View attachments in email notification
Is there any way to have an attachment viewable in the email notification that includes submitted data? If not, is there anything that is easier than logging in and downloading the attachment?

Unable to view attachments in emails.
Recently updated the phones software and now I can't view attachments in my emails.
My wife has the same phone, 8100 pearl, and she did not update and can still view them.
I have tried looking everywhere I can to fix this, but no solution.

Go to Solution.It sounds like you updated the software using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager software, so you should be able to go into application loader and find the application. Once the list of applications comes up, look for the one that shows BlackBerry Attachment Service and click on the box. Complete the loading process and you should be good. One thing I would suggest is to complete a backup prior to making any changes on the BlackBerry.

Sending attachments in email notifications

How can I view an attachment in an email without downloading it first?
BruceI don't have yahoo, so I'm not aware of anything you have.
However, this is a bit of semantics. There is no possible way to view anything on your computer unless the data was transferred to your computer. While you may not think you've downloaded it, you have. It may be hidden from you, but it is still downloaded.
You can view an attachment in the Mail reading pane. If Mail can display it, you will view it inline in the reading pane. If Mail cannot display it, it will show up as an icon. If your have a Quicklook generator for the file type, you can quicklook the attachment in Mail.
If the image is embedded in an html message and the source is served up on another server, you can view it inline if you have the option checked in Mail's preferences or if you click the Load Images button. -
It should be able to view an attached document or media product without saving. How can I open and view in Firefox without the system taking me to save options first. I have checked the download and save to file options but cannot disable

Is it possible to have an email notification include a "downloaded" PDF
I'm hoping to set up the email to include a fully filled out PDF (downloaded PDF as it's referred to within FormsCentral). This would be a great option and would allow me to set up an email to give a client access to the information in an easy to read format.

Additionally PDF forms submitted to Formscentral have their responses added to the response table within Formscentral. Based on your question it doesn't sound like there is an easy way to do this within Formscentral alone. If you were to use Acrobat and an email based workflow this would be possible.

When I use IE browser to open my YAHOO EMAIL "classic" or "New" account, and I open an "inbox email", I have the option of "viewing" attachments, or "downloading" attachments.
I used to have that "dual" option, seemingly, using Firefox Browser, which I prefer to use.
Now, when I open my "Classic" or "New" Yahoo Email Account/s, with Firefox Browser, I no longer have the option, seemingly, to "VIEW" the attachments, but only the option to "Download" them, which I prefer not to do.
I have tried this using the older version 3.6 and the new version 9 of Firefox with the same results. No "Dual Attachment Viewing/Downloading" option in Yahoo Mail anymore in either the "Classic" or "New" versions of Yahoo Mail.
Can I correct this or change this back to the older "DUAL" OPTION of "Viewing" and/or "Downloading" attachments...or is this just the way the New FireFox Browser works.?
This is only happening to me with YAHOO.COM Email Accounts.Thank you! I suppected it would be in the settings somewhere. I' ve much to learn...get myself into trouble pushing buttons I don't really understand.

PDF attachments with my email notifications?
How do I convert the form data each that that a user submits into a pdf attachment with my email notifications? You can currently include :submitted data and empty fields.
If you start in the photos app and select the photo(s) to email, then that email should go into your Sent folder on your email account, so you should be able to keep track of them from there.
To get to your other email folders just tap your account id at the top left of your Inbox (it will be Mailboxes if you've only one account set up on the iPad) and that should take you to a list of your folders, and just tap the one that you want to go into. If you have more than one account active on the iPad you will have a Mailboxes button at the top of the list of folders that allows you to go up another level so that you can select a different account and then folder -
We are using it to track designs and one column changes "status". If that one column is changed can we setup notifications for that?
Currently, we are only getting email notifications when a form is initially submitted.

NicoleYou can fetch data from multiple lists in ListViewWebpart, this can be possible through Content Query web part or Custom Web Part using visual studio but in that case you can not get the standard SharePoint funcationality for list (which is available in
ListViewWebparts).
No OOB filter available for multi-choice column, you also have to go with custom solution to achieve this.

Sharepoint Server 2013 not sending Email notification
I have a Sharepoint 2013 farm that is not sending any kind of email notifications. I also have a Sharepoint 2010 farm whit the same Outgoing Email settings and it is sending emails notifications normaly.
The SMTP service (the role) is in the same member servers of the 2013 farm, so it is reachable. The timer service is running well in both member servers of the 2013 farm. We don't have an On-premise Exchange enviroment because we use Office 365 (I cannot
set the sharepoint servers as allowed to relay in Exchange). The 2010 farm and the 2013 farm have the same Outgoing Email settings, I don´t know why the 2013 does not send emails. It is driving me crazy!.
How can I solve this?

I think this is the correct configuration because it sends emails normaly with SharePoint 2010.
If I configure my own email account in Outbound Security, Sharepoint 2013 sends emails but just when I login to Sharepoint, if other users login it doesn't send emails.

Scenario: SCOM 2012 R2 UR4.
There are created unix/linux log file monitoring objects. In SCOM console I can view alerts related to unix/linux log file monitoring. Email notification is: Warning or Critical for severity, and, Medium or High for priority. The alerts for unix/linux log
file are severity warning and priority medium.
In my inbox there are emails for alerts (Warning or Critical for severity, and, Medium or High for priority) except for unix/linux monitoring.
The question is:
