Videos Won't Even Show Up on Ver. 7.0

I just updated my iTunes to version 7.0 from 6.5 and I upgraded it from 1.1 to 1.2. Everything else is fine but this one thing. I lost some tv shows in the updating! I lost about $34.65 worth of tv shows because it shows a "?" next to the episode and says it just can't find them and says ["_" was not copied to the iPod "Jessica's iPod" because it could not be found]I can also right-click on the "?" song in the playlist and click [Get Info]or the play button and it says [The TV show "_" could not be used because the original file could not be found. Would you like to locate it?] I looked everywhere and still can't find them. Is there any way to get my shows and episodes back without paying again?

Hmm..I wonder if someone trusted someone who's a snake on the inside and that person they gave the new version to to look at put it out on the internet for all to see which made Apple throw v 7.0 out there so it looks legit. That or Apple is getting more and more like Microsoft in trying to cut back funding on testing a new download or product to have money for other things and that's why it's buggy. But what really costs more money? Testing the item thoroughly before putting it out there or losing thousands of customers because of a very seriously bugged product? I'm not a professional so I don't really know. This is just an opinion.

If you can't enter the passcode then you have to place the iPod in recovery mode and then restore the iPod via iTunes. For ecovery mode see:
iPhone and iPod touch: Unable to update or restore
Note that this requires using the sleep/wake button. If you are not successful then there is nothing else that I know you can do.

If it is in the wrong format it must probably still show up though, if your mac does detect it, go to disk utilities> choose the device from the left hand side > go to the "erase" tab and change format to "Mac OS extended (Journaled) then hit "erase".
IMPRTANT! : this will erase ALL of the files on your external hard drive
If this dosent work, make sure your external hard drive's USB port is compatibe with both USB 2.0 and 3.0 and also make sure your mac USB socket isnt damaged either.

What shows under Settings>Messages>Send & Receive>Start new conversations from? Is your number ticked rather than your email address?

Liquids and electricity don't mix. Any hope of surviving a spill is based on immediately turning the device off, getting it as dry as possible, and then letting it have a lengthy drying period. Some people recommend putting it in rice to absorb moisture though I think that has its own danger. At this point your only solution is to take it to an Apple repair center and see what it will cost to replace the logic board - and to hope that was the only damage.
Sorry I couldn't provide better news. Check your home owners policy to see if this is covered (and if it is worth using). I have a specific rider on my policy for electronic equipment which includes full replacement value with no deductible.

Facetime Camera suddenly not working on any applications. Won't even show up/be recognzied.

and recently when I try opening facetime, photobooth, or even skype my mac won't recognize the camera. It acts as if I don't have a camera.
This issue was going on with Mountain Lion, so I installed Mavericks. Still not working.
I've already tried resetting my default keychain, updating to Mavericks, typing in some stuff in the terminal, restarted and shut down MULTIPLE times, going to disk utility and verifying/reparing utilities and the disk, nothing seems to work.

i had converted a lot of videos to mp4 that have worked time and time again, but since well im not sure if its just since the iphone 3.0 update or iTunes 8.2 update but all of a sadden my videos (that have worked in the past) wont even add to my itunes library bet a lone add to my iphone.

As it turns out, I didn't have the most recent version of Quicktime, which was needed for the videos. Downloaded the newest version and it's working perfectly!

I am trying to re-able my disabled iPod. It is a 4th Generation iPod touch 8gb. It has a crack screen and the lock/sleep button and the volume buttons do not work. It says in red ribbon on the top of the screen, "iPod is disabled Connect to iTunes". When I connect it to iTunes it doesn't show up in the left sidebar. Instead a message pops up and says, "iTunes could not connect to the iPod 'Madyz iPod' because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter you passcode on the iPod before it can be used with iTunes." What do I do? I would really appreciate help.(: thanks.

Firefox won't open, it won't even show me an error message, it's unresponsive.

I was running firefox, then I clicked on a new webpage and it would not load. So I closed it firefox all together and tried to restart, but I kept getting the error message that it was already running (when it wasn't). I opened my Task Manager and saw that it was not running. So I restarted my computer and reopened firefox. It opened and ran for about 5 minutes before it wouldn't load a webpage again. So I went through the steps again, restarting my computer, only this time firefox would not open at all.

When I open my email (all accts) the body of the email is blank. It won't even show you "download remaining" at the bottom of the email. My iTouch and iPad all work just fine.

Sometimes there is the word "loading" in the middle and then nothing. I have an iTouch and an iPad.... they both open my mail just fine. I have also compared the settings on all three and see nothing different. I have also synced and done a hard reset and still no email. Please anyone with some suggestions will be appreciated.

So I am not second guessing too much, tell us where you are in fact plugging it in. I merely mentioned the keyboard USB socket (not even knowing what computer type you have (it helps to put that in your user profile) and maybe you don't even have a keyboard socket) because I (and others) have tried plugging a flash drive into my keyboard's USB and gotten a "too little power" message.

Firefox 28.0, windows 8.1, CNN videos won't play - show blank screen

This only happens with cnn videos. Same problem when using safe-mode. Internet explorer runs these videos ok. Firefox seems to quit before it gets to the video window.

You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
*disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
*disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

Try a different charger.
Try a different USB port on your computer.
Try restoring it using iTunes.

I'm trying to download ios7 on my iPad 2 and the download option won't even show up. What do I do?

I've been trying to download this for quite a while now and I just can't. Do I need to plug it into a computer? Everyone else has downloaded it straight off their device.

The Settings > General > Software Update option only appears when you have iOS 5+ installed, if you have iOS 4 then you can only do the update via your computer's iTunes (you will need the latest version of iTunes on your computer to update to iOS 7).
Connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes and copy any purchases off the iPad to your computer via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases. You may also want to copy photos and any important documents off the iPad as well e.g. via the file sharing section at the bottom of the device's apps tab when connected to iTunes, via wifi, email, dropbox etc - they should be included in the backup, but it's best to have a copy of them outside of the backup just in case. You can then force a backup of the iPad via File > Devices > Back Up.
Then start the update by selecting the iPad on the left-hand sidebar, and on the Summary tab on the right-hand side clicking the Check For Updates button

I'm not sure what to do as far as turning my purchased movie into DVD goes either. I just want to put the movie onto a DVD disc but my itunes won't even show that I have a blank disc in the drive, I'm not sure what is wrong or how to fix this, any help at all would be much appreciated.

Thank you for your query, I will do my best to help!
I grasp that you uninstalled the Intel graphic driver and the catalyst control. You reinstalled the Intel driver and now you can view and hear videos on the Internet but you are unable to set the resolution as high as previously.
When I checked the specifications for your notebook I see that you have switchable graphics.
Here are two links that I believe will help.

Please try this process.
1. Download the chipset driver, and both graphic drivers and save them but do not install them yet
2, Delete the chipset driver and install the updated one.
3. restart your notebook
4.Delete the Intel driver and install the updated one
5. restart your notebook
6. Delete the AMD driver and install the updated driver.
You should now have a Catalyst Control Center.
This should now allow you to use the higher graphic card which should support the higher resolution.
