if anyone can help, thx

Are you having any issues viewing the site too?
Not when I use the url
http://believelifecoaching.com
Clicking on that works for you, doesn't it?
Can u explain why this is happening?
The problem with the url http://www.believelifecoaching.com is caused by some kind of incorrect setting at the place which has your name.

  • I published and cannot see my site on the web

I have tried to publish my site to the web and my site went live . But I can not view the site  on the web.
My domain name is with godaddy.

    Hello,
How did you publish the site? Did you publish it to Business Catalyst or did you upload it to your host?
    Cheers

When I call up some web sites sometimes the web site comes up 3 or 4 times...how do I stop this from happening? For example if I click on a link the exact same link comes up 3 or 4 times and I have to manually delete all of them but one.

Do you organise your email into separate folders, or do you just let it accumulate in the Inbox?
I would strongly advise you not to let it sit in the Inbox.
When you see this happening, try right-click on the affected folder, select '''Properties''' then '''Repair Folder'''.
Large folders (actually, a folder in Thunderbird is stored as a file, so it is sensitive to file size limits set by the underlying file system) can be problematic. This is one reason not to let messages collect in one folder. I use Thunderbird's Archive folders so that accumulated mails over several years can happily coexist because they are effectively stored in many small folders. No single mail store folder then exceeds the 2GB or 4GB sizes that have been known to stress the OS. I appreciate that current builds of Thunderbird and a modern 64-bit OS should be able to cope, but practically I find it slows down when given huge files, so I err towards a pragmatic solution; a large number of not very big files.
Archives are searchable, and a Saved Search folder can give you a virtual composite folder allowing access to the entire Archive.

  • After purchasing the Export PDF Online software when I attempt to perform a "File/Save As" when viewing a document on the web it locks up windows explorer.  I receive "FIle Save As - Not Responding"

After purchasing the Export PDF Online software when I attempt to perform a "File/Save As" when viewing a document on the web it locks up windows explorer.  I receive "FIle Save As - Not Responding"

I think you may be correct.  It is coincidental with my upgrade to Adobe Reader 11.0.10.
    I have installed IE 11 (11.0.9600.17690)
It may be an Adobe Reader problem in that the "tools/file save as" dialog is completely empty. No local directories are displayed for saving to.   When I try to Close(X) the "File Save As" box it pops up a message box on top that says "Adobe Reader is not Responding"  It locks up all of my IE windows, not just the one with the PDF doc.
I need to go go Task Manager and stop the IE task.  All my browser windows are then closed.
That is the only way to recover from the "Adobe Reader is Not Responding" message.

  • I am having a trouble that I can't overcome with dw cc view interface and the actual site on the web

Sorry - long title - I am and have been having the same problem for weeks as I attempt to learn a new version of Dreamweaver and the bootstrap stuff (I think)
I had one problem solved today with a development area interfering with MY site. Before that though - some of the js or css was changed on my site too and now I can't get the background color back on my site. My site [slimdangdoo.com] is basically informational and a place for me to learn - at least until I was able to set-up a sub-domain the develope on.
Since DW CC I have had to scramble to correct things that the new DW did to the old sites that I unknowingly opened and resaved.
I have also had the little problem of making changes only to have DW say that it isn't allowed because of a locked library.  [Hmmm.  I wonder if it means locked in a way I can change in the OS.]
So - right now - my site looks fine in Dreamweaver - but on the web it is not right ay all which would be obvious if you saw it.  I depend on it for people to lock at photos of our vanation rental etc.
    Anybody got anything I'm missing?

Ok I see it now.  Fix your code errors.

  • I can not view pdf. files on the web.

I have downloaded the latest Adobe reader.
I can open and view existing pdf files on my desktop.
I can not however view any pdf files from web sites.

    Yes, it was working.
Last week I cleaned up my hard drive using an app. called OmniDiskSweeper.
I deleted what I thought was an extra copy of Adobe Reader 9.
Today, I tried to open an pdf file on a website and just got a dark page.
I tried several different websites with the same result.
I was able to open existing pdf files located on my desktop.
I then downloaded and reinstalled both Adobe Reader 9 and Adobe Reader 10.1.3 .
I am still unable to open and view pdf files on web sites.

  • View Access Reports on the web Through Sharepoint?

I am using MS Access 2010 as a front-end to a 2008 SQL Server back-end.  Reports produced are complex and printed in PDF form.  I want to make them available for viewing on the web. This will prove very useful to customers that make changes to
the SQL data and want to see a new report.  The reports are already designed and saved in the MS Access database under various report names.
    Questions:
    1) How can I execute a saved MS 2010 Access Report from an asp page where the customer makes data changes?
    2) Once the new MS Access Report is created, how do I retrieve it to show to the customer?
I assume Sharepoint Server will work for this purpose, but after numerous web searches, I am confused about what I am seeing as to whether it can definitely do it or not.
FYI ... I also design web pages via Visual Studio 2010 if that makes a difference for integration purposes.
    Steve

The standard answer to this, is that you'll need to publish the database to sharepoint using Access Services.  Once your database is inside of SharePoint as a site, you still have to make sure that SSRS is functioning, because that's what's used in
the browser to display the reports.

  • Can't view Quicktime Movies on the web

this is what im trying to view
    http://www.solent.ac.uk/360/hamwic_bedroom.html
it worked a while back but not now, now i get the light blue logo with the question mark
cant change file types in preferences they are not greyed out they dont even show as a list, it says programatically set
i found qtp whatever it was in regedit changed everything to full control
moved quicktime .xml file onto desktop from apple computer folder
uninstalled and installed quicktime a few times
tried with ie8 google chrome and cometbird
    no luck
quicktime is terrible, i dont know why so many things on the web need it to play, they may as well ask notepad to open the files.
    cheers

I'm having the exact same problem... Don't know when but IE and Firefox are refusing to play quicktime files. I can run the quicktime player and play MP3 and MOV files (which is what I normally do) but nothing is playing from the browser.
I've tried pretty much everything I can think of... in the end, QuickTime is not showing up under Set Default Programs or Set Program Associations (via QuickTime Preferences->Browser->MIME Settings or File Types).
I can install QT-Lite, and everything works for the browser... except now I don't have a standalone player that plays MP3 and MOV files because I cannot have QT-Lite installed alongside QuickTime.
    Please advise.
    Thanks,
    Jason

  • After upgrading to 08 I've found my lost site on the web but not on iDisk.

    Thank you for looking.
I've typed in my missing web site's html address, after the upgrade to iLife '08, found it with an address of:
    http://web.mac.com/MYNAME/iWeb/lovedogs/Welcome.html
But can't find it on my iDisk anywhere. Is there a way I can pull this down so I don't have to rebuild it?
    Thank tons.l

The only domain.sites I have locally is the new one created by iLife '08.
It would see to me that if I can "hit" the old web site by the URL then there should be some way to FTP download it... It has to be somewhere if it's showing up.
    Thanks
Your published files are on your iDisk. You can drag them from your iDisk to your desktop, no need for FTP. But you cannot import these files into iWeb. iWeb cannot read the files it publishes, it can only read and edit the domain.sites or domain.sites2 files. I know this sounds strange, but it is true. Search your hard drives(s) carefully for any domain.sites or domain.sites2 files; if you can't find the domain file for your old site, you will have to rebuild it from scratch.
As you can see, it is absolutely vital to regularly backup the domain files as they are your only editable link to your websites.

Check your hosting's FAQ/Support section for info on FTP.
Go back to the sign-up email from your hosting for the ftp
    information.
enter the FTP information in the "remote server" section of
    this site's Site

  • View iphone movies on the web

I have several short movies taken with my iPhone that I would like to post on my company website. Please advise the most direct (easiest, quickest) way to do that. Thanks in advance.

It depends on the supported video format of your website for most of the time. I think the best way is to convert your videos to MP4/FLV with the video converter since these two are the widest supported video format on the web. The process would be very fast and really convenient. You can try. the conversion should be three steps: add file->choose the output format->convert

  • Neither Safari nor Firefox can view PDF files on the web - they appear blank?

Starting a couple of weeks ago, now when i'm at a web site and I click on a link that is a pdf, the screen is blank dark gray.  I closed Safari and opened firefox and tried to see if that would work.  Firefox also didn't display the pdf, just a blank white page.  It had a note saying I needed to disable some plugin and restart, which I did, but it still doesn't display a pdf.
any suggestions?  I keep all of my software updated and have Acrobat 9 as part of the CS5 suite on my system.

    Try this...
Quit your browsers then open the Finder.
From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
    Type or copy/paste:   /Library/Internet Plug-Ins
Click Go then move the Adobe PDF browser plugin to the Trash.
    Relaunch a browser to test.

I don't see any Flash code in your link.
You do realize that Flash Menus are not web & user friendly, right?  They are invisible to non-flash supporting devices like iPhones/iPads, language translators, screen readers and search engines. When people without Flash land on your page, what will they do?
The best advice I can offer is to ditch flash for navigation and use CSS styled text or the Spry Menus that come with DW.

  • I suddenly can't view some sites on the internet due to adobe flash changes

Can anyone help me concerning Adobe Flash.  In the last few days I have been getting messages to download Adobe Flash and when I click download nothing happens expect a litte motion on the top on my bar on the right.  I have been able to view videos on most sites before this recent event.
    Thanks

Choose Go to Folder from the Finder's Go menu, provide ~/Downloads/ as the path, verify the file there is actually a Flash installer and not malware(the current dmg is 11.6MB), and then install it. You may want to download it from Adobe's site.

  • Thank you for ruining one of the best support sites on the web

The discussions forum which I have used for years is now nearly unnavigable, the instant searching is annoying, and only three search results? To a keyword "folder"? Really? If I wanted to use Bing, I would.
But apparently Apple is trying to emulate Microsoft in making it's web site and many of it's programs almost unusable. Way to go.

Unfortunately... I can say for myself that I have cut back tremendously on providing support.  I used to spend quite a bit of time browsing and offering help when I can.  Now, from the perspecitive of someone looking to offer help (as opposed to trying to find it), the site is very difficult to use.  Tons of useful information that used to make navigating easy is no longer available.  One of the things that still ticks me off to no end is that when I'm browsing postings... hit "More" at the end of the list... find something interesting to respond to... when I click back, it takes me back to the top of the topics list again... so I need to scroll down again... hit more again... and try to track down where I left off so I can continue to review postings.  I much prefer pages to the whole idea of clicking on "More".
Basically... as a result... I'll just pop in once in a while.  If something is close to the top of the list of new postings, I'll answer it.  I expect postings that have been around longer are likely to get ignored more quickly as people won't bother with the hassle of trying to navigate.
Keeping track of posts is also a pain (and I'm not going to bookmark every response I make).  So, unfortunately I don't tend to follow up with people as often as I would have in the past.
I really didn't like the changes when they first made them.  But, I wanted to give it a chance and not be labeled as someone who was just averse to change.  Having given it a significant amount of time, I don't find this update anymore user friendly than the first day I tried it.
I would be very suprised if the level of support provided here has not significantly decreased since the update.
