Viewing from thinkpad through TV

How do I change the frequency on my T30 to view slides and videos on my harddrive through my TV? I connect the thinkpad to the VGA slot on my TV. The sound is OK. But I cannot view any pictures. The TV screen is showing blurred images. The frequency on my Thinkpad is 60htz. There is no lower frequency numbers.

If the TV could mount the phone as a USB device it could probably play movies...not true streaming but it might work.

How do I migrate views from MS SQL 2008 to Oracle 11g through SQL Developer

Is there any way to migrate the views from MS SQL 2008 to Oracle 11g through SQL Developer? Please give me some detail steps. Thanks for your help.

The view is likely to be broken - recompiling it may help.
The Oracle schema is created using a .sql file - see under generated in the directory you gave originally in the wizard. There is a .out file that contains the result of running this script including any errors. During conversion there are also likely to be warnings displayed on the UI.
There may be a single issue that is causing multiple issues - if viewa depends on functionb, and functionb is broken, viewa will also fail.

If you want to stop a JATO request in its tracks, you have a little black
magic at your disposal: you can throw a CompleteRequestException. This
indicates to the JATO infrastructure that it should immeditately stop
handling the request, but not generate an error, as the develper has taken
full control. You can generally throw this error from anywhere, at any
point--it is a RuntimeException, and is "tunneled" through other exception
handlers where appropriate.
In your scenario, you want to check if the user is logged in, and if not,
save the target URL using the parsePathInfo() method. Then, forward to the
login page and then throw a CompleteRequestException.

What is the need to search for a program.
Use transaction SM30 or SE16 to create or maintain entries in the table.
e.g. if the Maintenance view is created on table A, then Goto transaction SM30 or SE16 and give the table name as A and proceed. This will automatically take u to the maintenance view on tha table A.

Auto PO creation from PR through ME58 problem.

We are providing facility to our client auto po creation from PR through Me58 transaction code.
I am facing amazing problem is that it is working fine in development client , not working in Quality and Production client , exactly problem is that ME58 u2013 Ordering Assigned Purchase requisition & Process Assignment Create PO , Purchase order cannot be created, PR shift in document overview , it means user want to drag and drop in purchase order then system create PO , this problem I am facing in Quality & Production , but it is working fine in development server there is no need to drag and drop , immediately after Process assignment Create PO , system directly convert PR into PO just only need to check and save PO. I compare everything with development & quality data including material master , source list and everything still I am unable to understand where is the problem , is there any customization settings related to auto po ? pls. suggest any solution to solve this issue.

Settings for Automatic PO creation is:
1. Select the Automatic PO check box/option in Purchasing view of material master
2. Select the Automatic PO option in the purchasing data view of Vendor master
3. Maintain Purchase info record
4. ME56- Assign the vendors to PR's
5. ME58- Create PO via assignment list(PR-> PO)
6. ME57- Assign and process PR's
7. ME59N - Create PO automatically via PR
Above step by step procedure is involved in the Automatic PO creation.

SSO issue when Webi Iview is viewed from consumer portal

We have our BI Portal federated to another Portal. I have a Web Intelligence report iview created in our producer Portal using Open Doc link in an URL iview. It opens perfectly fine when viewed in the producer portal. But when the same Iview is viewed from the consumer portal, SSO doesn't seem to work. I get the following error when the Iview is opened,

This message appears above the BO Infoview login screen. The userid part is pre-populated with my user id.
BM7CLNT100 is our producer portal. BEx Iviews are working fine from consumer portal. Am I supposed to pass any extra application parameter? Could you please help me out with this issue?

Thanks for the reply. Both the links you have mentioned are problems that I am not facing. I have no SSO issue in the producer portal. It logs me in and takes me directly to the Webi report. I have the error occuring only when I try to access this report from the consumer portal exposed as remote role.
This is the path it is taking.
consumer portal to producer portal (SSO) - working
producer portal to BO (SSO) - working
but consumer portal to BO through producer portal - not working

Opening a view from a link

I have a detail view(webdynpro) which I can open through a list report(webdynpro) or a link. The detail view opens successfully with data when I navigate from the list view. But when I pass the parameters through a link:
I pass the parameters into the model attributes of the model in the following format:

This is the same way in which I send the input values when i access this detail view from a list view(created in webdynpro).
The input model attributes are getting populated succesfully, but after I execute the BAPI and invalidate it I am not able to view the output on the screen.
Any pointers as to how I can resolve this?

There is no question of clearing the data here. I have 2 different applications: 1 of them opens the detail view through a list view (which works fine), another app has only the detail view which is opened through a link.
I am passing the inputs to the model attributes which works fine.
Also, I have tried invalidating before the BAPI call as well as after it. In both cases I am not able to view the output on the screen.

Enable Navigation to WebClient View from Inbox of IC

I am using CRM 2007. In the IC, when you click on a particular transaction in the Quick Create group we have it enabled to navigate to the Web Client view for that particular transaction within the IC. This is working fine which is great.
However, when you save the transaction in question and you go to the Inbox and select the transaction that was saved, the saved transaction shows up in the IC view. We wish to have this saved transaction to show up in the web client view from within the IC when selected from the Inbox.
Does anyone know if this could be achieved through customizing?? If there is a way to direct the saved transaction in the Inbox to the web client view by changing the link in some way?
It is only required for a particular transaction.
I know this can more than likely be achieved through programming but is there a customizing option out there for this?

Hi,
That is because, from the new transaction, view is different, and hence the navigation links defined in the component repository, where as inbox is completely different view/component.
Try to see, navigation links defined from the view where navigation is working fine, and the outbound plugs called. Try to replicate it for Inbox navigation, you may have to create new navigation link, enhance inbox result view and outbound plug to navigate to the new navigation link.
Regarding achievable through customizing, I am not completely sure if inbox result view could be found in customizing, plus you want it for a particular transaction only, but still if you are able to manage, it would be great.

In technical support, sometimes you have to make educated guesses. I'm sorry that you were offended.
iTunes does prompt when it is going to erase a device, and the message is clear.
She said in her message that she was able to successfully sync the old ipad. This indicated to me that itunes wiping the data was not an issue, because either it had been setup at the apple store (in which case it doesn't actually wipe the ipad despite saying it will*) (*based on a single case I saw), or because the itunes media folder was migrated.
Furthermore, my solution was to tell her how to backup her ipad (by either doing it manually, or as a last resort, by deleting the corrupt backup -- that she couldn't access anyway.)
I got that last part of the instructions from the "Taking Control of your iphone" book which I found samples of when I did a google search for "corrupted backup itunes".
She marked this as a solution, so it worked for her.

When running final cut, I usually view my work through a tv moniter as my external video monitor. However it is garbled and i have a feeling it is fixable? Anybody know how???

I output to my TV monitor via a DAC (digital to analogue converter) which takes the firewire signal and converts it to composite.
Since upgrading to FCP 5 I often find the picture on the TV is "grabled". All I do is select REFRESH DEVICES from my VIEW menu and it sorts it out. Let me know if this works.

For example if I am logged on as user USER1 in Portal, is it then possible to access WWSBR_ALL_ITEMS as USER1?

You can access Content Area APIs from any user using JDBC calls. But, you may have to grant 'EXECUTE' privileges on those procedures (& SELECT privilege if its a DB object like Table, VIEW).
If you are using PL/SQL procedures in your application, you can directly access them through PL/SQL calls, otherwise you have to use JDBC.

View and Navigate through PDF´s on a DB2 SQL Query

We need to create a windows forms application in .Net to view and navigate through pdf´s that are located on a DB2 Express SQL database using the Acrobat SDK or PDF Library.
The idea would be to query the SQL table and the result we should be able to view and navigate through by using the viewer procedures from the SDK without having to send the PDF files to a temporary folder on the hard drive.
So for example, if the query returned 20 pdf´s, we should be able to navigate and view these pdf´s on a windows form connecting directly to the query via streams or a data source.
We assume that what we need is some sort of procedure to connect the viewer to the query through a data source.
Please help us to research about this and determine if this is possible.

I guess you mean that we should develop a plugin in C/C++ for Acrobat, but that is not what we intend.
Is there a way to develop a function in .Net that will allow a Windows Form to read a stream with a pdf using Adobe ´s SDK or PDF´s library?
If so, would you be so kind as to point us to some reading material?
