  • Transaction code history table

    Hi Guys,
I need to know the program names which were assigned to a particular transaction code. I know this history is stored in a table. I forgot the table name.
Now I am in urgency to find what are all the previous programs assigned to that transaction code.
    Thanks in advance,
    K. R. Chakradhar

    Hi Seshu,
           Thanks for your reply.
But here I don't know the program name.
I know the tcode name. we assigned different versions of the programs to a single tcode.
ex: prg1 is assigned to tcode1. then the program has been modified and named as prg2 and assignd to same tcode1. afterthat again the program has been modified and named as prg3 and assigned to same tcode1..like that it went some 5 to 6 versions...But note that the tcode name is same.
after some time i found that last version of the program is wrong.. I want to assign the second time program name ie. prg2.
for that I have to know all the program names which were assigned to that tcode.
from where I can find that one
plz give me the appropriate answers
    thanks in advance

  • Transaction Codes View

    Hello
I am not a basis person but trying to learn on myself, I have been making users and profiles and assinging them, I follow the same procedure everytime but still there is difference in respect to view of transaction codes i.e. the end user is not able to view the transaction codes but only the respective texts related to them appears to them for some users and some users can see both Tcodes and texts. Please help me as I want that the end users are able to see Tcodes also.
    Thank you

    Hi,
I think you are searching for the personal setting every user can choose.
Try select the menu "extras" => "settings", and in the following popup window select then "display technical names".
After this you will see transaction codes and texts in the menus.
    Hope this helps

  • Transaction code to view process orders set for deletion

    Hi PP Gurus
We are trying to search for transaction code to view the process orders which have status as DLFL i.e deletion flag  set for the orders. In cooispi, the deleted orders are not shown in the report output.
I request you to let me know if there is any other code through which we can view deleted process orders.
    Thanks & Regards
    Harleen Kaur

    Dear,
In COOISPI  put DLT in system status field and execute the report this will give you the list of all order with deletion flags

  • How to create transaction code for maintenance view

    hai friends,
i hope every thing goes good.
i have doubt, how to create transaction code for maintenance view. I created view for tranperant table and now i want to create transaction code for the view.
i tried and i donot know the screen number and program name and where can i give the view name.
if any one know please post in details.
    thanks in advance.

    Hi Elam,
You need to create a "Parameter Transaction".
What this means is that you will have a transaction (let's call it "ZMAINT") which calls "SM30" and passes in your table name.
Go to transaction SE93 and enter your new transaction code. Enter in the Tcode description and choose "Transaction with Parameters" (it shouldbe the last radio button).
Enter in the default transaction "SM30" and tick the "Skip Initial Screen" check box. Hit Enter.
Now scroll to the bottom of the screen and you will see a Table Control where you will need to enter in the values to the SM30 selection screen.
Because you hit ENTER, the program will have loaded in the Selection Screen parameters into it's memory. Hit the drop down for "Name of Screen Field" and select "VIEWNAME" and then enter in your Z Table in the "Value" column.
Now go to the next line and hit the drop down and select "UPDATE" in the "Name of Screen Field". Enter in a "X" in the value column.
Now save the transaction and there you have it.
    Hope this helps.
    Cheers,
    Pat.

  • Where the history of Transaction Codes does get stored?

Today when I was working on one issue in one SAP system on my PC and later on another system observed that the transaction codes (tcodes) which are there in history were the same for both the systems.
Then I started searching for the table or a location where the transaction codes (tcodes) are getting stored which we entered on command line in SAP R3 system. Finally, after lot of search and some reading I found out the location.
This is a simple but very interesting thing to know how Operating system stores the SAP commands.
    Below Steps
Let’s first see the list of transactions which are entered on command line. Later we will be getting the same list from OS level.
Logon to your SAP R3 system and see the history of tcodes on command line.
Now find out the location where this tcodes are getting stored at OS level.
Go to Start -> Run -> regedit and click ok. It will open the following screen.
    Expand the node HKEY_USERS.
After that expand the selected node and again expand it.
Click on Software -> SAP -> SAPGUIFront.
Please note the path and you can directly open it and then compare it with your systems command line list.
However, I was curious about the all other transactions which are not in this list which user entered on the command line. Hence found one more way to find this data.
For that we need to go to my computer and click on Search and search the following path.
    SAPHistory<User Name>.mdb
Once you click on Search it will give you the access file.
So i want know is there any other Tcode or procedure to got the same........!
    Regards
    Ashish Chanekar

file SAPHistory<User Name>.mdb conatins the transaction history.
this is a Microsoft Access file, but it is password protected... and this is not publicly known.

In order to find the view in the IMG call transaction SM30, enter the view and push button Customizing.
The following activites are found on ERP 6.0:
South Korea: Basic Settings for Value-Added Tax     Assign Business Place
Business Place (Generic)                                        Assign Business Places to Plants

  • The Asset History Sheet (Transaction code: S_ALR_87011990)

    Hi,
Can any one help me on the following?
The he Asset History Sheet (Transaction code: S_ALR_87011990) provides year to date balance per asset class and can be drilled down to individual asset level.
Is there any way I could use same report or any other reports that can provides monthly movement data instead of year to date data?
    Regards,
    Rashid Khan

    Hello Rashid,
We have developed an Asset History Sheet report that works on a monthly basis - in other words, it shows you the beginning balances of the month, all of the activity and the ending balances. Also, the report can be run for any number of periods and even for periods in prior, closed fiscal years.

  • Is there any view for  table TSTCT (transaction code text )

    Hi,
I need to display the transactions allowed per a user , in that i need to display transaction codes along with the text.
In this report selection screen contains user as select option, when the user enters group of users as selection it is consuming a lot of time to get the t codes and to get the text from the table tstct. is there any way so that i can reduce the the runtime of this program.

I am not sure abt the view but Try to use the key fields in the where clause of select statement. This you can do to have a good performance or restrict the user to enter few entries in that select option. Instead of select-options you can use parameters options also.
