Vimeo play button not responding

Hi,
None of my vimeo video's seem to be working off my website.
They used to work fine but ever since updating to Firefox 18.0, the play buttons have stopped responding.

Hi,
I updated my flash to the latest version - closed the browser, re-opened, tried again - but no luck. The play button does not respond. (nothing crashes though)
I then navigated to Help --> Restart Firefox with addons disabled, and then chose the "safe mode" option although the problem remains.
I should also mention this is happening on all the PC's and Macs within the office so I don't think it is a PC specific problem.
Please let me know what else I could try. We are all on Firefox 18.0.2 currently. Thanks!

its fixed!! After posting my problem with the FROZEN ipod classic (2007) 80 gb a screen popped up with similar subjects that I did not find in my original search. 'Rich Fleming' in the community posted a suggestion to someone with a similar frozen issue and it WORKED when I tried it.
hold the 'menu' and the 'circle' buttons down at the same time, KEEP the pressed until the apple appears. and now it is working. Hope this helps others.

I am trying to get a simulation to work but I have problems
with buttons not responding to actionscript properly.
Here is how I have it layed out:
I have a labels layer with 12 keyframes labeled scn2A,
scn2B...scn2L
I have a buttons layer with all of the buttons on it.
The buttons layer has 12 keyframes.
One button advance to the next frame, the other advances to
the next scene.
Each keyframe has the same buttons but different instance
names. scn2DwnA_btn, scn2DwnB_btn...scn2DwnK_btn.
The last keyframe uses a different button with an instance
name of scn2Ok_btn
here is the problem, when I test the movie everything works
fine until the last frame.
The DOWN button is used to advance each frame and then the OK
button is used to advance to the next scene
The down button has no script in the last frame but it is
advancing to the next scene upon a mouse click.

The code is just basic button code:
scn3Ok_btn.onRelease = function...
all code for each button is on a frame in an actions layer.
each frame is a keyframe.
So frame one actions would reference the instance names for
the buttons in frame one of the timeline.
Frame two actions would reference the instance names for the
buttons in frame two of the timeline.

You will not belive how I accidently solved this - !!!
Yes I had the problem immediately after the 5.1.1 'cloud' upgrade, the problems started (on my iphone 4) ... I followed the 'get power down button, then hold HOME for 30 secs' solution, but no result, nothing seemed to work and I was starting to get a bit agressive with the keep it pushed, multiple double click frustrations, icopybot multigesture solutions etc. and paid money ... but this comedy solution now works ...
I discovered it because I ordered a waterproof case for my iphone for my motorcycle ... I've just fitted it to my iphone and all the problems have gone ??? what! ... so wondering why I looked at what the home button on the casing was doing - it was pressing ACROSS the home button i.e. it converted my finger point into a wider 'PRESS
so taking the new case off, instead of using the point of my thumb to press HOME, I used the flat of my thumb to emulate it ....and initially nothing, so I wondered if it wa making better 'cross button' contacts, so I licked my thumb, wiped it and then tried again! - it worked!
I can't explain it but it seems to work - try it! if the double click on HOME doesn't work lick your thumb dry it and try again! I've just done it again

I suppose that you can demand all you want. It would have to be proven that the iOS update broke this particular function but it could also be said that it was just a matter of time that the broken thing manifested itself. Since the phone is out of warranty, it could also be said that it is your risk to update software. I'm not trying to be argumentative here, but we are not Apple. We are users like you and just try and provide support to other users. What you decide to do from here is your decision. I've given you all I know to do.

The Basic Troubleshooting Steps are:
Restart.. Reset.. Restore from Backup.. Restore as New...
Try a Reset of the Phone... You will Not Lose Any Data...
Turn the Phone Off... ( if it isn’t already )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
The Apple logo will Appear and then Disappear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds...
Release the Buttons...
Turn the Phone On...

ITunes Music and Home button not responding

Itunes Music & Home button not responding all other content OK when music button clicked displays the following "The item you've requested is not currently available in the UK store"

I haven't read this whole post - in fact I almost stopped reading any of these post. I read all the horrors look over at my own phone (which is working correctly at the moment) and wonder when it is going to go belly up.
jyoz, Try doing a DFU and setting up as new. I don't believe that "Restore" goes deep enough to clear the bad code.
Do you also have poor battery life?
The reason I ask is I am starting to believe there is a piece of code that is corrupt and running at near 100% CPU usage.
If this is the case it sort of explains button, icons and poor battery life.
There is one other suggestion that I have read that says delete all email accounts and reset/erase all. Then go to DFU and setup as a new phone. This procedure probably gives you the best chance of clearing out the Bad Code Snippet. Just to defend all this crap that we have to go thru I did get an Apple/at&t support guy tell me that even "Push" on email is/does not always work correctly. Once he realized what he said I could not get him to talk about it anymore - Apple you gotta love-em.
I know you have been thru hoops trying to fix this but you only have two option take it to a store and don't leave until you get a new one that they have updated to 4.1 for you or try some of the extreme suggestion that I am repeating from other post.
Best of luck - and please remember sometime there are failure that you at home are just never going to fix - so if you don't feel like another Excedrin headache GO TO THE STORE AND EXCHANGE IT if for no other reason than to preserve you mental health.

IPhone 5 issue with music playback- buttons not responding

When playing music on iPhone 5
- The play/skip button on my headphones does not work when pressed. If I want to pause a song, or tap twice to skip ahead, it does nothing. The volume buttons on the headphones work, but the center button does not. It DID work previously, but recently just stopped. I tried the same headphones on my iPod, and they work perfectly
- When the screen is locked, if I double tap the home button on the phone to bring up the playback controls, it does not play when I press Play, nor does it skip forward or back. None of the buttons respond.
It seems to be an iOS6 issue with the device not responding to the commands. Anyone know of a fix, or do we have to wait for a patch?

I found it!!! General, Passcode Lock, and make sure that under "Allow Access When Locked" catagory Reply with Message is ON

Muvo2 buttons not respond

I was using my Muvo2 MP3 player today (indoors) when I heard some crackling in my headphones. I thought it was weird, so I went to pause the song and look at the headphones. But when I went to do that, the buttons would not respond. What would cause this to happen? This was a gift, and I'm not sure that the person still has the receipt. I actually bought one from an auction house for A$38.
Since it doesn't allow you to get into any menus, you cannot select the folder you want to play or adjust the backlight, contrast, equaliser, shuffle mode etc.
Other than adding in the FM radio and the voice recording and the play / volume controls it's usesless for navigation through your MP3 collection unless you create a folder in the root level and just put everything in that folder.
You might want to contact Creative and ask if you can buy the button assembly.

Hard drive not recognized, Lenovo Care button not responding

I have a Lenovo 3000 N100 laptop. Type 0768
When powered up, it will not boot to the operating system. I just have a white screen with "lenovo" and "To interrupt normal startup, press Lenovo Care button. It will not respond to the Lenovo Care button. Pushing F12 changes the message to "Press [F1] for SETUP, Entering boot device selection menu..." but nothing else happens. Pressing F1 changes the message to "Please Wait...", but again, nothing ever happens.
I followed the troubleshooting guide which said to try reseating the hard drive, but nothing changed.
Is it dead?

Word for Word same problem I faced.
I turned on my laptop while continuously pressing the "PrtSc" button upper right corner and it started up as normal!
I am not all that PC. Smart, very average. I saw solutions saying to press F1 TO F12 tried them all and nothing worked.
I saw "Remove hard drive" or "Replace Memory" OMG what am I gonna do now!!! Took a chance with "PrtSc" now I'm sooooooooooooo relieved, thanks Lenovo Community for all the tips that put me in the right direction : )

Buttons not responding? Here is what I did.

Okay, so your shiney new iPod Nano's buttons stop doing anything and even the cick-wheel gives up on you what do you do? This is what I did:
1st Action) I checked out the online manual
1st Result) Not much... all they had on there was the standard, '...Is the hold switch toggeled?..'
2A) Did a little digging online to see if I'm the only one having this problem.)
2R) Found out (by looking at this site alone) I'm not.
3A) Actually 'Restored' my iPod... Not sure if this particular action had anything to do with it working again and I'm interested if this actually has any effect on the process as a whole.
3R) It did what it was supposed to. Wiped that puppy clean, but the buttons still won't work.
4A) Realized that most of the 'suggestions' I was receiving called for workng buttons to achieve the maximum effect... 4R) Uh HELLO they don't work that's why I'm here!!!
--- THE GOOD PART ---
After giving up all hope I come across this peiece of information that goes on to say that the 'Hold Switch' being toggeled on and off actually re-calibrates the buttons and click-wheel, and that if you are touching the click-wheel (even slightly) it could cause all buttons to not respond. AND (this is the part that noone else ever said) the best way to try and get the buttons to work again is to lay on a flat surface (table, desk, etc.) and then flip the 'Hold Switch.' If that doesn't work leave it lying there 'un-held' and press the 'Select Button' a few times. This is supposeed to re-align, re-calibrate the buttons all the way, not just the way the iPod reads the info they input.

Issue with Print Properties button not responding in Adobe Reader 10.1.10

We've recently been upgrading Adobe Reader 9.4.4 to 10.1.10 and started having a few reports of the Print -> Properties box in Adobe Reader not responding. When this happens Adobe Reader will crash if you click on the Print button. If you go into Devices and Printers and try and access the Printer Properties you are prompted to install the driver for the device. It does seem to be quite random, it will work fine for days and the suddenly happen. I've done testing and have been able to get it happen by opening Outlook, Word or Excel but it is completely hit and miss. Sometimes the issue will happen and other times no matter how many times you open and close the various applications it's fine.
Fortunately it only seems to be an issue when accessing Properties, if you just print there are no options which is probably why we don't have more complaints. Unfortunately this didn't come to light until we'd rolled it out to 2000+ machines across 8 locations.
So far I've tried the following:
1. Upgraded to Adobe Reader 11.0.9 and same issue
2. Created a test print queue using a different print driver (my machine has a different driver again and is using a different print server)
3. Uninstalled a number of applications that have caused us issues with Office 2010 due to dodgy addins (Workshare and HP Filesite)
4. Rolled back to 9.4.4 and seems OK. Problem here is that they receive PDFs in formats not compatible with older than X.
System is Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 32bit, Office Professional 2010, printing is to Ricoh Equitrac (Follow You)
Anyone have a fix for this or come across this before. I'm going to try testing with a Postscript driver to see if that helps, which is the last item on Adobe's troubleshooting list.

Select a PDF file, CMD+I, check the Open With section, and ensure that AR is selected. If not, then select it and click on the Change All button. Alternatively, select Preview, which is my default PDF reader.

Play button not working in iTunes for music

Ok, so I've got a new PC (Windows 8.1 and latest version of iTunes running) and have transferred my whole iTunes library across. Transfer (about 1 week ago) went smoothly and all media played back fine, including music.
I've opened up iTunes today and my albums wont play back using a) double clicking on the album, b) right clicking and selecting play or c) the play button once the album expands - these methods all worked just 2 days ago which was the last time I used iTunes. The tracks will play if I drag and drop the album/tracks into the play bar at the top but they don't start automatically, I have to click the play button at the top. They will also play if I select all the tracks in an album and press return.
I can add individual tracks to the current playlist and they will play when their turn comes but trying to add the whole album doesn't work, it just doesn't appear in the 'next up' list.
So it's not a matter of iTunes not locating the files, they're all in the correct file location and are matching up. Other media; TV, film & podcasts all work fine. Another oddity is that iTunes works perfectly (methods a), b) and c) above) for the other user account on the same PC i.e. non of the problems experience in my account.
Hopefully I've explained the problem ok but if not ask away. Has anybody come across this before and any solutions recommended?

The ringer button is not responding to up or down.. I'm missing calls, however settings state it's operational and alarm is still working. I will try to reset and reinstall original phone setting. But what a pain in the behind. Any suggestions to try before I bring my life source and connection to the world back to the apple store?

Photos slideshow pause/play button not displaying in 3.0

I've been running 3.0 on my first generation Touch for several months. Throughout, I've noticed that the Photos slideshow lower-center pause/play button no longer displays once I've paused a slideshow. While the left/right arrows show and I am able to advance photos one at a time, I am unable to re-engage the slideshow.
In software versions 1 and 2, one could freely pause and play a running slideshow. Now, when I pause the slideshow, I'm forced to bail out of the slideshow and start a new one.
A longtime Touch owner, I'm not certain if my problem is a 3.0 software glitch or things have changed. Has anyone else encountered the issue?
