Vivado License Installation Help

Hi there,
I am trying to install a Vivado floating license hosted on one of our servers, but i am having trouble. When i start the service and check the debuglog, i get the following output in my log:

Now it is probable that I have missed some critical steps perhaps in setting this product up, but I have no clear instructions to go on. So far I have done the following:
1) I have downloaded and copied the the Floating Server Win 64 - No Borrow Support (Flex v11.11.0) zip files to our license server
2) Used the LMTools utility to create a Xilinx service and pointed it to a directory on my server hosting the xilinx lic file and downloaded contents (C:\flexlics\Xilinx-Vivado).
3) I try to start the Xilinx service and get the following output above.
The logs indicate some variable needs to be defined, but I'm not sure if I am suppose to do it manually. I am also not sure what i'm suppose to do with the downloaded contents of the zip file. There are multiple .exes that I have not run, and am not sure which should be executed.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks for that suggestion. I was able to get the client talking to the server now based on that Visual Redistributable installation. However, I have come upon another problem.
When my client workstation tries to check a license out, i get the following in our debuglog:

Based on these logs, I would normally assume there is something/feature missing in our license which is causing this? I've attached my license file.
Any light on this error means would be helpful,
