    If any of your devices were signed in after you have made the change then you will need to temporarily change your Apple ID back to what it originally was. Once you have gone back, you will be able to sign out of any account and then change the Apple ID back to what you want it to be. Then just sign in and you will be good to go.   • Reset results in zoomed in screen and i cannot sign in.

    I performed a reset by pushing the stop button and the start button simultaneously.  After the reset, when I try to start the phone the sign in screen is zoomed in so I only see 1 or 2 buttons on the keypad and i cannot sign in.

    The reset link will show on your account if you have a rescue email address on it, if you only have alternate email addresses then it won't show.

    Backing up and restoring your Profile should have included your bookmarks.

    That looks like a JSON bookmarks backup file, from 11-01-2012. Did you try '''restoring''' that file?

    Never messed with JSON files other than viewing them on a few occasions out of curiosity. There are no line breaks which make them very difficult to read.
    As far as working with that file in {like} NotePad goes:
    A. use Find / Search for each indecent of a '''"uri"''' string, then "copy and paste" the uri into another text file, and then move on to the next "uri" string.
    B. use a text program where a filter can be set for the "uri" field in the JSON file for a line break or to "scrape out" the "uri"s only for display or export to a list of uri's.
    Or try using an online JSON editor like this, to try to display only the "uri" field.

  • My itunes changed language and shows squares. HELP PLEASE.

    One day I opened Itunes and there were a bunch of boxes where the nav. bar is and i can't read anything because it just changed language. I figured out which tab goes to Edit>Preferences or whatever it is, and I tried changing the language, and they all look exactly the same; nothing changes.
    I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Didn't work.
    I tried again, this time, searching and deleting every bit of itunes/quicktime/apple software on my computer. Stil didn't work.
    Can someone help please?!

  • Sign in number on my screen of my 5S are too big and I cannot sign in

    I have an apple 5S using IOS8 and until now it has worked OK. Now the screen icons and sign in numbers are too large and I cannot drag them to sign in.

    You have inadvertently switched on Zoom in the Accessibility setting.  You turn it on by double tapping with three fingers which is not too difficult to do inadvertently.
    To go back to normal you would then double tap with three fingers again.
    (if you are unlikely to want to use the Zoom function frequently, I suggest you turn it off completely in Settings.  This way you cannot turn it on inadvertently again.)

    I think I may understand. There is no password from Adobe for getting an update. So, I think this is the computer's own administrator password, which you will need when you install most software. You chose it when you turned the computer on the first time. And if you forget it you have bigger problems than Adobe Reader.

    I am trying to talk toa customer ervice agent....have done everything correctly and still thehchat box ill not come up.  Spent over 2 hours last night trying to connect to a friend in Canada...problem is there are 4 people with his same name....he ws told to change paswrrod and did but still we cannot gt connected...am extremely frustrated at this point!   This was supposed to be easy but it is far from it!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • My Router Is Definenetely not working right and i cannot sign into it

    I really need some help guys!  I have a WRT54G V.2 and today we reset our IP address which messes it up.  First of all I am not sure how to fix this but i cannot get into my router to do it with instructions.  Some people told me i need to update the firmware and i cannot do that either.  Anytime I type 192.168.1.1 all I get is this page cannot be displayed.  This is extremely annoying and I really need to get my router up and running ASAP!! If anyone has any ideas or can help in anyway I thank you in advance!

    there are 2 things you need to check..
    1st - are you getting an ip address?
    2nd - can you ping the router?
    if you have both then try resetting the router for 30 secs. then after resetting, try accessing the router page again.

    If the old ID is yours, and if your current ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll.  When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.  Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

    My child incidently put her itumes to my macbook air. It seems it the macbook is very full. When we turn it on, it stated " your start up disc is full".     Step 1
    The first step in dealing with a startup failure is to secure the data. If you want to preserve the contents of the startup drive, and you don't already have at least one current backup, you must try to back up now, before you do anything else. It may or may not be possible. If you don't care about the data that has changed since the last backup, you can skip this step.   
    There are several ways to back up a Mac that is unable to start. You need an external hard drive to hold the backup data.
         a. Start up from the Recovery partition, or from a local Time Machine backup volume (option key at startup.) When the OS X Utilities screen appears, launch Disk Utility and follow the instructions in this support article, under “Instructions for backing up to an external hard disk via Disk Utility.” The article refers to starting up from a DVD, but the procedure in Recovery mode is the same. You don't need a DVD if you're running OS X 10.7 or later.
    b. If Step 1a fails because of disk errors, and no other Mac is available, then you may be able to salvage some of your files by copying them in the Finder. If you already have an external drive with OS X installed, start up from it. Otherwise, if you have Internet access, follow the instructions on this page to prepare the external drive and install OS X on it. You'll use the Recovery installer, rather than downloading it from the App Store.
    c. If you have access to a working Mac, and both it and the non-working Mac have FireWire or Thunderbolt ports, start the non-working Mac in target disk mode. Use the working Mac to copy the data to another drive. This technique won't work with USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth.
    d. If the internal drive of the non-working Mac is user-replaceable, remove it and mount it in an external enclosure or drive dock. Use another Mac to copy the data.
    Step 2
    You might be able to start up in safe mode even though you can't start up normally. Otherwise, start up from an external drive, or else use the technique in Step 1b, 1c, or 1d to mount the internal drive and delete some files. According to Apple documentation, you need at least 9 GB of available space on the startup volume (as shown in the Finder Info window) for normal operation.

  • How to change language and get app in other country app store?

    Hi there. I am struggling with two problems with the app store:
    1. My billing address is in the Netherlands and I live now with my spanish speaking family in Colombia. If we enter the app store everything is in Dutch, what they don't understand. Can I change the store or the language without changing my billing address? Or do I need to get a credit card from Colombia to have the spanish language?
    2. I found a free app that is only available in de US app store. If I want to download the app, clicking on a button on the website, app store tells me to change app store. If I click on the button that says "change store", the next message that appears says that it is unable to connect to that store. I can connect to the Dutch store, but not the US store. How can I get this app that is only available in the US store?

    The issue is that your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside.
