Viewing pictures in N82 gallery

Hi, my N82 takes decent pictures, but viewing them is not fun at all, hopefully someone knows of a way to adjust the settings. Firstly when I take a photo with the phone held sideways(like a camera), and I go back to view them though gallery they have been rotated around and only fill half the screen. (I have auto-rotate turned off cos its not practical in everyday use). There is an option in the menu to rotate pic left or right, but this takes ages and each pic has to be done individually. The same things happens when taking and viewing videos. Does anybody know how to make them full screen every time without turning on autorotate?
Another thing is there are loads of pics that show up in the gallery which aren't photos, but icons form programmes installed on the memory card. I dont want to delete them as the programmes will stop working but how do I make them not show up? Also is there a way to view the gallery with simple thumbnails instead of the impractical eye candy u-shaped slideshow? I really hope there is a solution or that nokia fixes these issue with the next firmware or I'm gonna go back to my K800 for photos.

With reference to the above query, you might like to look at this post by dan955uk which although a bit tedious eliminated about 60 TomTom thumbnails from Gallery for me.

i have a samsung galaxy note 3. Since this latest update, my phone is slower and I can't view pictures in my Gallery. It takes forever to load and a notification window will appear asking if I want to Wait or iif I want to Close?! Let's get your phone running in prime condition once again, Ellemme. It's often times beneficial to clear app cache after an update. You may complete this option by heading into Settings > Storage > Cache Data. This may help the device in terms of the speeds that you're receiving.

Tried to install Share Online, but failed. After this I can't view any pictures in the gallery, only white squares. Have discovered that Share was preinstalled. What should I do? Restore original setting will create much work, as I have RoadSync email, not Nokia.

Well, this is a great opportunity to "scold" you for not having these files backed up. But let's not go there...OK? The first thing you need to do is to try and recover anything on your HD that you cannot easily replace. The best option at this point is going to boot your computer into target disk mode, connect it to another mac and copy your files. Before you try anything else, you need to do this. Then you can try repairing the "target disk" and try booting the computer again.

I am not see in iPhoto 09 pictures from mobileme gallery. in me iPhoto is Mobileme gallery and in this are various albums. But if I click to any album , that I am not see this pictures in this album and iPhoto say " Your mobileme account information as not correct-provided login is not valid " . This is a long shot but try this:
1 - go to your System/MobileMe preference pane and log out of your MMe account.
2 - try logging in with a bad user name and password to clear the caches.
3 - now log in with your correct user name and password.
4 - launch iPhoto, select your MMe galleries one at a time and click on the publish button
5 - check your online galleries to see if they can not be viewed.

More specifically, is there a way to view pictures that are on your phone, or in your inbox, online? Like is there an archive of sent/recieved messages that you can access on this site?

How to view pictures as "fit-in" in Photos

Is there a way to view pictures in landscape mode in Photos as "fit-in" rather than "fill-in" mode by default? I just bought an iPhone 5 today and am disappointed to see that my photography work, which is taken in a 3:2 aspect ratio, is strechted out into 16:9 when viewed in landscape mode in Photos. I can manually "unzoom" and view the entire picture, but when trying to show someone an album, this can be quite frustrating. Alternatively, is there another gallery app that can allow me to set a "fill-in" view mode by default?

What happens when you try to play the actual film ? And have you tried deleting them and (assuming that they're still in the store) redownloading them via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page - or going into Edit > Preferences and on the Store tab ticking the 'show iTunes in the Cloud purchases' tick box so that they show in the My Movies part of your library with a cloud icon against it for redownloading) ?
(You can't store films in the cloud, whether they will show there for redownloading depends upon what country that you are in - and if you move countries or if the rights-holder removes them then you also won't be able to redownload them. Ideally you'd be taking a backup copy of all of your downloads, and not relying on being able to redownload them in the future.)

I do not have iphoto after recovering from a crash, I have had to reformat a drive and load 10.6 snow leopard to use my computer, but no iphoto to load and view pictures?

Images in received emails are only visible if included in an HTML message.
If they appear as an attachment icon just double-click them and they should open in Preview.
