Vision: M Wont' Connect To

Question

So, I've had various problems with it at the moment.
I used to automatically get album art just by dragging and dropping into the area but now, after much hassle with Windows Media Player and different versions, I've managed to get albuma art by transferring using Windows Media.
However, now, whenever I try to connect my Vision M, instead of the pop-up asking me what I want to do (Organise, take no action etc.) with the Creative Mediabox coming up, whenever I connect it the following happens:
. The Player itself goes into Docking mode with the arrows, but the arrows move for about 0 seconds as if it's transferring something.
2. It then goes off docking mode and slides back onto music or video options - whatever I was on last time the player was on.
3. I get a small icon on the bottom right hand side of the screen, a hardware icon with a green arrow saying "Safely remove hardware"
4. I click on this icon and a box comes up saying I can remove hardware once windows says its ok, but there are no devices showing to remove.
Normally, in 'My Computer' once its connected it shows as Dri've E, but this doesn't show.. nothing does.. except this Safely Remove Hardware.. So it basically won't open up and connect.
I have tried using a different USB and i've tried re-installing all of the hardware from the Disc.

Yeah I wish people actually had aswers to your problems on these forums. I've had the same problem on and off since I got my Vision: M about a month ago. There is a page on here somewhere with a link to a program that supposedly fixes this problem. It doesn't even work for me now and no one else has a better solution. I'll post the link to the page if I find it.
