Visualizer has stopped working in full screen mode

Hi, since getting the 10.2/10.2.1 updates my full screen visualizer has stopped working. It works inside the iTunes window but when I make it full screen it just shows me a freezed frame of the visualizer, it does not move.
Anyone else experiencing this?

I have the same issue.... after going to full screen to windowed and then back to full screen it does plays normally.... won't Apple ever say anything about this?!? I'll have to downgrade to ver. 9 this way....

"OutlookSyncClient has stopped working" when Exchange Cached Mode is On.

Hi,
I have an iPhone 3G which originally didn't sync with outlook 2003 in Vista. Sync is being perform via USB. I initially tried reinstalling iTunes, Reset sync history, Syncing with new windows user but could not get it to sync without an error. Vista displays an "OutlookSyncClient has stopped working" error when it tries to sync the calendar. Finally figured out that if you untick "Exchange Cached Mode", it will sucessfully sync with Outlook. However, this is not a workable solution as the computer is a notebook and needs to be able to access their Outlook email while away from the office (and hence needs to be working in Exchange Cached Mode).
After this, I tried rebuilding the Outlook OST file. I also tried deleting the exchange connection and re-adding the exchange connection to the user profile from scratch. I was not able to get it to sync without the error.
Does anyone know of a solution to this problem? or anything else to try? The only workaround at this point is to disable cached mode while in the office, sync the phone and then re-enable cached mode after the sync is complete. This is proving to be quite a pain, surely there must be a way to solve this problem!

Well, your tip helped me to not get this error only by acessing the "Info"-Tab as happened before, thank you!
I was really happy, but then starting the synchronisation itself crashed again with the same error...
So I am still clueless... It must have something to do with outlook being used with Exchange. At home, where I use it locally, synchronisation did work...

Working in full screen mode

Hello,
When working in full scree mode, I notice that some of the photos appear indeed in full screen, but some apprear much smaller, even though they are from the same batch, and were shot under the same conditions. Why is that?
Is there a way to increase the size of the photo to really fill the screen (in full screen mode)

They are not vertical, and as far I can tell they are no different, shot with the same camera, the same day, same specifications.
Is there a way to ioncrease their size, so they fill the screen, as they should?

Interactive rollover function isn't working in full screen mode.

I've created an interactive document with animation in Indesign CC.
Part of this document has menu bars that change to longer bars when rolled over. I export as an swf and then place that in a separate document to export to pdf. When I open it in Acrobat Pro XI everything works correctly...until I make it full screen. The text and images look fuzzy and low res and the roll over function on the menu bar doesn't work. Unless you click and drag over them, not hover.
Things I have tried:
Changing the document to A3, as it is currently A4 - no change.
Changing the resolution in both flash exporting options and interactive pdf exporting options. I've tried 72 dpi, 96dpi 110dpi (to match the acrobat settings) - still no change.
Have tried both multi state object method of changing the menu bar and a show/hide function - This hasn't made a difference either.
I've had a flick through Acrobat settings but I'm not sure what I am looking for.
The buttons used with the roller also have a on release or tap function to go to a destination as well as the rollover option. I'm not sure if this button having multiple actions might be affecting this as it seems to have no problems handling multiple interactive actions when not in full screen.
Any ideas?

I would like to inform you that you need to use keyboard shortcut V to bring up the select tool (Ctrl-V does not work).
Also, you may try pressing the F8 key to un-hide the toolbar.

Firefox plug in container has stopped working, even in safe mode with plug ins disabled

My firefox keeps crashing every 5 - 10 minutes. Sometimes I get a windows error message saying "firefox plugin container stopped working", but most times I don't. These are the actions I've taken so far, with no effect:
1. Updated all my plug-ins
2. Run firefox in safe mode with plug-ins disabled
3. Uninstalled and reinstalled firefox
4. Run an AVG scan which turned up nothing
Can anyone offer advice on how to fix this (very annoying) problem?
I've had to write this in IE because firefox wouldn't stay open long enough for me to copy and paste it into the text box.

Annoying single page view in full screen mode

I have checked the “Enable Scrolling” in the “View/Page Display” menu to have a continuous page flow (with gaps between pages) and avoid page bouncing when moving from the bottom of a page to the top of the next page. It works as expected when in windowed mode but not in full screen mode.
- Why isn’t it possible to have continuous page flow (with gaps between pages) when in full screen mode? It is as if Adobe Reader disregards the “View/Page Display” menu preferences and always reverts to “Single Page View” when in full screen mode!
- Also it would be nice to have an option to display a vertical scroll bar to the extreme right of the screen in full screen mode to be able to quickly scroll the document.
These two features are the primary ones that make me still using Foxit-Reader instead of Adobe Reader albeit Foxit-Reader has a lower PDF rendering quality.

I have same problem.
In Full Screen Mode , most functions are *NOT* working. For example , Show/Hide Menu Bar , Show/Hide Toolbars etc. Even use keyboard shortcut , they just *NOT* working.
I am wondering is any chance to make Show/Hide Menu Bar , Show/Hide Toolbars working on Full Screen Mode ?
At least , please add some keyboard shortcut to change Page Display .

Advanced Filter Behaves differently in Full screen mode

I have a power view report designed and published in SharePoint 2013. It has a filter on a text field -
I can filter it with filter conditions "contains" in regular view mode. But this same field is not editable in "Full Screen Mode". The Numeric filters work fine in "Full screen mode"
Is there any recommendations to fix this?

According to your description, you find the advanced filter in Power View is not working in Full screen mode. Right?
Unfortunately, this is a known and documented limitation of Silverlight, which does not support keyboard input in full screen mode. Please refer to a Microsoft feedback below:

Kinect Configuration Verifier has stopped working

I'm trying to set up my Kinect v2 and I keep getting a crash with the KinectV2 Configuration Verifier. When I run the exe it instantly stops on the main screen.
I'm not able to click anything on that screen.

Also I have just check the driver for the Kinect and the "WDF KinectSensor Interface 0" driver has a yellow exclamation beside it. My Kinect does not seemed to be turned on. It's connected to a 3.0 usb slot but the usb slot doesn't have a super
speed symbol on it like the Kinect adapter does, could this cause problems?

Full screen mode: How to switch between open windows?

Hi There,
Is there way to get CMD + ` working in full screen mode?
Other shortcuts like CMD + OPT [ ] to switch between open tabs and CMD + TAB to switch apps seem to work - but without the ability to switch between open windows within the same app, full screen mode is kind of useless.
Any pointers in the right direction would be much appreciated.
BTW I'm using Yosemite but the forums won't find a Yosemite community (not sure the community search is working properly)

I managed to fix this... here’s what I did:
I extracted the MSDN ISO to my downloads folder
I created an office 2013 config file with logging set to verbose and copied it to the x64 installer directory
I ran the installer and looked in my temp folder (c:\users\rob.henwood\AppData\Local\Temp)
The log file created said “Cannot detect OSE Service”
I found the OSE Service in the setup folder from the ISO
I looked on another machine and found where it is installed then copied the registry settings for the OSE service.
I restarted the machine and found the Office 64 Source Engine service now existed. I started the service.
I ran the Office installer again and it all worked OK!
Steps to fix:
Create a folder for OSE
C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\Source Engine
Copy the OSE.exe file to that folder
Open the OSE.reg file (shown below) and apply the registry settings in that file to your registry
Restart your machine
Open services (services.msc) and see that Office 64 Source Engine is installed
Start the service
Try installing Office 2013/Visio 2013.

Hi, You could check the settings of siri by going to Settings>General>Restrictions>Siri>ON. turn it off first then turn it on again. you should ateast try to connect to a WiFi so you could maximize the use of siri. I experienced that before and fixed it by just reading on the internet.

NB100 touchpad scroll bar stops working after exit full screen mode youtube

I have few Toshiba laptops, satellite, and now netbook100.
All of them share one problem, touchpad scroll bar:
It will stop working after exit full screen mode in youtube.
Here is how to reproduce the incident:
1. using any mainstream browser, start playing a youtube video, click full screen button at the bottom right corner of the video.
2. click on the [cross] to exit the full screen mode. (next to full screen button.)
3. check if you scroll bar still functioning.
4. a reboot will restore the function.
Currently, Im on vista, I believe in XP you will have the same problem.
Searching in google (touchpad scroll bar stops full screen youtube) will return more people share the same question but no answer.
Environments: win xp all, win vista all.
Windows all most updated driver, touch pad driver up to date.
This is not a major tech problem but for a netbook, this is very annoying.
If anyone have this problem or answers, please share it here.

I had the exact same problem on my laptop and after a lot of searching, I finally found the simplest solution that really works for me so here goes:
Once you exit the full screen video and the scroll pad has stopped working, click once anywhere on the youtube page(just to unfocus from the video) and press the spacebar button on your keyboard twice.
Et voila, your scroll pad should be working again. Beats the hassle of having to log off everytime.
