Violation of Terms and Services

Currently I am unable to make in-app purchases because my account is in violation of the Terms & Services. They are unable to tell me anything else but this.
I was linked to go read this to rectify the issue:

I was told it would be fixed after I made the correction to my account. After perusing through it multiple times, I am unsure of what I did wrong.
At first, I thought it was from this section:
(ii) An Associated Device can be associated with only one Account at any given time.
(iii) You may switch an Associated Device to a different Account only once every 90 days
I tried to have two Apple IDs and game center accounts to play Clash of Clans. I spoke to an advisor and she said this wouldn't necessarily stop me from obtaining content from the iTunes store.
I am completely at a loss as to how to fix this... any tips?

Are you in the correct iTunes Store? You can only purchase from the iTunes Store country you are physically located in. If you are purchasing from another country's iTunes Store that would be a violation. In which case, you would have to change your country.

Static IP's are only available for business accts. not residential. And it is expensive. Last I heard a static IP starts somewhere around $150 per month.

TS2776 iPhone 5, Outlook 2013, Windows 7.0 64-bit. Every time I connect my phone to my computer via USB, iTunes opens with the "accept our terms and service" then deselects the boxes checked under the INFO tab to sync my calendars, contacts...help?

I am connecting my iPhone 5 to my Windows computer via USB. This should open iTunes and start the sync process. Instead of iTunes opening, I get the iTunes service agreement to which I must agree. Then iTunes opens and begins to back up my phone. It is syncing my photos and music (although the music thing is another nightmare), but under the "info" tab in iTunes, the boxes of which functions I want to sync are no longer selected. Hence the computer and the phone are not sharing information. When I select the functions I want to sync, I must either replace or merge. If I replace, I lose the information I recently put into my phone. If I choose to merge, then I have duplicates of everything.
How can I resolve this problem? Why is iTunes acting like it doesn't know my phone?
I'm using an iPhone 5 iOS 6.1.4, Windows 7 64-bit, Outlook 13, and the must current version of iTunes (because I've removed and reinstalled it twice already).

After you'd run the Configure Classic instance did you run in the statement as stated in 'Oracle® Fusion Middleware Installation Guide for Oracle Portal, Forms, Reports and Discoverer 11g Release 1 (11.1.1) Part Number E10421-05'?

I've completed an installation with the same steps (although I ran the config.bat file in as_1/bin rather than from the program files list and also I've the jrockit jdk installed)
I've found that this fails with the error;

Which is strange considering this is Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit
DISCO is running in the EM console but the URLs (as defined in the installation summary report) do not resolve properly. I was just interested to hear if you're installation was the same, this isn't the first installation I've done, they've all had a similar issue

The issue here is the compression. It is the compression that is causing the slowdowns in FCP, so in order to fix the issue you'll need to use a codec with less compression. By definition a less-compressed codec will take up more space.
ProRes LT is one of the lighter codecs available so it will be difficult to go further without a noticeable loss in quality. But try converting a small clip to ProRes Proxy and see if the quality is acceptable to you.
Another solution would be to use Adobe Premiere CS5 which can edit H.264 natively.

Found a Fix to Terms and Services

So, I was having the exact same issue as everyone here, perpetual loop after accepting, and not downloading.
I logged out of the ITunes account through Settings, and logged back in. Now everything is working just fine.

It worked for me too! On my iPad, just logged out and back into account (at bottom of screen). Thanks for excellent tip!

A bit later I discovered that Photo Stream was not working on my Windows 7 PC either. If I opened the iCloud control panel and put a check in the box to turn on Photo Stream, and then closed and reopened the control panel, the check mark was gone again. Also, nothing happened when I clicked on the options button beside the Photo Stream check box. I already had version 2 of the iCloud control panel so I could not upgrade further.
I ended up uninstalling the iCloud control panel, rebooting, downloading a fresh copy from Apple, and reinstalling it. This worked and I now have photo stream working on my Windows 7 system as well.

McAfee AntiVirus by any chance? See the thread Why does iTunes delete my itunesprefs.xml?
Or it could be an issue with the SC Info folder. See TS1277 - iTunes: Missing folder or incorrect permissions may prevent authorization for details.
Or a repair install of iTunes from the Programs and Features control panel might fix the problem.

I'm trying to open Photostream on AppleTV; the screen says Terms of Service have changed and go to /support/icloud. I go there but can find no place to see the new terms of service and/or agree to them.

Go to You Tube and Watch How to Tech Video (h2tech) and there is a video that says "How to Connect Your Photostream.
I am getting that same comment about the terms of service have changed blah blah blah.
The second option you see that says use different account. Try your icloud/photostream user id and password - should be the same as your main one. At least mine is.
Anyway, try checking out the UTube videos... Hope this helps. I know how FRUSTRATING this stuff can be. : )

You can only use the US store if you are in the US with a US billing address on your account - the US store's terms of use (and they will be similar for all countries) :

You need to reset the password for the "old" account, and then use that to turn off iCloud. Then you will be able to sign in with your new ID.

It's an agreement with the provider. It doesn't matter what
"advice" you
may receive in a public forum like this, only the provider
can tell you
whether it's happy with your proposal. Ask the provider.

In Documents and Receipts for My Verizon and when I select this link to Your eGuide (including the Terms and Conditions of your service) (English) it goes to http://cache.pagefreezer.com/browse/youreguide/14-12-2014T00:00/http://youreguide.vzw.com/ . I use Norton 360 Premier as my antivirus protection and when I select the link Norton 360 says that it has blocked a known Malicious Web Site. Go to the Norton detailed report and it shows that the site pagefreezer.com is known for Phishing Attacks.
This needs to be addressed by Verizon as I don't like to go to web sites that are known for Phishing attacks/Malicious behavior.

JoshuaACertain I would recommend that for your first step you try creating a new local administrator account and seeing if you experience the same difficulties. If the behavior does not persist then it is likely that your file permissions may have become compromised under your original account. This is likely resolvable but testing with a new local administrator account is the best step to help diagnose this.
