Viewing my images

Why do I have ? on all my folders and cant see my images?

When you say that you have loaded Lightroom for the first time, do you mean for the first time in Windows 8? The fact that you have a catalog with folders in it would indicate that you have been using Lightroom previously on something. What was it?
The ? indicates that the folders are not in the location where Lightroom is looking. If you right-click on the folders one of the options is to update folder location. If you click on that option you will be allowed to browse to where the images are now located. Once you have made that update the ? should go away.

  • Crystal Reports Viewer Toolbar Images missing

    I have Crystal Reports XI R2 installed on a windows server 2008 R2 Enterprise server and when a when I browse to my asp.net page withe the crystal reports viewer I get the red x's for the toolbar images.  The viewer and web.config entries all reference the 11.5.3700.0.  When I view the source of the page the source is "../aspnet_client/system_web/2_0_50727/crystalreportviewers115".  At first the crystalreportviewers115 was not in subfolder at my sites root aspnet_client folder and so I copied it there.  But it still doesn't work.
    What seems odd is that we I was using the embedded version from VS 2008 (10.5.3700.0) the view source of the page showed the image path as "/aspnet_client/system_web/2_0_50727/CrystalReportWebFormViewer4" and this worked fine but when I use XI R2 (11.5.3700.0) the path is "../aspnet_client/system_web/2_0_50727/crystalreportviewers115" so where and why is there ".." for the XI R2 version.

    CR 11.5 is not supported on WIn 2008 server. See [this|https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=56787567] wiki.
    You may also want to take a look at the article [Viewer toolbar images appear as red u2018X on Crystal Reports VS .NET web viewer|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/50aa68c0-82dd-2b10-42bf-e5502b45cd3a]. It may help, but if not, you'll have to move on to a supported version of CR.

  • Firefox 4.0 is my default browser, and I am receiving a script error message when I try to view online images in Family Tree Maker 2011, a genealogy program. Have not had problems until Firefox 4.0. Can't seem to find a setting in Firefox to fix this.

    Error is as follows: Line: 63 Char: 4344 Error: Unable to get value of the property 'offsetHeight': object is null or undefined Code: 0 URL: http://yui.yahooapis.com/combo?2.8.0/build/yuiloader-dom- event/yuiloader-dom-event.js&2.8.0/build/dragdrop/dragdrop- min.js&2.8.0/build/stylesheet/stylesheet- Do you want to continue running scripts on this page? Y/N buttons."

    I see. Well, I just tried to make IE my default browser, but it did not solve the problem. I receive the same script error when I view the image. (I may not have explained this thoroughly enough at first - I do get to view the image after answering the error message, but the print button embedded in the window doesn't work. Before, I never had a problem with viewing or printing.)
    I imagine that at this point I will either need to communicate this to the IE people, or possibly revert to an older version of IE.

  • How do I view multiple images in one window?

    How do I view multiple images in one window?  I want to compare images side by side, not in tabs.

    Thank you, Barbara.  I found that I had to close the program after I turned on "allow floating documents" and restart, before I was able to go to "float all in windows".

  • Why can't I just view the images on my iPhone on the big screen of my Mac mini?

    I just took many images at a family get together. I am home now and want to view them to edit out the bad ones and maybe import some to share.
    Why can't I view these images in OSX Mountain Lion?

    Thank you, Illaass.
    Xee is working now. Even though I bought it in the App Store, it is in demo mode and asks for a key, which wasn't given upon purchase.
    Kinda good. It didn't cost much.
    Air Play mirror would be great, except for the Apple exclusivity of Apple TV. And, of course, $100!
    Thanks

    I am using an Macbook pro in conjunction with a Time Capsule. I back up all my aperture librarys on it, but how can i view these images that are stored on the capsule please ??

    If you want to see what is in a file that is backed up by time machine then you have to restore the entire file. Having said that I have had good experience with Time Machine and individual files... if the file is there then all of it's components are almost for sure there. A way to get around this in Aperture would be to use referenced images. The images then still exist as individual files and can be backed up and restored individually. You would have to do so on a file by file basis though and your album information would still only be saved within the Aperture library.

  • Viewing RAW images in full screen - problem

    I have begun to shoot some images in RAW mode with both my Nikon D70 and Nikon D200 - NEF format. I edit in Photoshop Elements, from withing iPhoto so that edited images are saved back to iPhoto.
    When I view edited images in full screen mode from iPhoto, the edited version will be shown briefly and then the unedited version pops up. Anyone know what this is all about and can it be stopped?
    Also, I am wondering why, when I right-click on a RAW image in iPhoto, one of my choices is "Reprocess RAW" whether I have edited it or not. And there is no choice to "Revert to original" as in non-RAW images.
    Marion

    I think you are referring to minor color and other editing done within iPhoto. I am talking about cropping and other major editing done in Photoshop Elements. This edited RAW image, by default, is saved back to iPhoto - but NOT as JPEG - where I can view it along with other RAW images I have not processed in any way.
    Yet, both edited and unedited images offer me the same option when I right click for the contextual menu - "Reprocess RAW." This is the place where "Revert to Original" appears when this menu is accessed from a JPEG image.
    When I use iPhoto edit, which I almost never do, it does indeed save the image as "JPEG image (from Nikon RAW)." And indeed I do then have the option to Revert to Original.
    Reprocess RAW works in the same way as Revert to Original. It was just mysterious to me why I was offered the opportunity to redo something I'd not done in the first place.
    Thanks for your help.

  • Cannot view horizontal images in Iphoto

    All of the my photos are viewable in Iphoto as thumbnails, but when I try to view the horizontal photos from the thumbnails I get a grey screen with an Exclamation point in the middle instead of the actual photo... The photos I previously turned vertical are opening fine... Also, I can open/view all images when not in IPhoto... How do I fix this?

    I got it to work... I had been adding my modified images to the modified folder in iphoto, instead of putting them in their own folder... once I removed the photos I had added, everything started working as normal... Thank-you for your help! I would have never figured it out...

  • How to view an Image in ABAP Webdynpro on button action

    Hi Experts,
    I want to view an image on a button action without creating a new view or window.
    I just need to display the image.
    Thanks,
    R Sahu

    Hi Rabi,
    Add Context Attribute "SOURCE_IMG" with type String.
    Add Image UI "img_id" in layout and bind its source with this context attribute.
    on any method where you want to change/show image dynamically, put this code :
    here url can be path to image on local or any url-path for web image.
    call method wd_context->set_attribute
           EXPORTING
             name = 'SOURCE_IMG'
             value          = url .
    I hope this is what you are looking for.
    Thank you

  • How to view the image as cylindrical view in panorama image viewer?

    i am facing the problem to view the image as cylindrical view.
    i.e, the image moved at the end position ,the image seems to jump to the start.
    instead of this the image should view as cylindrical view. i.e, that the end of the image sticks to the beginning of the image.

    }plz help me regarding this concept

    I have learnt a technique when I am programming in flash.
    Assume you have a photo cat.jpg with 10 units in width and 10 units in height. You can have a view(viewport) 10 units in width and 10 units in height.
    The following shows the width of the photo:
    012345679
    To show an effect of panorama, you can draw 2 photo at any time. I assume the eyesight of a person move from left to right with 1 unit at a time.
    The original image is 0123456789.
    If the person move eyesight to right by one unit, the image become
    1234567890
    If the person move eyesight to right by one more unit, the image become
    2345678901
    You can program the by drawing 2 images at any time.
    0123456789(zero width for second image)
    123456789(0, 1 unit in width in second image)
    23456789(01, 2 unit in width in second image)
    To display part of image, try this link to a program to crop image

  • How to view an image at runtime?

    Hi all,
    I am developing a web application using JSP,struts, ADF BC with JDeveloper 10.1.3.
    I have added
    <input type="image" src="../../images/calendr3.gif"/>
    in my Databound table on my JSP page.
    I can see the image at Design time but no image at runtime.
    What should I do to view the image at runtime??
    I have tried
    <input type="image" src="<%=request.getContextPath()%>/images/calendr3.gif"/>
    in this case JDeveloper completely stops functioning. I don't know why? Maybe it's not allowed to have a jsp tag within a databound jsp form???

    Hi,
    did you add the image to JDeveloper (hit the refresh button) so it gets deployed with the application ?
    Also, look at the generated JSP code to see how the image is accessed. I am sure you will find an improperly defined URL

  • Can't view gif images.

    I had to reinstall Yosemite on my computer and since I did that I can't view gif images in Firefox and Safari.  What do I need to do to be able to view gif images?
    Bill

    Am working on a webpage with some animated gifs in it. Everything works fine when it is loaded up, the images display and animate continuously. But these gifs may be updated on the server. I have some javascript that checks if the gifs have been updated by checking the modified meta data. If it has that image is reloaded. this works fine and the new image is brought up but that animation is never started. it just sits there on the first frame.
    works as planned in chrome. it also worked as planned in FF9 but does not in FF12
