Virtual store registration - staying in loop

Tried to register for the virtual store on the Journ.e touch keeps taking me to download an update and reboot once this has happened and I try to enter the virtual store I go back to the registration page. This loop keeps going any ideas

Maybe the account needs to be reset?

    I download all the applications without any problems.
    But Youtube stil not working!

    As far as I know the YouTube changed its software architecture and therefore this app is not working.

    After resetting the account and update the virtual store,
    I get a blank page while trying to access the virtual store.
    I proceeded to update firmaware. always blank page.

    after the reset, the page is still blank. no access to the virtual store. can you check the serial number of my JournE Touch?
    S / N: 5A015441DH, are this a zero? or the letter O? I write the number 0 for account creation.
    I note that this error occurred after resetting the personal account

    as I entered the serial number S / N: PX1530U-1ET1 :-) the correct S / N: its not used and i dont know how i can repair it with correct password
    What to do about it??? Without virtual store is tablet unusable.

    I have bought a second hand Journe Touch and I can't access to Virtual Store. I always get a blank white screen... until I press on the botton left corner (where say "Impressum 6.jt1.co"). Then arise something like a web page... but it isn't the Toshiba Virtual Store. So, my first question is:
    Is the Virtual Store still working ??

    I'm using the firmware version E_1.1.00.
    I suppose an user account for this device has been already registered and I will need to register a new account with my e-mail address.
    Everytime I push the Virtual Store icon I only got a white screen. So I can't see the personal account number of my device. I think the first I need is to know the device account number. Then I will try to register a new account. Am I right?
    I have flashed the device a lot of times and the result is always the same: after press the Virtual Store icon, the display shows a bottom bar that seems to be right ("Impressum 6.jt1.co", left arrow icon, refresh icon, right arrow icon and home icon) and the rest of the screen in white.
    Any suggestion?

  • Toshiba virtual store - Site Maintenance

    I have a journ.e touch, for at least 4 days now I've been unable to get onto the virtual store, it just opens up as a browser saying "Site Maintenance" and if you go to http://www.toshibavirtualstore.com/ on any device you get the same message.
    I reproted this to Toshiba yesterday, but does anyone know what is going on?

    I have a thing for poor/bad customer service, i.e tech support agents that don't know anything about a product that I own, then trying to fob me off by saying its nothing at their end, its a problem with the journ.e which they say they don't support (even though its supplied through retailers in the UK!).
    Some sort of ERT from Toshiba would be hand, as its been 10 days since the website went off line, and using the phrase "coming soon" does not really cut it with me.
    Also, some form of advance warning is usually given when a website goes down for maintence/upgrade to give users prior notice of what is happening.
    I'm not annoyed at the fact they've taken the website offline to hopefully make improvements. What I am annoyed at is the customer service aspect, and the lack of foresight that was given to not informating customers of what they were going to do.
    It's this sort of treatment of customers that puts me off certain suppliers, and in this day and age, companies should be trying their upmost to keep the customers that they do have.

    Either there is an temporal problem with the Toshiba Virtual Store and everything what you can do is to wait until the issue will be solved, or there is a problem with your account.
    In such case you should open new thread and should ask for your Virtual Store account reset.
    Maybe this helps you to sort out this issue
