Visio Pro 2013 - 60 Day Trial Activation won't work

Hi,
I just downloaded the Visio Pro 2013 60 day trial, however when I put in my email address and password correctly it comes up with this error.
"The account email address here isn't associated with this Office product.  To activate this install, please sign in with the account associated with your product
Please help within the next 2-3 days otherwise I think it resets.

Have you installed Office 2013 trial version before? If you have, you might receive the error messages. Even if you uninstall the  trial version successfully, its product key and other license details still reside in your Windows which cause
a license mismatch problem and Visio 2013 shows this error message and doesn't activate itself.
We could activate it manually. Please try the following methods:
Method One:
Go to TechNet Evaluation center
>Sign in with your live account> Get the Visio Pro 2013 Product Key>
Open Control Panel and click on Programs and Features icon >Right Click on Microsoft Visio
>Enter a Product Key > Type your 25-characters product key and click on Continue button.
Method Two:
If the above mentioned method doesn't work for you, please try to use Microsoft Visio Support Diagnostic to collect the detailed information and then do further troubleshoot:

  • Bought a 3 mth subscription card for Photoshop CS6 because my 30 day trial expired & won't work?

    So I bouth a 3 month subscription card for Adobe Photoshop CS6 because my 30 day trial expired.  I followed all the onscreen instructions and it accepted my activation code but when I go to open the Photoshop previously installed it says my 30 day trial has expired...... can anyone help?

    Did you get it working? I looked at any subscriptions you had associated with the email address you use here on the forums. I saw Illustrator CS6 but not Photoshop CS6, not sure if that is related.

    I downloaded the Visio Pro 2013 trial (posting this here because there's no category for 2013), but cannot get the file to run. From the official Visio page, I clicked "Try", and I was routed to the download page, where it automatically
    downloaded an .img file. I cannot figure out how to open the file. When I click on it, my Nero CD Burner program opens. I've never encountered a problem like this. I'm running Vista Home Premium 64-bit OS and attempted this download via Chrome. Can anyone

    Visio trial download is now available as a exe download for simple installation experience. After download, just double click to install.
    Follow the following steps to download the trial version:
    Visit
    http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/visio/
    Choose Try Now.
    Ensure the details filled up in the form are correct. Now Click Continue. 
    On the screen your trial key will be displayed along with an option to print it. Select print it and save it for future reference.
    Now choose the language of your download and you are good to go.

    I've been unable to install the Premiere Pro CS3 30-day trial: after I select the 30-day trial radio button, I'm told that there has been an error that ends the operation. My PC runs Windows Vista Ultimate with SP1.

I have tryed to download the most resent iTunes because I went to apple website and just hit download iTunes so I guess it's the most resent version and I don't know what to do. Should I go to an apple store?

    Same issue here- I can airplay my amazon prime library just fine from my iphone 5 but on my macbook- (mavericks, 15 inch 2013 retina with quad core i7, nvidia 650 M and SSD) it just sputters and lags.
    I have noticed web video is considerably worse than local content, giving me pauses of up to 2 or 3 seconds in which video stops but audio continues in the amazon player. Youku video, however, seems relatively stable. Our subscription speed is 25 mbps, so that should be plenty to stream SD video from Amazon and doesn't account for why it would be nice and stable from the iphone, but not the mbp.
    Playing light, locally hosted steam sidescrollers  like Limbo is better but gives periodic drops in framerate on the Tv. when mirroring the framerate remains steady on the MBP screen.
    Games airplayed from my iphone seem relatively stable, though with a noticably lower framerate on the TV than on the phone.
    It seems these issues have abated considerably since yesterday's Apple TV update, but are still curious nonetheless and I'm not sure that the update yesterday was specifically meant to address those issues or if I'm just getting a time with less network interference now.
    Comcast recently installed a new router/modem/phone combo, replacing our old separate modem and router setup. I'm going to test if putting the network on a different channel helps.

  • Need Help ASAP with MS Project Professional 2013 - 60-day Trial Download

    I followed all steps to download the 60-day trial of MS Project Professional 2013, and it doesn't work.
    Once I get to the download manager and download what I think is the trial application, the file comes in as: ProjectProfessional_x86_en-us.img. I tried to launch the program once downloading was completed while Download Manager was open, and it
    asks for "choose program you want to use to open this file". The file is specified as disc image file (saved on my file - downloads). An icon didn't successfully download to my deskstop.
    Where can I download the actual 60-day Trial Application? I've tried link below and started steps from that point and wasn't successful as it just accepted file as .img and wouldn't save onto my computer.
    Has anyone encountered the downloaded trial file as an .img file?
    How can I prevent my computer from reading the file as a disc image file in my downloads?
    What is the correct extension file of the trial application?
    Will product key from original attempted trial download work when attempting 2nd download?
    When downloaded successfully, should the file be full data application not just .img file that originally was received on 1st and 2nd attempts at downloading trial?

    Do not despair, my friend, for there is a way to install the trial software without burning a CD.  I use a tool called 7-Zip that can extract the files in an IMG or ISO file easily.  It extracts the files and folders into a folder of your choice. 
    You can download the 7-Zip software for free at:

    And no, I do not work for this company.  I simply user their tool and like it because it allows me to install software without needing to burn a CD or DVD of the software.  And by the way, I downloaded the same trial IMG file that you did and
    7-zip was able to extract the files.  From that point, I could install the trial version of Project 2013, as needed.  Hope this helps.

    A couple of weeks ago I downloaded Adobe Flash Professional CS5 and it said I had 60 days. Now it says I have only 15 days left.
    What gives?

    I thought they only have 30 day trials--at least that's all they offered way back when I last used one.  You may want to check on that.  From what I see in their trial offerings, 30 days is all you get, so you may be confusing this with some other company's trial offer.

    Okay so my MacBook Pro used to work perfect but then one day it just shut off then didn't turn back on for like 10 mins!     I would take your machine into your local Apple Store or an AASP and have them run diagnostics on it and give you an estimate on what it would cost to fix the entire machine. This will be free. If the estimate sounds outrageous, you can always ask about the Apple falt rate repair policy - you could have a 'like new' machine for less than $350US.

  • Activity won't work in IE 6

    Hi everyone, I hope someone can help as I've been struggling
    with this for about 4 months. We have an online course that
    includes interactive exercises. One of the exercises has two parts,
    the students first click on an arrow and the Shockwave player loads
    and an audio file plays with a pronunciation of a word. Then the
    cursor bounces over to a text field and users are supposed to type
    in the word they just heard. The exercise comes up correctly and
    you can click on the arrow and word is sounded out. Then the cursor
    does jump to the text field, however nothing happens when you try
    to type the word in. The activity worked correctly last spring in
    IE 6 and works correctly now in Firefox. However it just won't work
    in Internet Explorer. I have reloaded both Shockwave and Flash
    players (reinstalled with the latest versions). I put up Firefox
    and IE 6 up in side-by-side windows to compare settings. I've
    searched the Microsoft knowledge base and the Adobe/Macromedia
    knowledge base. No luck. I contacted the publisher of the content
    and they said it "works for them"! I'm attaching the code for one
    of the interactive exercises (there are at least 20 of them in the
    course that don't work). Any suggestions would be greatly
    appreciated.

    You are using Swing components in your applet , and the Microsoft VM dosen't have the javax.swing package . You could try with the Sun Java Plug-in.
