Visio 2013 Standard installer?

I have the key for a Standard version of Visio 2013.  The CD is not able to be located at this time.  The Professional Verson of Visio 2013 has a trial, so my User is happy.  The Key will only work on the Standard version.
Is there a link available to download the Installer for Visio 2013 Standard (x86) Version?  We do not have a Office 365 License, only a Key for the Standard version of Visio 2013.
Thank you.

Hi,
Please use your product key to download the backup Visio 2013 Standard (x86) Version here:

  • Free trial for Visio 2013 Standard?

    Hi,
Is it possible to download a free trial for Visio 2013 Standard version?
I can find the download option for the Visio 2013 Professional version, but as we are likely to need only the Standard version I want to download the trial for this to ensure that it covers all that we will need it for, which I can't check if the only version
    available is the Professional trial?
    Thanks,

    Hi,
We had the Visio 2013 Professional trial version only.

  • Visio 2013 Standard

    Question:
I am unable to access crow's foot notation with entity -ERD; does that need professional and if so do you have to purchase a whole new product or can I purchase this software enhancement.
    Please let me know

    Hi,
As far as I know, the  Crow’s Foot notation template is applied to Visio Professional 2013. If you want to upgrade the Visio edition, I recommend you connect Microsoft Customer Service Center http://support.microsoft.com/gp/customer-service-phone-numbers/en-us or
local provider, because Microsoft has different business policy in different states.

  • MS Office 2013 Standard Error Code: 25004 on Windows Server 2012 R2

We are doing some server maintenance and upgrades for one of our servers here at work. When trying to install MS Office 2013 Standard from a Volume License we are getting the error 25004 which states the installation cannot go through due to a previous
installation of office on computer from a trial license. Everything has been removed and we've follow numerous steps to remove files in order to get the installation to reach 100%. Unfortunately every step we've taken we are still getting the error 25004.
We've ran Microsoft FixIt as well as followed the steps from numerous articles here.  Please if anyone has experience and solved this issue respond back with the solution. As of now this server is down due to installation failure of office.

The 25004 is normally associated with trying to re-installa trial on a machine that has had that trial installed. But you say that is not the case
Did you just click "Run" directly when you try the Fixit tool? The Fix It tool
might not work if you click "Run" directly, Please try to save the Fix it tool locally and then use it. Even if you think you don't have Microsoft Office installed, run it anyways.
You might also need to try the manual removal steps given in
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501? If you’ve tried only the Fixit so far, try the manual removal steps now. Then restart and reinstall.

  • Visio 2013 Activation

I bought Visio 2013 Professional from our company account. We also have 2 Project 2013 Standard Licenses on the same. When I navigate to my products in my account and try to download Visio 2013 on the desired
computer, the hyperlink redirects me to download / installation of Project (which has already been downloaded and the license is in use on another company computer).
I even tried downloading a trial version and then activating the trail but it doesn't seem to work. The error message I get when trying to do this is "The products we found in your account can't be used to activate Visio." It for some reason thinks
I do not own the product, which my account displays my product with a license key but the hyperlink doesn't allow me to download or install it because it redirects me to Project installation page.
Calling Microsoft Tech Support was the worst experience I have ever had. I was on call for over 2 hours being transferred from one department to another being told that it was "out of scope" for the person I was talking to, and then id eventually
get transferred back to the main menu.
We have spend SO much money on this product and cannot even use it. This is ridiculous! Also, talking about after sales customer service....i dont think it even exists.
I'd really appreciate help in resolving this issue ASAP. Its been two weeks and this is my last resort to get this sorted out so that we can finally use the product we paid so much money for.

    Hi,
I have definitely heard your frustration, and we're thinking about ways to troubleshoot this issue.
Would you like to share us your download page and link?  And, please try this link to download:

Then, based on the error message, please the 2 workaround.
    1. Don't activate the product using your account credentials. Just enter your product key manually to activate Office 2013 copy.
Open Control Panel and click on Programs and Features icon >Right Click on Microsoft Visio
     >Enter a Product Key > Type your 25-characters product key and click on Continue button.
    2. Use Phone activate

  • Installed Office 2013 home and Business and its prompting activation for Office 2013 standard

    Dear Friends,
Previously i got a trial version of Office 2013 stadard version on my PC and later on i purchased Office home and business version, i uninstalled standard version restarted the PC and installed Office 2013 home and Business OEM pack and activated the prduct.
Now while i am opening any  office product like Excel or Word while checking for activation information there its showing me both the versions of office, Office 2013 standard (activation required) and office 2013 Home and business activated. Now my question
is why that office standard 2013 is still showing in my activation page where as the same version was unable to find in my control panel programs and features. please help me out to get rid of this issue.
    Thanks in Advance

    Hi,
Maybe you didn't remove the the Standard version completely, I suggest you uninstall Office using the Fix it tool:
    Click this Fix it.
Or we can uninstall Office 2013 manually, the steps are long and depend on your installation method, please refer to this article below:
Manually uninstall Office 2013 or Office 365
Note   Before you start, you need to know removing Office manually is a long, complex process and might require that you reinstall the operating system if certain steps are done incorrectly.
After the uninstall, install the version you need to check the result.

  • Acrobat 11.0.10 Addin in Visio 2013

The Acrobat Addin is not visible in Visio 2013. The goal is to use the Addin to generate high quality PDFs. I already tried the following:
    Reinstalling Visio 2013
Reinstalling Acrobat 11 with the full-installation option
Checking the registry for the load behavour of the plugin > Visio does not have an option for Addin load behaviour, since HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Visio is not existent. There is no option for the load behaviour in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Visio, the only folder that exists with the name 'Visio'.
Adding the Addin manually within Visio > the Addin does not get added, if the file C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 11.0\PDFMaker\Office\PDFMOfficeAddin.dll is selected. Visio does not show any reaction.
Thank you in advance for your help.

  • Visio 2013 Breaks Internet Explorer Viewing

I believe this is a problem with Visio 2013 Pro because if I start with a fresh install of Windows 8.1 and install Office 2013 Pro Plus with the Visio Viewer then I can open Visio drawings in Internet Explorer, but as soon as I install Visio 2013 (with or
without the Visio Viewer included in that installer) being able to open Visio files in IE no longer works.  Instead of opening the file I get a popup window with three options
If I click Open then Visio itself will open with the document loaded.  The save options will just open the save dialog and allow me to save the file. I find viewing Visio documents in IE much nicer because I can pan around them much easier which is
why this is bothering me so much. Has anyone else encountered this issue or have any suggestions for what I might try?
I'm using Windows 8.1 Pro, Office 2013 Pro Plus, Visio 2013 Pro, IE 11
Thanks for any and all help!

  • Problems installing Visio 2013 Professional on my Windows 8.1 system

I have a recently built developer machine with Windows 8.1 Professional.  I have Office 2013 installed and running in 32-bit mode.  When the 64-bit install of Visio failed we got the 32-bit setup for Visio 2013 plus SP1.  That failed so I
went out and downloaded the 32-bit "Visio 2013 Professional Preview" to get that installed instead.
In both cases when I double-click the setup the behaviour is identical for both installs:
The administrator approval screen pops up and I approved it.
The Extracting Files screen pops up and goes to completion.
The 'busy' cursor starts, disappears, restarts, and disappears once again.
After that there is no sign of the setup process.  It just disappears.
I did the Universal Microsoft Fix and rebooted my machine but got the same behaviour again.
Visual Studio 2010 Silverlight 4.0 using Unity and Prism Expression Blend 4.0

    Hi
Yes that is correct, if you have 32 bit version of office installed you need to install the 32 bit version of Visio.
Can you right click on the setup file and then select "run as administrator"
Perhaps restart your machine and then try the setup again. Also look for any errors in the event viewer.
Hope this helps. Please remember to click “Mark as Answer” on the post that helps you, and to click “Unmark as Answer” if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.

  • Visio 2013 64-bit Trial

    Hello,
I have been working on this on and off again for the past few days. Still have not been able to crack the nut.
I downloaded the Visio 2013 64-bit trail (VisioProfessional_x64_en-us.img - it's 444MB) from Technet. At first I had issues getting a product key but found some instructions here on how to reset my browser settings and that seemed to work. So I'm square
on the file and the key.
I tried double clicking the file to kick of the installation and I get an error message (Sorry, couldn't mount the file). I found some more helpful suggestions online and have tried
     - renaming to .iso -> Double click. That didn't work
     - renaming to .exe -> Double click. That didn't work
Do I have to make a disc for this to work? I have two issues if this is the case...
    1) I'm on a Surface Pro, so no burner.
    2) in one of the two renaming tests above it told me that the file was corrupt. I don't want to waste a disc.
Anyone else having this issue or have any further suggestions?
    Thanks!

We can not cross install 32-bit editions Office and 64-bit editions Office on the same system.
    Here are some available options:
    Download the 32-bit edtions Visio 2013 instead;
Remove the 32-bit editions Office 2010, and
    reinstall the 64-bit editions;
    Create a 64-bit virtual machine (Hyper-V), then install the 64-bit edtions Visio 2013 in the virtual machine;

    Hi,
I noticed that you have posted the same question in SharePoint forum. Please post the thread by using English, we can understand your issue cleanly.
You can login your system administrator account and unhide the hidden files in explorer. Then open c:/MSOCache when you open this folder it will ask for permission press ok to view. The error can occur because of the permission is set to no in this folder.
Run 'Fix it' from the following KB link to remove any existing Office installation files:
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501
If the problem persist, scan your computer with antivirus software and re-download the Visio and install Visio 2013 again.
