View of attachments in templates
Basically the question is whether you can see all the attachments in a project at the top level instead of having to go to each individual WBS element to see an attachment.

The software isn't doing that much. It is just changing one specific value that Apple Mail won't let you change. That value is only a hint as to how your recipient will view it. It is no guarantee. A recipient could still see the attachment as inline, and that wouldn't be incorrect. E-mail is not a reliable media for maintaining layout of any kind.
Do you also happen to know a way to reduce the PDF file size?
You can open the PDF in Preview, select Save As, and select one of the Quartz filters to compress. You can also define your own Quartz filters if you like to play with that sort of thing. No guarantees here either. PDFs can be very difficult to control this way. If you try to compress one, it could wind up larger in the end.

Disable inline viewing of attachments in Mavericks mail
Dear all
In previous version of the OS, there was an easy terminal fix to disable inline viewing of attachments in mail. Instead of bulky and cumbersome images and PDFs, I used to get nice, neat icons.
This terminal fix doesn't seem to work in Mavericks.
Online sources tell me to buy a separate app called Attachment Tamer to fix this.
Just wanted to find out whether there is a way to do this without additional software.

ZamSorry, that page is a description of the basic functionality that is supposed to work in Mavericks, but is entirely failing to work for me. I tried calling Apple Support on the phone, and went through many attempted fixes with the experts, but they eventually threw up their hands in despair.

Cannot view email attachments after ios update
I have an ipad3 and just downloaded ios 8.2. Now, when I view emails I cannot view the attachments. Is there something I need to change? I checked up storage and still have 35GB left.

How do i view calender attachments using ios5
I thought that a new feature of ios5 was the ability to view event attachments inside the calendar. I can not do this and am wondering if there is a problem and if someone knows the solution.
I don't think it's available yet. I called apple yesterday and got a supervisor who didn't really have any info but stated that it will probably come with a future update. I hope that's the case because it was a selling point for me so I was dissapointed when it doesn't work.

How to view the xsl-fo template's output in BI Publisher

How can we view the output for the xsl-fo template that is uploaded to the BI Publisher in our local itself?
For RTF Template, we have plugin to view the output in MS-Word itself by clicking the output formats such as PDF / Excel / RTF, similarly can we view the xsl-fo template's output in local itself before we upload it to the Publisher URL.
Any help please on this..

open your report for editing, so you see the page with your layouts. Then click on the Link "Show as List" on the upper right. In the List of the output formats select "FO Formatted XML". This enables FO Export.
Then execute your report, click on the small menu item at the upper right. The Menu opens, select Export -> FO.

The last I think will be pretty easy, but during debugging, I have not yet figured out how the component GS_CM gets its data, so that I can modify it or feed it new data (to documents that do exist in the system, but have no direct link to the account).

How to view invoice attachments on iProcurement?
We are in EBS 11.5.10.
I would like to know, if there is anyway, I can view invoice attachments on iProcurement.You cannot, for the following reasons:
ActiveX requires the Windows (95 - Win7; not Windows Mobile), the iPad uses the iOS operating system
ActiveX requires an 80x86-compatible CPU, the iPad uses an ARM-compatible CPU (the A5)
ActiveX requires an application to host it, there are no iPad applications the host ActiveX objects
Also, generally speaking, modern mobile devices (phones and tablets) rarely permit installing global plug-ins or system software (the ActiveX model for plug-ins). They implement a strict security model that essentially sequesters applications from each other (with some APIs for exchanging some data between applications).
You probably want to contact the vendor of the DVR camera or controlling software and enquire whether there's an app for iOS for viewing the video stream. Vendors of low-end systems may still only support legacy systems (some, for example, still use what is essentially MS-DOS), but vendors of modern equipment may well have an iOS application available. The relative ease of building these applications for iOS makes it a pretty straight-forward thing to do. -

CRM 7.0 Unable to open/view PDF Attachments in Email (Intermittent issue)
Hi,
Unable to open an attachment (PDF format) sent from exchange server(Lotus) to SAP CRM,Actually its an intermittent issue When i try to open email in UI ,getting an error message "File is damaged and couldnot be repaired".
I understand that PDF attachment wasn't delivered(Synchronization issue between Lotus and CRM) to SAP CRM system properly by the exchange server ( Lotus ).Hence the particular attachments are not able to view/open in SAP CRM system.
Is there anyway to trace and find out root cause of the issue?

How to Create/Modify/Delete a query view from the web template in BI 7.0
All:
In BW 3.5, the <b>Query Selection View</b> web item was introduced for users to create a query view to save the navigational state of a query. This web item was also available to modify and delete an existing query view.
The Query Selection View web item <u>does not</u> exist in BI 7.0. I see the drop down web item can be used to display the query views associated to a query.
Can anyone share how to create,modify,save or delete a <b>query view</b> on the web in BI 7.0

KumarSanjay, we experienced the same issue. Below are a few pieces of information that may be of help: 1-The Save As button on the 0ANALYZER template saves the query to the portal. From Bex Web or Bex Analyzer, you have no access to these saved views. We created a ZANALYZER copy of the 0ANALYZER template and removed the Save As button. 2- If you right mouse click on any item in the query results grid of Bex Web, you get a small menu. Clicking on the menu item Save View will save the view to BI. You do not have the ability to delete the saved views from Bex Web. However, you can delete them from Bex Analyzer. This was not an option for us since most of our users are using Bex Web. 3- On the same menu, clicking on Bookmark, saves the navigation and also opens the Internet Explorer Favorites maintence window. The navigation is saved as an entry into the users Internet Explorer favorites where they can organize and delete their entries. However, deleting the favorite does not delete the entry for the bookmark in BI. The bookmarks are stored in table RSWR_DATA. Program RSWR_BOOKMARK_REORG can be used to manage the saved bookmarks. We are loading RSWR_DATA into a chracteristic so that we can query the information in order to help us manage it. I hope this helps you and others that appear to be struggling with the issue of saved views in Bex Web.

I use Thunderbird (Ver 31.3.0) for several email accounts and on my main account only, it rarely shows the attachments in the email. There used to be a button to click on to either "preview", "open", or "save" ("preview" option is only for pdf attachments). That whole menu bar is gone. But only on my main account, the other accounts all work okay. The only way that I've found to be able to get to the attachment is to use the "view using the classic reader". Then I have to click on the attachment and it downloads it and opens it up. I'd like to get the options back without having to do all the extra clicking to get to the attachments.

When I reopen template1, it show so small in designer (Jdeveloper window).
Is there any wrong?
I have build another template, just 1 template.
When I used it at the first time, no any strange behavior occur.
After ... (I don't exactly when), it give me the same view in my designer.
Then I force to use my first tempate (template1 which used template0 inside), I cannot run my application at all.
After wait several minutes, I found error log in my log messages.
*#### Server Instance DefaultServer could not be started: Server Instance was terminated.*
Above the message, I found another error messages:

WARNING: error parsing component tag in file: null/tag:xmlContent/id:dte_160d74a

Is there anyone that can help me to find out why this error occured?
Should I raise this problem to metalink or just can post it in this forum?

As I put in my post before, I include template0 in my template1, as seen in template1 (AHM001):

I use AHM000 inside AHM001. I use this approach to build many template based on one basic design.
Actually, I don't think the problem is in page template usage because as I submitted paralel to Metalink, I've already not called template0 in template1 but I copy template0's contents to template1.
Unfortunately, page designer show small view and below error messages still occured.
