View history and screen munch

Please, my Blackberry is majorly for business and viewing old chat history is very important to me because some customers always need me to remind them of what last discussion on a matter was,. I realised I cant find view chat history and screen munch on the options to the down right, is there anyone who can put me through. I have screen munch downloaded already but it doesnt come up at the option either. thank you in anticipation.

As far as I've been able to determine (including a different thread that had a reply from an official BB person), there is no more locally stored BBM chat history.
As for Screen Muncher, I wish I had a Q5, but the Q10 and the Z10 both have built in screen capture...simply hold down the up and down volume keys together, and a screen image is saved. Hopefully it works the same on the Q5.

I don't know what I did, maybe download a more recent version of firefox, but I no longer have any of the file/edit/view/history/bookmarks/tools/help bar on upper left hand of the screen.
I also lost the BACK button the refresh or undo button and the home button.

Aha! I found the "refresh" button at the end of the place where I enter the URL. don't know where "home" is yet, but my home page has mysteriously appeared in the tool bar above the URL.

IC Remove views "Note History" and "Last Interactions"

Hello Everyone,
I've got a problem within the IC(Business Role IC_AGENT). On the Account Identification view there are two screens, the first screen shows the Note History and the second shows Last Interactions.
I really would like to remove them from this page. But I absolutely don't know where to do that.
There is no Overview View which I can configure and I also wasn't able to find a customizing table.
Does anyone of you knows how to remove them?

What version of CRM are you using and what is your Support Package level?
Also, what Business Role are you using? Are you having the same problem using the SAP standard Business Roles?

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in full screen mode (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: command+Shift+F). 
If you are in full screen mode then hover the mouse to the top to make the Navigation Toolbar and Tab bar appear. 
You can click the Maximize button at the top right to leave full screen mode or right click empty space on a toolbar and use "Exit Full Screen Mode" or press F11.

The bar that says "File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, help" has disappeared and I would like it to appear all the time.

Near the top of the screen on the left side, the words "File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, help" does not appear consistently. Sometimes if I hit "alt" they will appear. I would like to keep those words to appear constantly. Let me know what I can do. Thanks

Once the menus are back, you can use the View menu, then select Toolbars and click on the names of the toolbars to toggle displaying them.

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.

From certain websites, when I click on an icon, a get a blank page with a box that says "Mozilla Firefox" above and in the box, "History and Bookmarks". I click on that and then must wait half a minute for the correct screen to open

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs.

Is there a way to view the code screen and the design screen in separate windows instead of connected. I would like to have the code on one monitor and the design on another

You can open the Code Inspector Window to have the code completely separate from the Design/Document window. You can also then move the CI window to a separate monitor if you like.

Full screen mode and Screen saver Photo viewing

The problem I have is my images vary in size, due to photos being taken on different cameras, with different settings, or photos/negatives that have been scanned.
When viewed in iphoto some of the photos are smaller than others in full screen mode (obviously because they are smaller) where as the larger photos are "made to fit"
When viewed with the screen saver in System Prefs. The large images appear pixalated and "zoomed in" Where as the small and medium sized photos look great.
is there any way of solving these issues?
any suggestions much appreciated.

Set it to the iPhoto Library.
When you set it to the Photos folder that's exactly what you get. The Pictures Folder has many thumbnails and alternate versions of the photos as well as other garbage you don't want.
