View older text messages from months ago feature?
I have old threads that i want to view. I have never deleted messages in threads and would like to view the very beginning from months ago. Is there a faster way to view them? Other than scrolling and clicking load earlier messages.

I never deleted text messages from a specific person in case I ever wanted to go back and look at them. Now months have gone by and I don't feel like continuously pressing "Load Earlier Messages" for hours trying to get back and look at them. I have no real faith in these alleged data recovery tools. If the text messages were deleted months ago and you were still using the device, the chances are slim, even if that program works.

Is there a way to view/recover messages from months ago in a thread that has been ongoing? The messages are not deleted. If i just keep "loading new messages" a) it will take all day, I've tried, and b) it freezes on me.

Is there any way to access my old my Verizon account to retrieve old text messages from my own old account from 8 months ago? I am getting a divorce and I need info off of that account for my hearing to prove what he did.
What do you mean by "when I brought the messages up back in March"?
Were the messages on your phone? Simply because messages are on your phone does not mean they are still on Verizon's servers. You use internal phone memory to store messages on your phone. The messages do not stay on Verizon's servers until you delete them from your phone.
On the other hand, if you still have your phone and have not reset it since you stopped using it, the texts may still be on your phone. Good luck. -
About three years ago in 1012 I had an iphone3 sent and deleted text messages of course and as of now those text messages are needed for an upcoming court case i will be involved with. So is there any way to retrieve those text messages from three years ago. I am just in need of the text messages from February 2012 on. So its about 6 to 10 months of texts. what do I have to do to get them back if possible???
As the others noted, if you don't have any older iTunes backups then the deleted messages would not be recoverable. The free trial of Decipher TextMessage will show you if there are any text messages in your older backups that can be recovered.

The only way to retrieve a deleted text message would be to restore a backup created after the message was sent but prior to the message being deleted.
There may be programs that can extract this information directly from the backup files themselves, google for possible solutions. -

Am I able to view the text message log through Verizon Mobile? I can view it from my computer, but have not been able to locate it on Verizon Mobile from my phone.
The logs are only available through the desktop version of My Verizon.

We know how important it is to have access to older history and I am pleased to confirm you can view back to 3 months of your messaging history. Just follow these steps and you’ll see them in no time:
1. Sign in as the Account Owner.
2. Click on “View Current Bill”, on the main page.
3. Select the Billing Period from the drop down menu.
4. Scroll down and click on the “Calls, Messages & Data” tab.
5. Select the line which has the messaging history.

I got text messages from iCloudreport regarding my lost iphone , are they scams?
I lost my iphone two month ago and I got a lot of emails from "Find my iphone" saying that my phone has been found in at least three other different countries. Today I received a text message from a unknown phone number saying that: "Find my iphone service: your iphone 6 64Gb Gray lost/stolen has been found. You can reclaim it now at: https://icloudreport.com/?imk=3544070.....(8 more numbers)...., Apple Inc. " I clicked the link, it led me to this address"http://icloudreport.com" it looks the same as icloud home page. I feel this is suspicious because I really did not put any hope on my lost iphone been found. Is this a scam?
I then rechecked the emails that I received in the past and I found that some early emails I received are from "[email protected]". The link in this email direct me to "losticloud.com" while the most recent emails are from "[email protected]" and the link in this email direct me to "icloudreport.com" (which is the same as that in the text message). Is any of the email I got is scam? I remembered I did login through the emails so I'm a little worried.It's all fake. If you had set up 'Find My iPhone' you could find the phone yourself, provided it's on, not wiped, and able to connect to a network. If you didn't set it up you can't locate the phone and neither can anyone else. The emails are phishing, trying to con you into giving away your login.

No received text messages from just one friend on Verizon
Hi - I can't receive texts from just one person. It started a few months ago but I can't pinpoint any Android upgrade that would have caused this. My friend is on Verizon and she receives my individual texts, group texts, MMS messages, etc. but when she responds to me individually or as a group I do not receive them. I have a Galaxy S4 running 5.0 Kit Kat and it is not rooted. My friend has Galaxy S6 with same Android version except 5.1.1 and she has not had any upgrades. I have searched many forums and can't find any solution so what can I do? I pulled my SIM out of my phone and put it into another old one and it works fine. I have done a reset, removed and installed contacts, etc. and nothing. Ideas?
