Virtual Memory Eror

Hi,
I have the following piece of code in one of the Oracle Report SQL,
ROUND(DECODE(NVL(agf.mv_tot_usd,0),0,'n/a',
TO_CHAR(NVL(ehf.mv_usd,0)/
agf.mv_tot_usd*100,
'FM99,990.00')),6) pct_tot,
After adding ROUND function (without ROUND function SQL is working fine) to the above code Oracle showing the following error
message:
rep-0065 virtual memory error
rep-0200 cannot allocate enough memory
cavva22
Any help would be more appreciated.

Thank you so much for your reply and I have been resolved that problem. The cause is, I was trying to ROUND the character converted values by using the below code
ROUND(DECODE(NVL(agf.mv_tot_usd,0),0,'n/a',
TO_CHAR(NVL(ehf.mv_usd,0)/
agf.mv_tot_usd*100,
'FM99,990.00')),6)
pct_tot,
I have changed the code as follows and the problem has been fixed.
DECODE(NVL(agf.mv_tot_usd,0),0,'n/a',
TO_CHAR(ROUND(NVL(ehf.mv_usd,0)/
agf.mv_tot_usd*100,6),
'FM99,990.00'))
pct_tot,
