Viewing/saving comments in Formscentral

Can I see comments (stamps) added by a Reader that is not in a form-filler field when viewing responses in Formscentral? As well, am I able to save these comments when I save filled-out forms as PDFs? (I am currently trying the trial version so I cannot save them at the moment.)

I bought the paid version of Acrobat Pro XI; however, I still cannot figure out how to view comments from forms submitted to formscentral. Is there a way to include comments when submitting a form?

On the computer, I can view my previously saved comments. Is there a similar feature on the mobile version of PDF? (Idk if it helps, but I have a nexus 7)

Vaibhav: Yes I was aware of seeing comments if you are already on the page.
My question is: say you put a stickynote next to an important table, definition and also one on a table (all in different pages). If I wanted to see a listing of these comments (without being on their respective page already or knowing the page they are in) Can I pull down a listing of these comments and then choose to go to a specific one.

  • Is there a way in Pages to show and print all the added "comments?" (those you add by highlighting text)  I'd like students to be able to view my comments on printed version of their papers.

Is there a way in Pages to show and print all the added "comments?" (those you add by highlighting text)  I am a teacher, and I would  like students to be able to view my comments on printed versions of their papers. I know word displays the comments off to the side of the document, and those comments can be viewed all at once and printed alongside the document.

There doesn't appear to be a way to print conmments in either Pages or Numbers in the Mavericks versions.

  • Unable to view saved passwords in Safari. Again.

Unable to view saved passwords because I whenever I check the box to “view password” it immediately reverts the box back to being “unchecked”. Thus, I’m unable to view any or all passwords saved within Safari on my MBP (mid-2012) running 10.9.5. Also, auto-fill of passwords isn’t working at all.
This has been an ongoing problem for quite some now. I’ve fixed it somehow before but I can’t recall what it was that I did.
    Any help?
    Thank you.

  • How to view long comments in CVS History?

    Hi,
    JDev version: 10.1.2.1.0
There are some particularly long comments on some revisions when viewing the history of a source file. How do I view the entire comment within JDev? As the comment column is too narrow to fit it.
    Thanks.

There is no easy way to do this in 10.1.2. In 10.1.2 you can copy the contents of the row and then paste it into an editor to view the comments as a basic workaround.
In 10.1.3 selecting the history row, right-clicking, and selecting properties... will show the full comment.
    Thanks,
    Geoff

  • How to view attachment directly in Formscentral?

Is there a way to view attachments directly in FormsCentral without having to download it - sort of like a preview button?  Also, why does it only prompt you to save the file, instead of just open it right away.  It's slightly cumbersome to have to save all the attachments individually.  At the very least, there should be an option to save all the attachments together and export them as one file.

Sorry, we don't support preview right now.
You can select a range of attachment cells and download all attachments (included into the selection) as a zip file.
    Thanks

  • View podcast Comments field on iPod?

I have a lot of podcasts I listen to on my iPod (classic & nano) but it would be really nice if there were a way to view the Comments field because on these particular podcasts, that's where the info about the show is. Otherwise they basically all look alike, except for the date/hour which doesn't help me sort through which I'd like to hear.
Is there a way to view Comments on the iPod or is that strictly an iTunes option?
    Thanks.
    Sally

I don't think that is possible. You can only view the Description, not the Comments.
It sure would be nice if iTunes let you edit the Description, wouldn't it? You can try giving Apple feedback about it here:
    http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html
I wrote a script that will let you edit the description of the tracks you select in iTunes -- but it would be up to you to manually copy the comments field (copy and paste should work). If you want to use it, download the script, then select the podcast tracks in iTunes, then run the script by double-clicking on it. You will be prompted to enter the description for each track.
    You can download it here:
http://www.pobox.com/~teridon/itunesscripts/itunes_description.vbs (right-click, and select "Save link as")
Or copy and paste from below into a text file (use Notepad):
    ' # itunes_description.vbs
' # This script will eject all connected iPods
    ' # written by: Robert Jacobson (http://www.pobox.com/~teridon/itunesscripts/index.html)

  • Disappearing comments / Viewing wrong comments in online commenting using WebDAV

We are having an issue of disappearing comments / Viewing wrong comments for users
when they use online commenting using Adobe Acrobat 9.1.3 (WebDAV)
When user posts his comments online using send and recieve comments , the comments file is prepared directly under webDAV root (instead of an MD5 hash folder). The issue is seen when users posts his comments from Adobe Acrobat 9.1.3. When we checked the same with Adobe Acrobat 8.0 , 9.0.0 , 9.2.0 it worked.
What could be the issue ? Is it an issue specific to 9.1.3 or do we need some settings on Acrobat side ?
    thanks
    Nachiket

Just to be clear, you are putting those comments in a formula, not in the select expert or anything like that?
I got the same version of Crystal developer as you and I just created a new report, created a new formula and put in some comments and save the report and opened it and the comments are still there.
What if you create a new report and create a new formula with some simple formula in it.
    I used this:
    //This is a comment
    1=1;
    //This is another comment
    "This is a text"
If those comments disappear on you as well then something is really strange. There is nothing new in how comments are shown as compared to Crystal 10.
What OS do you have and what data source are you working on?
    Cheers,
    Josh

  • View saved messages (were on Torch not on Q10)

So Blackberry had this great option to save the messages (either email or text) which is used for security reasons as you could delete them from the main text or email screen, but they were always under 'view saved messages'. Where are they on my Q10 ? These are now required by my legal team and I cannot find them. I cannot imagine that Blackberry would be so bad as to ignore a function that has clearly been used by most (if not all of its users) and allow these messages to be deleted in the transfer of information from one device to another. I am sure that this is because I cannot locate it..... if anyone could help I would be eternally grateful. Otherwise I am off to Iphone with all the other unhappy BB owners who upgraded to 10

The function is now to "file" the message in a folder.
In your Hub, touch and hold email message > File > and select the intended folder. Name a folder as "Saved", and there you go.

Cannot view saved messages on iPad but it's taking up 1.7 GB of space under "Usage".

Restore.  Note that it's not quick.  It could take well over an hour!  Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync.  From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab.  Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup.  You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod.  Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod.  As before, say "yes."  Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time.  If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device.  Corrective action is simple -  choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.

  • Viewing saved pages on Blazer

On previous versions of Palm pdas, I have been able to view Saved Pages in Blazer off line, but when I tap on the bookmarks of saved pages on my TX, Blazer tries to go on-line, even if wifi is switched off. It asks me if I want to Connect, and I tick cancel. That happens a few times, then usually nothing. Occasionally, however, at that point, the saved page will download. If I wanted to read the page on-line, and normal bookmark would do. But one is not always in a wifi zone.

For a 3rd party app, I haven't tried TopOfflineViewer (formerly TreoOfflineViewer) but it apparently works on a TX.
As you have seen HotSync won't accept the file but it may if you have TopOfflineViewer installed, otherwise use a Card Reader to put the HTML files on your card

Also, you may want to have a look at Post#3 of the Thread

jigwashere explains viewing HTML that are on the card.
You will need to use a Card Reader to put the HTML files on your card in this case.
    Again I haven't tried this as I don't own a Chunky Computer

  • How can I view all comments in a Pages doc and print the doc with comments?

It seems that we can no longer view comments in the margin of a document.  It is also not possible to print the document with comments visible.  Anyone else having this problem?  Pages 09 Help does not even offer an up-to-date explanation.  "Show Comments" only shows color shading.  The option “Show Comments and Changes Pane" does not even exist.  How can I get the comments to print???

You will have to wait for Apple to fix this deficiency in a forthcoming update to Pages v5. Or, you could use Pages ’09 v4.3, if originally installed before the v5 upgrade, and located in /Applications/iWork '09.
Otherwise, use another solution (e.g. Office for Mac 2011, LibreOffice).

  • View PDF comments in Adobe Reader for iOS

Adobe Reader XI for Mac and PC can display a "Comments List" to show all of the comments that have been added to the document using the annotation features. Clicking on a comment scrolls the PDF document to where the comment was entered.
Could this feature be added to Adobe Reader for iOS so that comments added in the Mac / PC versions can be viewed on an iPad?

    Hi,
A Comments list has been on our feature ToDo list for quite some time now.  Unfortunately, it has not made it into the product yet.
    Thank you for the feedback!

  • Help! Cannot View Saved Images in Reader X?

Since the recent update to Reader X, I have been unable to view images that are saved into a Dynamic PDF form. The image is a digital version of my written signature ( 300x150 jpeg). I can add and view the image in the PDF, but once I have saved or emailed the form the image becomes hidden to Reader X.
I know that the image is hidden because the file size changes from 176 kb to 233kb and I can view the image in the form by opening it with Acrobat Pro 9.
Why is the image hidden to Reader X, another ugly security update?
    Jeff

I am having the same problem + I cannot download pdf attachment effectively.
This all happened after I upgraded the iOS to 7.x.  In iOS 6.x, everything was working fine. I was able to see all the images in the email and, when I clicked on the pdf attachment, it would ask me if I want to save the pdf file to iBook.  Right now, I cannot have either ones working.
    I am using iPad 2.
