When checking emails I can see headers but he page with the email message is blank?

Try closing the Mail app completely and see if the email text shows when you re-open the app : from the home screen (i.e. not with the Mail app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Mail app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then try do a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

The attachment is an .xls excel 97-2003 spreadsheet. I viewed the file in the email and did not edit it with any software. I can forward the file to anyone that is may want to check it out to see if they can help me. I was wondering if there was some way of forcing another ios6 install on my phone and maybe that would solve it.
Is there anyone out there that is viewing .xls files in email using ios6 w/o any other software installed like numbers or any other add ons? I am not upgrading my ipad from ios5 to ios6 so I can still continue to view the emails on my ipad. Is there an email viewer .xls plug-in that will be availablle in the next ios6 update?

Hi there - I can't view embedded images in emails with iPad mini. Any reason why?

I am having the same problem + I cannot download pdf attachment effectively.
This all happened after I upgraded the iOS to 7.x. In iOS 6.x, everything was working fine. I was able to see all the images in the email and, when I clicked on the pdf attachment, it would ask me if I want to save the pdf file to iBook. Right now, I cannot have either ones working.
I am using iPad 2.

No because I can't get to the point where it prompts me for open in. As soon as I tab the file in the mail server, the file is replaced by the message:

When I tab on the arrow in the upper right hand corner of Adobe I can mail a document sans problem, but I can't open one that way. I moved the files to google+ and then opened it in the adobe app but now the file it opens is the message, not the file I downloaded from inbox.

Cannot view email attachments after ios update

I have an ipad3 and just downloaded ios 8.2. Now, when I view emails I cannot view the attachments. Is there something I need to change? I checked up storage and still have 35GB left.

I understand that you are unable to view email attachments on your iPad. Try forcing all open applications to close and restart the device. Once this is done, see if you are able to view the attachments.

Can't log on to website to access email using ipad

I have been able to successfully view emails via my provider's website using my ipad. That has now changed. I can't sign on using the ipad. I have no problem accessing using my imac. Any idea what has happened? Any way to fix?

Do all other apps that need the interned work OK? Can you surf the web with Safari with no other noticeable issues?
Why don't you try using another browser? If another browser works, that would seem to pin it down to an issue with Safari. Google Chrome is a free browser available in the app store. Give that a try now.

When you reinstall, set it up as an Outlook account instead of "other". Everything synced when I did that.

I cannot send emails on iPad 2 or iPhone 4s.

Cannot send emails on iPad 2 or iPhone 4S. I keep getting an error saying you have exceeded your sending limit. Messages just sit in the outgoing box. How do I resolve this and avoid it in the future.

Deleting emails on ipad and iphone

hi peeps...
is it possible to delete ALL emails on ipad and iphone at once? its so annoying...once you delete 10 or 20 mails, older emails automatically start downloading again...i just want to wipe them all off, as I have them saved on my hotmail acc anyway.
any ideas?
