View my saprouter config from SAP support web portal ?

Hello,
We're planning to change our saprouter IP address, and I just thinking - is it possible to view current registered saprouter config (IP address and etc) using SAP support web portal ? I mean to view it changes after SAP receives saprouter network config change message.
Or it's just secure info not available on SAP support portal ?

If you go to the SAP Support Portal -> Data Administration and edit any of the system you'll be able to see and choose between the registered SAP Routers and it will show the IP Address and other details

Hi Pablo,
The VLAN.dat file cannot be used to be deployed via CiscoWorks, but it can be done manually:

The problem with viewing the VLAN.dat contents in the config viewer or change audit reports is also mentioned in the link below:

Look for the "Details" row and there you will see the following:
VLAN configurations cannot be compared because they are in binary format. In this case, the Details link will not be available and will be shown as NA.

Now i am using SAP 4.7 version. Is this web service configuration is possible or not?
In SE37, i can not see the CREATE WEB SERVICE option in utilitities--> More utilities menu.is it possible in 4.7???

Log off pop when navigating from SAP CRM Web IC to Utilities transactions

Hi Experts,
I have created about 100 transaction launchers for ISU transactions, which are linked to the navigation bar in the Web IC. If I Click on this link which should open an ISU trnsaction, it doesnt open the ISU transaction. Rather it gives me a pop up as LOG OFF. The problem is most of the transactions are opening up this way, but there are only a few that doesnt open up and gives a log off error.
The client mapping of CRM system and Utility system has been done.

Cannot download from Xcelsius support web page

I use IE8 and I get a "broken" download page such that the search leads to a list of files that extend beyond the right side of the browser and I cannot select a download link.
Any suggestions - alternative download sites?

I have no idea when this will be fixed but I noticed that the page above (which you get to if you go in via service marketplace) has a note about recommended browsers (not IE8).

JCO.Server Error while trying to execute a RFC program from SAP

Hi,
We are connecting to an external registered server program from SAP via Web Methods.
The external server program is registered with the SAP Gateway. We have created a TCP/IP RFC destination and are able to connect to the destination successfully via SM59.
An RFC function is created in SAP and is called using the syntax CALL FUNCTION "/NGN/BAPI_STRE_SEARCH_PROCESS" DESTINATION 'PRDB2B'. We have also handled the COMM_FALIURE and SYSTEM_FALIURE exceptions in the function call.
We are monitoring the gateway via SMGW and see a connection log to the RFC destination as below
Number - 10
LUname - dev01
TPName - sapgw00
User - KRAORANE
Status - CONNECTED
Symbolic - PRDB2B
Conversation - 86520353
Prot - REG
SAP return code - 0
CPIC rtn code - 0
The external program returns results as expected.
However sometimes the RFC fails and returns the message JCO.Server could not create server function /NGN/BAPI_STRE_SEARCH_PROCESS.
We are not able to figure what exactly is causing this error. Any help will be highly appreciated.

STMS - transport .SAR file downloaded from SAP notes

Hi,
I have download .SAR files from SAP Support Portal and have used SAPCAR.EXE to unpack it.
As the result, I have 2 files: K123110.L6B and R123110.L6B.
I copied these K123110.L6B to my DEV server \usr\sap\trans\cofiles
and R123110.L6B \usr\sap\trans\data
I would like to transport it from DEV server to QAS server.
So, I logon on to DEV --> STMS, I clicked on the "Transport" logo,
then double click the DEV server.
Then, at the menu bar, I goto Extras --> Other Requests --> Add and
enter Transport Request: L6BK123110
But, there is an error message:
Transport control program tp ended with error code 0247
Errors: addtobuffer has problems with data- and/or cofile
I guess I must miss out some steps, can anybody guide me?
I need to update the SAR file to my QAS server.

How to tranport the users from SAP R/3 to portal ?

I had connected to SAP R/3 system from portal. I am trying to tranport the users from SAP development server . So that everyuser can enter through the portal only and work on SAP.

please let me tell you the detailed information. My basis guy had configured the system for me as i didnt have any idea on installation procedure. So i am facing th e fallowing problems.
 First Problem
I am not able to create the user from portal directly. Its showing the fallowing error.
An error occurred in the persistence; contact your system administrator.
so i had created the users in WAS by SU01.
Second
We have some users at production server ( Assume 5 users ). and those users need to be mapped at portal. So that those users can directly enter into portal and operate on SAP system .
If u dont mine Please provide with me the steps to fallow

i had created some transactional Iviews that are working fine when i am log in with Administrator( super administrator role). The problem is that the reports are not showing when i am log in with general user ( with out super administrator role ) .
Its showing the error
Could not able to look up the system.
And the problem with user mapping also .
For aministrator its working fine .and for a general end user ( created on WAS )
i am not able to provide user mapping. Its showing
There are no systems available for user mapping for the selected principal
wat could be the problem ?

How to transfer role to Web Portal

Need some help.
There is some specific requeirment of my project.
We have some Bex Queries which have been assigned under one particuler role and we can execute the same from Buss explores.
Now I just want to transfer this role to enterprise portal , so i can see all the iview for all queries under the same role.
Currently we are creating all iview manually which is unlogical.
Could you please let me know how can we transfer role to Web , so we can see all iview.

But I m not transporting the Web tempaltes and i view any where.
I just want to chck all Iview and Webtemplates be there for all queries and reports in same server.
When i go in Portal , all iviews shld be created automatically for all reports.
For this , we need to transfer our roles from Bex to Web portal , so it automatices create all iview for all report.
But i dont have idea , how can we do this..
Please let me know if any one of you have any idea.

Only allowed 1 simple list of web portal?

I have 4 simple lists as user prompts for a Service request. From the the web portal all is fine and seperate.
When i log the same request from the console the 4 list are now 1 big list.
Any way to seperate these out for the console other than creating MP lists for each?
Which would mean you can only have 1 simple list per Service request?

From the request offering setup, i added 4 differnt simple lists
And from the console when i open the Service request i see all my lists with the default value for list in item 6 above, and when i try to drop down it shows everything from all 4 lists
Any thoughts or is this normal behaviour?

From the iSaSiLk everything seems to be OK, but on the SAP WebAS the error "none of the PSEs registered with hSsl can suffice the negotiated SSL cipher suite" is really unclear, since the cipher chosen by the iSaSiLk is one of the ciphers sent by SAP WebAS...

of course you cannot supply the WSDL URL. Inside the WSDL (just view it in your browser) you find (usually but not necessary) towards the end something like
<soap:address location="http://www.weather.gov/forecasts/xml/SOAP_server/ndfdXMLserver.php"/>
which is the actual adress of the service.
An example service can be found here:
<a href="http://www.weather.gov/xml/">National Digital Forecast Database</a>
containing the WSDL URL at
<a href="http://www.weather.gov/forecasts/xml/DWMLgen/wsdl/ndfdXML.wsdl">this address</a>.
You might also want to browse for the amazon webservices which allow you to embed queries against amazon into your application.
