View historical time trend in xy graph

Hello Friends,
I want to get historical time trend in xy graph or waveform graph.
So how can i view that historical time trend in XY graph.
If it is not posible so how can i view that historical trend value in any indicator.
please if any one have a solution of this so please tell me.

You can Add scrollbar to the graph so that you can view the historical time data... Is that you need...?

Leading Zeros of Consumption in historical time series are not considered

We are using VM MRP Type and weighted average model to calculate forecast value using historical consumption values. I have 36 historical periods(months) but have consumption incurred only in last period i-e "1". I have choosen a weighted group 01 (20% for 1-12 month, 30% for 13-24 month, 50% for 25-36 month). Using these setting it should calculate the basic value as 1*0.5/12 = .042 but it gives "1" as basic value not considering leading zero consumption value in historical time series. If i put a value in first period it calculates correctly and considers the leading zero.
We have implemented note 1113276, 1145764 & 1113277 and have chosen CV_OPTION="X" in the interface as per theses notes instructions but still while executing the forecast it is not considering the leading zeros.
We are using ECC 6.0 MM with 602 support pack.
Need urgent help in this regard.

You should open an SR and support can assist you with it. The only current case where that feature is known to not work is in the case where the Dehydration Store is running on RAC. Otherwise, it should be possible to get it to work. The main thing is that you need to have DB configuration properties (host, port, sid) that have a 3-way string match between the JDBC data source configuration in the WLS server, the JDBC properties you add to the Monitoring Properties of the SOA Infrastructure target, and the connect settings of the Database target in EM that matches to the dehydration DB.
If there isn't a match in all 3, the Dehydration Diagnostics page will not work. But again, to look into your specific setup, you should file an SR and work with support.

View Other times - where has it gone

Hi all,
On the old BT Vision system, there used to be a 'View other times' button. This was really useful if
a) there were a lot of things on at once you wanted to record watch (as a lot of things, if you pushed 'view other times' would be repeated in the early hours to record)
b)you only realised something was on half way through and wanted to watch/record from the beginning.
Has this completely gone or can I just not see it?

Try the blue button, find the programme you like,, if it has multiple shows at the sane time they group up. Still a bit odd to use but I'm growing top like it

What do you mean by "time capsule pic"
Do you mean pictures stored on the TC?
The ipad has no ability to access files.. so you need a file app.. there are plenty of them available.. filebrowser is one. What application you use to view files will depend on the format of the files.. google for that.
The TC has no media server ability whatsoever.. it is a dumb as a board hard disk in a router. And should be treated as such.. especially to remember they die.. rather badly and suddenly.. and are difficult to backup should they do so.. it is design as a backup target for TM.. but TM cannot backup a TC or any other network drive.

Real-time trend

hi guys,
i would like to know whether there is any option how to switch between variables that are currently being plotted to my real time trend, while the VI is running. because i have too much variables to monitor and there is no need to show all of them at the same time, but the switching itself is important.

Hi Korst:
A way to choose between a set of signals is using a menu Ring and a Case Structure. I've attached a simple VI that simulates 5 signals and lets you choose which one of them you can monitor. Of course it can be improved in many ways, but it can serve as a basis.

Historical graphics trending

evening,
we have a need to show a trend graph of historical data stored on a MySQL database table. The table has the following columns
TAGNUMBER, int
TAGVALUE, int
TAGTIMESTAMP, timestamp
Upon selection by the user of start date & time and end date & time, the JSP custom tag should produce a graphic representation of:
X axis date & time as per TAGTIMESTAMP
Y axis the TAGVALUE
any ideas

Palm desktop calendar - in month view, event times are in wrong order!

I use Palm Desktop 4.1.4 on my Windows XP machine (I don't own a PDA). I enter my appointments in Week view and they look fine, but when I go to Month view (I want to print this view), the events for a given day show up in the wrong order!
For example, on one day I see:
9a Event
10:30a Event
2p Event
12p Event
and on the next day I see:
9a Event
2p Event
10a Event
I tried changing things in Options and Preferences - no luck. I have messed around with it and can't figure out any weird pattern it might be sorting by (I've tried re-entering appointments to see whether it sorts by the last time they were entered/edited, and looked into whether it was sorting by category, length of event name, first digit of the time, length of time, alphabetically by event name, by whether it repeats/has a location/has a note/has an alarm/was entered by clicking once and typing or by right-clicking). It just seems baffling, and it definitely seems like a bug, since of course you'd want your events sorted by time.
Does anyone know what's going on or have this problem?

I had looked at this in response to another post, and didn't notice the same problem. But then I went back further and noticed it sure enough...it's only occasional.
I haven't done any kind of analysis as you have apparently done, mostly because I don't really use the desktop application except occasionally.
Thought maybe it sorts repeating events differently than single events, but I've seen it both ways, so that doesn't seem to be it.
It doesn't bother me enough, but it certainly seems like it would warrant an email support request to Palm, to see if they have an answer.

How to view AirPort / Time Capsule logs

I want to be able to view logs of all connections made using my AirPort or Time Capsule. I know how to use the AirPort Utility to view a list of who is currently connected to the WIFI network, but that is a snapshot in time. I want to be able to look over a log of connections (successful and failed) over the past days/weeks but haven't found a way to do this. Can anyone help?

Sorry, but Apple dropped all logs in AirPort Utility 6.x versions starting about 2 years ago.
If you still have a Mac running the Leopard (10.5.x) or Snow Leopard (10.6.x) operating system, you can use AirPort Utility 5.x to view detailed information about each wireless connection.
An application for Mac like iNet might provide some useful basic information.

Does calendar month view show times

I'm sure I'm not going crazy but I could have sworn that, until late last night, my iPad 2's calendar when in month view showed event times. Similar to what you see when you check the "show times in month view" box when in iCal. I am pretty sure that that function was on my iPad 2 prior to my downloading iTunes 10.3.1 beta because I keep my iPad near the kitchen phone so that we can 'check the calendar.' Now it is not there. The folks at MME support didn't have an iPad to check and they suggested that I go to a local Apple store and see if the ones in the store had this function. I did and they did not.
I spoke with a genius at the Apple Store and he couldn't verify whether that was ever a function of iOS on the iPad. I did tell him that my iPad had been having some strange things happen on the display when I activated the calendar on the iPad. Events would appear, disappear, then reappear sort of in an wave. I am not sure as to the timing of this as to whether it was pre iTunes 10.3.1 beta or after I installed it.
HELP! Was I just seeing things? Or was it there and now gone?

I did remove any events that span midnight and it did not help.
I looked at the DbFixit program. Since it corrects problems in the Palm and not in Palm Desktop I believe it is not relevant. The reason I belive the palm device is not involved is because of the following test:
I removed all previous Palm Desktop versions
I removed all registery entries for both Palm, PalmOne, and the USB (as specified by a chat session with Palm)
I removed all data directories including \Program Files\PalmOne, \Program Files\Palm, and \Palm
I removed all instances of data in the Documents directory
I did a cold boot of the computer
then...
I did a fresh install of Palm Desktop
I typed in a year's worth of data
I did not sync or otherwise connect a palm to the system
I selected month view
The system crashed!
I believe this takes the Palm device completely out of the loop. This problem occurs when typing data in Palm Desktop from the keyboard.
I appreciate any ideas, and will follow up on them.

Since no Palm was involved, the corruption must have occured in the Palm Desktop program itself.

How do I print weekly view with times?

I'd like to have the time listed by each event when I print a calendar in weekly view. Right now the times are along the left side of the page only. Any ideas?

Print month view without time of day

I am using iCal to manage project due dates in our office. I am able to turn off the hours/minutes when in screen mode, but each time I print the month view of the calendar the times print too. Is it possible to NOT print the time?

iCal will not print without displaying the times.
If you are willing to use the Preview application, you could take a screen shot of your preferred iCal window, and print using the Preview print menu.

Printing week view omits times

When you print the week view of an iCal calendar, it does not print the start and end times of the events -- it only prints the names of the events. Maybe it's just me, but doesn't this make the printed week view nearly useless? I need to know precisely what times these events start and end, not just a rough idea. At the very least, it should show the start time, as it does in the non-printed week view. I can't see any options to change this behavior -- anyone else know how?

The calendar will always have all 24 hours on it. What you can do is set the number of hours you want in the day, in preferences, which will scale the hours for you, then slide the screen to show the hours that you want, and then quit iCal. Restart it, and it should come up with the same view that you left with. This way it looks like just the hours you selected.
