submit a bug report and mention in the bug report that you're willing to submit an example file, we can look into it:

  • 16:9 footage showing up and exporting as 4:3 letterboxed

    Greetings,
I am making a making of doc and have a problem which I am sure is simple to figure out, but I think I'm out of practice to see the obvious.
    The footage and formats:
    - Shot and captured in PAL 720x576 (anamorphic checked in file info, shows up as 16:9 in quicktime and finder).
    - conformed timeline to PAL clips.
    - imported .mov film clips 720x576 APRHQ to intercut with my footage (also same specs, different codec) into timeline.
    The problem:
I'm not sure when this happened, but the footage in the canvas began showing up as 4:3, letterbox. It exports the same way. 4:3 letterboxed.
    Attempted solutions:
Checked "Anamorphic" - resulted in 4:3 footage being squeezed into widescreen.
Other long shot ideas, not worth mentioning, just mucking about, hoping something would magically work.
    Any ideas appreciated.
    Thanks,
    M

    Dear Tom and Captain Mench,
I totally see Tom's point. I thought about that too. Captain Mench was on the money. I came across this solution just a few minutes before receiving both of yours life saving advice, but I forgot about the Pasting Attributes option and thought I would need to do it each shot individually. Thanks to you both and thanks for saving me hours worth of work. I cant help but wonder about this anomaly, but can settle for turning in my work and moving on to the next project.
Thanks so much for your advice and help!
    Drinking to your health tonight,
    M

  • Sharing 60 min video, high res and export to compressor settings

I have 60 minute dance concert video shot HD on memory card.  Footage is 1920x1020.  I tried to share using quicktime and file summary says 8gb..it takes 2 hours to "share" as h.264.....last 2 attempts it says file to large to save .   To share as pro res (default) the file summary says 60 gb....should I get 32 gb flash or try to cut the footage into 2 projects, share separate and then try to merge during compressor?  If I get past this hurdle I have more questions to improve DVD quality......

...In the sequence settings window under quicktime video settings, if I change this to H.264 instead of HDV 1080i50, will this work?
Do not alter your sequence settings. Leave the as they are.
On File>Export>Quicktime Movie or File>Export>Using Quicktime Conversion you'll have lots of options.
One of them is indeed h264. Of which in the other post is said that it s supported with windows.
You could export as h264, then rename the clip from Clipname.mov to Clipname.flv
Then flashplayer (installed on most computers) can play it.
If you really want to go to .wmv you'll need [Flip4Mac WMV Studio|http://www.telestream.net/flip4mac-wmv/wmv-studio.htm] (or Studio Pro or Studio Pro HD)
