Viewing itemised call details - service downgraded

Many customers wish to be able to view call details. Sometimes it is to check which kids are spending a fortune phoning friends on mobiles, or getting suckered into dialling premium rate numbers, sometimes it is to provide proof that a call was made on a certain date and time, perhaps if there is a dispute with a company (as was suggested in another thread recently)
Before online and paperless billing this was easy because all calls were printed and itemised. After the numerous modifications to online billing however it has become harder to view call details. If you forget to download a bill from more than 10 months back, then it's unavailable unless you pay to have it retrieved. The downloadable .pdf files do not have itemised calls; this is not in customers' interests and should be remedied. If you wish to see details you must find the csv file (and the hotlink is not easy to locate) and, as far as I can tell, even then you have only a short time to do this; once the next bill is available, you lose the link to the csv file on the previous 9 bills.
You can look at all pages of call details when viewing the current bill online, but not if you are using Firefox with certain security add-ons (NoScript, Request Policy, Taco); BT appear to have decided that it is in customers' interests to allow scripts referencing a third party, Omniture, to snoop on one's private details and apparently have access to the phone numbers of people whom customers have called. (I'm assuming that is the case because BT have not denied it). And these scripts are blocked by the security add-ons, so the information is unavailable, unless one uses a less-secure browser
I feel strongly that BT should publish some clear guidance on this whole area of itemised calls, so that customers are forewarned what measures they must take to ensure that they can view and keep itemised records of all call details.
What do others think?

Viewing one's bill(s) didn't used to be such a pain, but now it is
Omniture (oops) I'm sure they don't need to have these types of things on my private billing pages

Viewing my Call Details!

For the past three nights I have gotten onto Verizons website to try and figure out how to view my call details meaning how to see numbers that I have called and numbers that have called me. Through the help features I figured out how to view the Usage details and from there there should be another tab to view the call details except when I go to the usage details there is no tab to go any farther. So I cannot figure out how to view this because I don't have the option to anywhere on my account and I am the account holder. I have seen places it says you have to be the person financially responsible for the account to do certain things and when I registered I thought that let them know I am the person responsible for this account. HELP!@! This is not the easiest website to try and view things in. I hope someone can help me. TXS

I have 5 different lines with Verizon but when i go to MYVerizon and sign in I have to use my home number then when I go to Verizon Wireless I have to use my wireless number here is the confusion under the wireless I don't think it has me as the account owner because being registered with the home number so I went looking for a place to register all phone numbers and I can't find that. So when I go in Verizon wireless it only shows me the usage details and there is no tab to view the call details. Do you see what I am saying? I know I may have explained it wrong or confused you. Then I went looking for a place called the Account Manager to make sure I was registered as the account manager and now I can't find that. I am very frustrated with this VeriZon website. I guess my question is how do I make sure the Wireless part knows I am the account manager? TXS

How to View Voice Call Detail for 12 Month History?

Hello, I asked via Chat but it keeps locking up. I know there's a way to view voice call history by phone number for a 12 month period, but I can't see how to view this for months prior to the current month. When I select a prior month, it just shows a usage graph.

Update a table view field calling a service

Hi all,
is there a way in a table view to calculate the value of a field calling a data service, using as calling arguments other fields from the same row?
For example I have line items of a sales order in a table view. In one field the user enters the quantity in the desired unit of measure. I would like to have the quantity transformed in KGs in the same row.
Is this possible?
Points will be awarded for usefull suggestions.

Make a report on the table. Go to the definition of
the report column and change the "Display As" type to
text field or select list or whcih ever is
applicable. Write a process on submit to insert these
values back to the table. You will have control over
which columns the user can modify.Thats a good idea and I was able to start on it. But how can my after submit process tell which rows to modify? i.e. what will my after submit process look like?

Viewing iTunes App Details

I wish there was a way in iTunes under Apps to view the apps by which account they purchased with. Right now the only way I know to view that is to do a Get Info on an app. Also, wish I could see a list of apps in iTunes that aren't installed on any device. Any ideas if that is possible or something that would make it happen?

Historic Itemised Bill Details

I am trying to find out how to access itemised call details from previous bills. My current settings say I should be able to see them.
Like other people I am trying to get a list of calls made to a specific number over the last six months as part of a legal claim against a company.

Welcome to the forum.
If you download one of your previous bills and scroll down to the call usage section, it should say how your calls are itemised (the most common one I think is when calls are itemised if they came to over £0.50 or above).
If it isn’t fully itemised (i.e. where every single call is shown on the bill) I can get that changed and it’ll apply to all future bills. To get in touch by clicking on my username and using the web form under “about me”.

Viewing call details for International calls

Hi,
I have been using Verizon Wolrd plan for making International calls and still unable to view my call logs (until I get my monthly bill). Called support group so many times and explained this issue and as usual got different types of reasons for the lack of call detail info but never got the solution to my problem. Are there any plans to fix this issue? ..

How to call Web Services (with javascript) in a view load event ?

It seems that the MethodResultTableDataProvider does not return the response of the web service as a value field if the WSDL contains only one result element.

Connection reset error while calling web service deployed on tomcat

I am trying to invoke a web service from web dynpro application. The web service is deployed on tomcat 5.5 server.
I am creating an adaptive web service model using wsdl file. The model gets created without any error.
But when application is deployed and run it is giving following exception:

VO object error while calling Web Service.

Hi,
I created one page with 5 text field and one choice list with three buttons.
Functionality is :
1. As page loads I am calling Web Service to set the values in fields.
2. When user enters new values or changed the old values and click on "Save" button, again web service is called to store that values.
Problem is when changing message choice value. For message choice I created one VO for lookup_code and meaning.
When I click on "Save" Button it showing me error
Attribute set for LookupCode in view object EncryptionModeVO1 failed

View usage and details from previous contract.

I have been a Verizon customer for quite some time. I'm on my third contract. Is there anyway to view calling usage in detail(phone numbers, location, minutes) from my previous contract? I have been able to use the analyze usage tab and it has aloud me to view up to a year ago. Can I view any further in history? I also renewed my 2 year contract only 5 months ago. Any info would help.

Your account information is available on line for 12 months. Contract terms/ and renewals do not affect the history available, unless you changed the account owner.
You should be able to view your billing for the previous 12 months, call details for all of that and texting details for the last 3 months. You can call customer service and they may be able to email you pdf copies of billing more than 12 months ago.

I have Lync 2013 and 2010 , still i didn't finish my migration completely from 2010 to 2013 .this is coexistence environment that contains both Lync Server 2010 and Lync Server 2013 .
There was no error's in my lync 2013 front end and back end server's and every thing was fine, yesterday I installed windows updated AND CU for my lync 2013 front end and backend server's .
later on after restarting both the front end and the back end server's i start having hundred's of these error's related to "LS Call Park Service".
so any advice for these issue ? and what is the effect for these error .
below is the error I got .

Error calling WSDL Service in Swing application.

I'm having the following error when calling a web service in a Swing Application.
getUserInfo is defined and properly deployed. I tried several time to recreate WSDL cache and auto generated code, but nothing changed.

Calling web service via utl_dbws with unbounded return values

Hello, everyone.
I'm trying to use utl_dbws to call web service from Oracle DB 10 g.
WS has unbounded return value:
<xs:element maxOccurs='unbounded' minOccurs='0' name='return' type='xs:string'/>
I'm setting return paramter in web service call handler like this:
sys.UTL_DBWS.set_return_type(l_h_service_call, cs_qname_type_string);
and when I'm trying to call it from PL/SQL function I'm getting an error:

I've tried to return values by out parameters and got the same exception.
It looks like utl_dbws needs to know parameters count before calling.

I'm not sure if you would have solved your problem by now, but with my recent experience with the utl_dbws package, for doc lits with complex data types, you have to call the service with an XML request, as opposed to passing the param array.
