View flash player content in iPad

i need to watch some content in adobe flash player from a business site for my job and it only displays an error that says that Adobe flash player is not supported by Apple iPad. Is there any way of seeing it with another application ? Thanks for any ideas

No Flash for iPads, iPhones, or iPods
Here's why there's is no Flash available for iDevices or other mobile devices. Adobe was unable to provide a product that was suitable to the needs of battery powered mobile devices used for Internet browsing. Existing Flash technology used too much memory, ate battery life, and was buggy. Simply put Flash did not work well on mobile devices.
Apple's Steve Jobs led the escape from Flash dependency when Apple introduced the iPhone, and later introduced the iPad. There was a hue and cry over the omission. Time proved Jobs was right on target.
So this is why there is no Flash for your iPhone or iPad or iPod nor for most SmartPhones. Flash has been abandoned by many sites in favor of supported technologies such as HTML5 or by providing their own custom app.
Here is Steve Jobs official comment on his momentous decision to omit Flash from iDevices: Steve Jobs on Flash.
Here is Adobe's later announcement to cease development of Flash for mobile devices: Adobe on Mobile Flash. Adobe is not providing Flash for Apple iOS devices, and they no longer provide Flash for any other cellular phones. Flash is officially gone.
Now, you are not necessarily out on a limb. There are some apps that can display some Flash, but don't count on there ability to display anything using Flash.
A sample of Apps that can display some Flash content:
  1. Puffin
  2. SkyFire
  3. Photon Flash
  4. Browse2Go
  5. Swifter
Also, note that many sites that use Flash provide their own app for accessing their material. So check with your favorite sites and find out if "there's an app for that."
Download the Facebook app from the iTunes Store. Sign in with your Facebook ID and Password and you won't require flash to play videos.

I have insured I have the most current Flash Player installed.  I even uninstalled and reinstalled it.  I have confirmed my internet security is not blocking the content.
I'm writing as a viewer / consumer on web pages (mostly shopping sites).  I do design web sites, but do not know Flash Player.  On sites that have Flash Player content I can no longer see the images.  When I right click on the image area, the Adobe Flash Player menu pops up, so that's how I figured out it was Flash Player. The happens in both IE and Firefox.  I have not tried Chrome - would have to install that.
The "one moment please" message displays and then overlaid is "please try again later, our apologies."  Examples of this are on jcp.com and bradfordexchange.com on individual product pages.  Following are two links to individual product pages:

  • How do I play Flash Player content on Ipad?

Some content I try to access say I need Flash Player.  When I try to download flashplayer, I get a message saying it is not allowed by Apple.  How can I work around this annoying limitation?

As doing a search on this forum would have told you, flash is not supported on the iPad - and as Adobe have never managed to make a version of their flash player that works on iOS devices, and they have recently announced that they are stopping development on all mobile versions of it, it probably never will be.
Browser apps such as Skyfire, iSwifter, Puffin and Photon 'work' on some sites, but judging by their reviews not all sites. Also some websites, especially news sites, have their own apps in the App Store.

How to make adobe flash player content on websites run on safari browser of my ipad?do I have to install adobe flash player on my ipad ?

The flash add-on is not available for Safari on iOS. Never has been and in fact Adobe has ceased support for flash for mobile devices in general. Your options, depending on the specific sites:
See if the site or sites in question have their own apps availabel in teh app store
Look into some browsers such as Puffin adn iSwifter (there are others, I beleive). These browsers use a third server site to translate the flsh content into a form that the iPAd can use and restreams them to you. They may not work with all content.
Use a computer capable of running flash.
Seek a source of the conent that is designed for non flash use.

How do I view videos that need Adobe Flash Player on my iPad? If this device does not support Adobe Flash?

Skyfire is Not the answer! Bad reviews and you have to pay to try.
I used Puffin Free Browser. Worked perfectly with a 14 day free trial for Flash. It worked well for Flash videos so I would buy the full version.

  • Is there an app I can buy for my iPad mini to play adobe flash player content?

Is there an app I can buy for my iPad mini to play adobe flash player content?

IOS device do not support Flash
However Skyfire, Photon, iSwifter, Browse2Go and Puffin Web Browser will provide limited Flash capability

  • Please let me know how to install flash player in my iPad min

PLease let me know how to install flash player in my iPad mini

    No....
That's NOT saying I won't let you know how to install it.
That's saying you CAN'T install it, that NO iOS device has EVER been able to install Flash Player, and Adobe has NEVER made a Flash Player for iOS because of that.
Apple recommends "SkyFire" browser to view content that requires Flash Player (It's free in the App Store)

  • Why can't I add adobe flash player to my iPad?

Why can't I download adobe flash player to my iPad?

Because Adobe has never made a version of Flahs that can run on an iOS device like an iPad.
You can try out a Flash supporting Browser like Photon or Puffin and see if you can view whatever you are trying to view through there.

  • Flash Player content not loading IE11...

Hi I'm having issues with Flash Player on IE 11...
    OS:                    Windows 7 Professional SP1.
    Browser:             IE 11 (Version: 11.0.9600.17041 / Update version: KB2929437)
    Flash Player:      ActiveX Version 16.0.0.235
                             NPAPI Plug-in Version 16.0.0.235
                             PPAPI Plug-in Version Not installed
Website:            http://www.nick.co.uk    (as well as others but this one is one of the important sites; as reward for students at the school)
I have disabled ActiveX filtering, I have made sure that Shockwave Flash Object is enabled; I have made sure that ActiveX is allowed on all sites... As far as I can tell I have ticked/un-ticked all the right boxes and still IE11 will not load any Flash Player content.
The quick fix would be to use Firefox or Google Chrome or any other web browser; however the students at the school I work at have severe and profound learning, behavioural, and/or physical difficulties that mean I do not want to interfere with the established method of accessing the internet, and software that they are familiar with.
Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

First, confirm that ActiveX Filtering is configured to allow Flash content:
    https://forums.adobe.com/thread/867968
Internet Explorer 11 introduces a number of changes both to how the browser identifies itself to remote web servers, and to how it processes JavaScript intended to target behaviors specific to Internet Explorer. Unfortunately, this means that content on some sites will be broken until the content provider changes their site to conform to the new development approach required by modern versions of IE.
You can try to work around these issues by using Compatibility View:
    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view#ie=ie-11
If that is too inconvenient, using Google Chrome may be a preferable alternative.

  • Viewing flash web content on N97

I've just got myself the new N97 (love it, btw). The web browsing is far better than what it was on the N95. (personal opinion). The only problem: I can't view flash web content. I can find the Flash player, but I'm talking about embedded flash videos on websites. For example: Visit www.family-secrets.net, my own website. I'm using an embedded flash player to play videos. I can't view these on my phone. I was under the impression that the N97 did come with the ability to play flash web content. Was I wrong? Or am I missing something here?
    Thanks,
    G0tchas

You need to use airplay or mirror.  What mac or device do you want to stream from?

Is it possible to install adobe flash player in mini Ipad?

Apple's reason for making iOS incompatible with Flash is that playing Flash content is processor consumptive and kills batteries as well as shortening battery life in mobile devices like iPhones and iPads.
Apple officially recommends SkyFire browser available through the App Store.
This is that I told. Thats Apple managers reply on question "Why". There is no any batteries or CPU issues. If Apple allow install Flash as browser plugin - Adobe will develop that plugin easy. There is no any security and performance issue. This is all fiction of sick heads of Apple top managers. And they doing the same with HTML5 witch performance was reduced on iOS7. Because web offer many applications and games that can be played without AppStore - they limited perforamnce in OS7. Just try to use HTML5 canvas on the same device with iOS 6 and iOS 7.
When you open browser with Flash - iOS must ask you would you like to see Flash or skip plugin activation (for this page, once, always). So users can decide do they want Flash or not. Who don't care about myth about "battery, cpu, securiy" - will use Flash. But I'm really telling you - 8 from 10 will enabled plugin and play. Play a lot. And Apple will not receive any funds from browser plays. So users will slowsly pass AppStore and play...play in the browser.
This is only one real resone. The rest is a myth! Games can reduce battery a lot. Why Apple don't block games from AppStore? Correct - becase Apple receive 30% from each transaction. You can develop real flash browser but it never be accepted by AppStore because this browser will hit all Apple politics. Pseudo-flash browsers it's not real flash browsers. Just technology cheating that work. Not more.

  • I would like to have a flash player in my ipad

I wouldlike to have a flash player in my ipad . Please if u can help me how o download it??

Exactly what pages do you want to visit? I can quickly test the site for you (as I've done on several occasions here at the Apple support forums, see e.g. https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4048509?tstart=0 and https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4045831?tstart=0 ) so that you don't end up having to pay on Flash browsers you may not use at all in the future.
If you don't want to tell us or want to do some testing yourself, go for iSwifter and / or Puffin. They're the two best Flash players. The former browser even has a free trial version and the latter doesn't cust much either.
