View Gridlines - Table tool is blue dotted, need to change it to grey
We are migrating our application in such a way that the documents are getting printed in word 2007/word 2010. Earlier our application used word 2003 to print the document.
Earlier...
we used a template which holds tables, we have enable the gridlines of the tables to be visible (the gridlines were grey solid lines)
Now..
When we migrated to print the docs in word 2007/word 2010 the same table gridlines appears to be blue dotted lines. Is there any way to change the appearance of this property as it is in word 2003 ?
The name of the property in word 2007/10 is "View Gridlines".

Did you set the table borders to "None" and then enable the "View Gridlines"? If so, I think it's the default behavior of Word 2007/Word 2010. The gridlines is blue dotted lines in Word 2007/Word 2010 by default and we haven't found
a way to change this.

To create view on table of another user you need to have select
privilege grant directly to you - not to role granted to you. In
your case you can select tables because you have granted dba
role and it has select any table prvivilege, but you havent
directly granted this rights without role.

two questions-- I have created a table on pages. Somehow every time I press the space bar, I get a blue dot between words--How did I do it? and How do I get rid of it. Also, I created a template on pages--How do I "save as" for a new file using that template?
All you are seeing is the word space (from the spacebar).
Menu > View > Hide Invisibles you had Show Invisibles on.
When you are using a template it should be named "Untitled" and it will ask you to save when you go to close or you simply go to Save under the File menu.

I Have read a lot of tutorials or whatever but Im not able to view the editing tools from imovie in the photos app. I have tried the trimmer thing and the yellow outline does appear but the only options available are "play, trim or cancel". when i look at the list of TV shows on my ipod there are blue dots beside some of the TV shows..what does that mean? Because now my ipod wont let me put a show on it.
The blue dots mean the shows are already viewed. In order to have those viewed shows upload onto your iPod, you'll need to tell iTunes that you want all episodes of the listed TV shows put onto your iPod, not just unwatched ones. How to do that:
When your iPod is plugged in, select the TV Shows tab from your iPod window. Change the drop-down menu to "all" instead of "unwatched". I ran into the same issue but figured it out by trial-and-error! -

Goto RSA1>BI content installation>goto objects>double click on the Infosource>then a pop-up comes search for that infosource-->select it and click on transfer
Before that in the right side of the tab select the grouping as "Before and afterwards of the dataflow" and collection as automatic.
then you get all the datasource/cubes and all the object related to the infosource.
OR another option is-->
Goto RSA6 in the R/3 and search for the datasource with the name "0CO_OM_CCA_10" (don't forget to expand all the tree structure in RSA6)
then goto that datasource and double click on the datasource then you will get the Extract structure of that datasource.
double click on the extract structure then you may get the View name also.

Adding field in Maintenance view of table
Hi,
I am trying to create a custom maintanable table. Now the requirement is I need to add one more extra field in the maintenace view of the table which should not be in the table fields and is for display only in the maintencae view.
I tried adding a cloumn by editing the screen program generated by the table maintenance generator. I get the the display in the maintenance view of that extra field. But I dont get the values populated.
Can you please let me know in which PBO or PAI i should write the module programe ..

Normally the extra field should be from a table that has a foreign-key relationship to your main table. Thus, add this additional table to the list of tables for the view. If it does not have a suitable relationship you cannot add it to the list of tables.
Afterwards add the required field to the list of view fields and set its property to 'R' = read-only.
If correctly defined there is no need at all to modify the screen(s) or the coding of the PBO/PAI modules.
Example: your z-table contains field KUNNR (value table KNA1) and you want to add the NAME1 field to your maintenance view
add table KNA1 to the list of tables
add field NAME1 to view fields
set its property to 'R'
regenerate function modules and screens

saran.In Jdeveloper go to View-->Connection Nevigator. there you will see all kind of connctions. Expand Database and check if your DB connection is present there. If not, you need to create using right clicking on Database and choose New Database Connecton. Here few screens will be there where you need to put the TNS entries of your database.
Once DB connection is created, you can expand the connection by clicking on + icon and you can see different available schema objects. Again you need to expand Tables and you can look for specific table in there.

U should create a program using SQL native in order to select and show the data.
By SE11 or directly in the program u can define a structure like your table:

I don't know if it's possible to create a view in SE11, because it's needs a table just defined in SE11, u can create a new view ZMARD based on MARD but I don't believe it'll use your table.

Can't view borderless tables on black background - please help.
In CS3, when you viewed a table on a black background, the table was visible because of a dotted white line. In CS4 (I'm on a Mac by they way) the table outline was only black and I read that they never fixed this issue.
Does anyone know how I can view a borderless tables against a black background in CS5? I want to change that dotted line to white.
I appreciate any feedback. This issue is driving me nuts.

New to FCP. Dropped frames when playing section in the timeline w/audio, Viewer plays fine tho. Plays for bout 1 sec with no sound, nothing showing coming through the audio meters. Problem came out the blue, made no conscious changes to settings. FCP 7.0.3. iMac, 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5. OS10.8.4. If any other info needed please let me know, will be happy to provide it. Thanx.

I do have some offline media on there since I switched computers but FCP had been working fine for a few months with it on there. I have not tried trashing my FCP Preferences.
