View photos synced to your iPhone from computer?

My gf had some photos on her iPhone that we removed and stored on my PC. I then took those photos and synced them to my iPhone. Once I connect my iPhone to my PC and click view files, and navigate to my pictures, I only see the few she sent to me using AirDrop. I cannot see or view the other 600+ photos.
Is there a way I can view these photos from my iPhone when I have my iPhone connected to my computer? That way I can cut/copy/paste the photos for future use?

Ok so I understand the "Synced" thing now. But one last question. I have 2 folders on my computer: "Music" and "Photos". All the music and photos I have on my phone now came from those two folders. Now if I want to add new music or photos do I place the new items in those folders and iTunes will sync then newer content automatalically or do I need to drag and drop the new items to iTunes so it can sync that way?
Reason I am asking is because I don't want to have to delete all the music and photos from my iPhone just to add newer stuff. I'd like to keep adding so it will grow. But I've noticed everytime I click "Sync" it says its going to delete all my music and or photos (depending on which I am trying to add). I don't want it to delete anything, just add the newer content.
Thanks in advance guys / gals for your help. I'm a new Apple product user.

    Hi Betty,
Do you see a iTunes sync alert when the issue occurs? Try following along with the instructions in the article below to verify the audiobook syncing is setup correctly in iTunes.
iTunes 11 for Windows: Add iBooks and audiobooks to iPod, iPhone, or iPad
    http://support.apple.com/kb/PH13698
You can download iBooks to your computer and use iTunes to sync them to your iPod touch, iPhone, or iPad. You can also use iTunes to sync audiobooks to your iPod or iOS device.
Sync iBooks or audiobooks to your device
Connect your device to your computer and select your device in iTunes.
    Click the Books button.
Do either or both of the following:
Sync iBooks: Select Sync Books, then click “All books,” or click “Selected books” and select the iBooks you want to add.
Sync audiobooks: Select Sync Audiobooks, then click “All audiobooks,” or click “Selected audiobooks” and select the audiobooks you want to add.
    Click Apply.

  • TS3697 I am receiving an error message(iTunes will no longer sync photos to the iPhone "Peter's iPhone". Do you want to keep or remove photos previously synced to your iPhone") I am trying to download pics from my computer to my iPhone. Any ideas? Peter

When I went to download some pics (originally taken with my iphone 4S) from my computer back to my iPhone I got the following error message: "iTunes will no longer sync photos to the iPhone "Peter's iPhone". Do you want to keep or remove photos previosly synced to your iPhone?"
Coincidentally, my wife just purchased an iPhone 4S and syncs to iTunes on the same computer.
    Any ideas?
    Peter

The "best" way to handle it, if you want to keep everything separate, is to create separate user accounts on the computer. make sure you log into your account on the computer before you attempt to sync your phone and log out when you're done using the computer.
Though it's possible to sync both of them to the same iTunes library, and even share an account for the iTunes store, you're inviting confusion and possible data loss (as you've discovered already). Best to just use separate user accounts on the computer. That also gives you the benefit of not polluting the other persons browser favorites, contacts, etc.

    You're welcome.
All photos transferred from your computer are stored in the iPhone's Photo Library regardless if you select a single album or folder of photos to be transferred or multiple albums or folders. The photos on the albums or folders of photos include a pointer to the original photos stored in the Photo Library. The photos are not duplicated taking up double the storage space. This way you can view the photos in an album or folder of photos only by selecting the album or folder, or all photos in all albums or folders by selecting Photo Library.
Makes more sense when transferring multiple albums or folders of photos which cannot be changed when transferring only a single album or folder of photos.
The same applies with iTunes and music playlists. A song can't be in a playlist unless it is in the main iTunes library. Placing a song in a playlist does not duplicate the song.

  • Deleting photos imported onto your iphone 3g from iphoto

I've imported photos into my iphone and found it easy to delete images that I've taken with the camera, but not how to do so on the ones I've imported. How do you do this?
    thanx,
    kevin

Delete the pics from the album that you sync to your iphone and they will be deleted from iphone next time you sync.
I have an album named iphone. Only pics that I want on iphone go in that album. Whatever I add or erase from the iphone album in iphoto is reflected in the iphone, next time I sync.

how can i see songs to sync to iphone from computer?

you can't sync songs from your phone to your computer, syncing is a computer to phone process. if you purchased songs on your phone from itunes and want them to go to your computer so you can listen to them there, you right-click on the name of your phone in itunes and choose 'transfer purchases.' these are the only songs that will go in that direction

And it won't by design and intention since you are not syncing your iPhone with your iTunes library on your computer.
If you have authorized the computer with your iTunes account with iTunes, with your iPhone connected - at the iTunes menu bar go to File and select Transfer Purchases From - the name of your iPhone.
For contacts and calendar events, is Outlook 2003, 2007, or 2010 available?

purchased songs wont sync to my iphone from my imac--shows grayed checkmarks for each one

If the songs are greyed out, you may have set up automatic syncing with a different iTunes library.
Set your iPod to sync manually, as described here:
    http://support.apple.com/kb/PH12113
After syncing once with your current iTunes library, you can set it back to autimatic sync.

  • Easily Move Your Files From Computer to Adobe Cloud

Woah - Ok so sometimes it's the simplest answer we overlook -- HOW TO MOVE YOUR FILES FROM COMPUTER TO ADOBE CLOUD -- EASILY (for windows users - You mac users can probably deduce your own method from this) This method moves files with their folders intact - so you don't have to organize them again in the cloud.
    1 - Start menu
    2 - Go to Computer - OS ( C:)  - Users  - "Your Name"
3 - You should see here - the folders you need - Creative Cloud Files - and also - My Docs, My Pics, etc -- The app will not allow this task - windows will
4 - Select (single click - no need to open the folder) and Right click on the source folder - (Pics, docs)
    5 - Select copy
6 - Select (single click - no need to open the folder) and Right click on Creative Cloud Files
7 - Select Paste This will transfer all files in that library to the Adobe Cloud folder and allow them to be synced to the cloud
Hopefully this will save some folks the Head - desks it caused me.
Let me know if this works for you.
