is there a function within iCal to view all upcoming alerts and reminders, in one single page to know your upcoming deadlines for the week or month or day?
yes you can.
go to PRINT.
under View -> select "list"
make sure that you have set the TIME RANGE correctly. the default is the current date and it ends 1 day later, i.e. it only displays that date's reminders.
click the "up" arrows to increase the no. of days AFTER the current date, and you will find the preview displaying the following dates as you click.
u can even ZOOM to view the events themselves, and select the font sizes as well.

Manage my alerts and reminders not showing in personal settings in project server 2013
I as an administrator can see the Manage my alerts and reminders in personal setting in the server setting page. Other than administrators, no body else can view this option. For example, a user who is assigned to the team members group with the My task
category cannot see this in his personal settings on the server settings page. I have done the following security settings -
In the team members group, added this user
Added the My Task as the selected category in the team member group
In global permissions, have checked manage my notification and reminders, manage personal notification (basically set the permission with the team member template and selected the additional manage my notification option).
In the category settings for my tasks, I have added this user as the selected resource, added the group "team members" in the permissions sections.
With all these settings, the user is unable to see the manage my alerts and reminders in the personal settings!! What am I missing!!!!?!??!Nikhil - I provided an answer in the Linked In forums, I am posting it here for those who do not use LinkedIn.
Have you looked at creating a link to the "My Alerts" avaialble from the "My Settings" page accesible from the drop down list displayed in the top right hand corner
in PWA when a person clicks on their displayed name? I Created a new Quick Launch item linking to this URL - http://servername/PWA/_layouts/15/mysubs.aspx and it works for me.
You will also probably find that the delegation error you encountered was due to the fact that the person you were acting on behalf of belongs to a group where the

I assume my Apple TV should allow me to view all events, albums and slideshows in my iPhotos app but it only allows four events and four albums to display on my television. I'm using a Optus mini Wi Fi for my home network. Could this be the reason for limited access via my iMac computer?

Can you remove the "View All RSS Articles" and Counter in Bookmarks Bar?
Hi There. I have a folder/drop down menus called "MyMix" in the Bookmarks Bar with several subfolders of pages I like to visit regularly. It's a silly thing but I get tired of the climbing counter of RSS articles in parentheses that sits next to it. Is there anyway to remove that functionality? I have a few other drop down menus that don't have the same problem, so not sure why this one does it. I've tried copying the folder and taking out each individual subfolder but it still keeps the RSS counter and "View All RSS Articles" link in there.
Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance ...I guess you can't get the fontStyleName property for a non-existing font. You can however use the name property which will give you both family and style separated by a tab. Then you can use for example the code below to get your desired output:

How to hide Recycling bin and View All Site Content
Is there a way to hide the "View All Site Content" and the "Recycling Bin" without modifying with S Designer.
ThanksHiding these links with CSS is a "band-aid" fix. Users are still downloading the HTML for these controls, and users that don't use CSS will still see them in their entirety. The best option is to remove them from your site's master page entirely.
First, look for the following lines of code in your master page. This code renders the "View All Site Content" link:

Is there a way to see all the topics I posted to? Currently there is a "Your Content" widget in the homepage that will show recent activity by me, or activity in recent posts of mine, but I don't see a way to view all topics (new and old), and whether or not they have been updated with new content. Is this possible?

We have recently implemented MS EPM 2013 where we started to face some strange behavior with the standard alerts and reminders sent from the system.
Minor number of the users (with different levels of privileges from administrators to team members) are receiving emails and alerts normally (either when they are assigned on project schedule tasks or SharePoint list items alerts) without any issues however
the. on the other hand the other majority number of resources are not receiving any kind of alerts from the system (neither from Project Server Nor from SharePoint).
knowing that, all the resources/users have their emails configured properly, and their other attributes are almost the same for all users. all the emails are stored on the same exchange server.
Anyone can help on this please.

Actually the users have this global permissions configured for them and yet they weren't receiving emails.
We Just could solve this puzzle, all what we needed to do is to configure the
RBS for the majority for the users who weren't receiving emails.

In CRM 2006s and CRM 2007, the Alert Modeler (IMG configuration based on IC events and parameters) has been replaced by the Alert Editor. You can now create re-usable alerts complete with navigation target (hyperlinks), tooltips, and variables.
You access the Alert Editor via the IC_MANAGER business role under the menu option Process Modeling - > (Create) Alert
After you save the alert, you can create a rule using the Rule Modeler to trigger the alert. As mentioned by others, you use the Rule Modeler context "Intent-Driven Interaction".
You need to assign your CRM business role to the Rule Policy Details node of the rule policy. You also need to declare any events you will plan to use in your rule.
When you create a rule, the rule must start with the condition "if current event equals your event". Optionally you can add additiona conditions, such as "if BP status equals..."
In your rule, you use the action "trigger alert" and provide the ID of the alert you created.
As mentioned, in CRM 2006s and CRM 2007, no out of the box default alerts are provided. -

You can follows these steps:
1. Login as SYSADMIN
2. Choose System Administrator responsibility.
3. Workflow : Administrator Workflow
4. Status Monitor
Here on this form you can search any notification of any user and any status you are looking for.
