VL01 -delievery

hio,
i m creating delievery in VL01.in that material documnet created but there is no accounting document observed why?
pl suggest me.

Hello,
Once you create the delivery the goods movement doesn't takes place. The goods movement takes place once you do the Post Goods Issue. When you do the PGI a material document will get generated. You can see it from the delivery document flow. Got to MB03, enter the material document number, enter then click on the accounting document button on top.

  • ISSUE at the time of creating delievery.

    hi guruus,
i am facing a serious issue and need your help.
I have created an order of a two materials "400000065 & 400000528" both material have stock available at FG '0004' storage locatioin and the material types are "Physican Sample".
when i am creating delievery of the order system is copying Zero delievery quantity for 400000065  but for 400000528 material system is picking actual quantity which was defined in order and also proposing the batches.
I could not understand that what is the problem i have defined both material on VCH1, Stocks are avaialble at MMBE in Unrestricted, there batches will be expire in 2010, there goods movement date is "31-12-2008"  order date is "26-01-2009" and delievery date is "26-01-2009'
when I am trying to enter a delievery quantity at the time of VL01N then system is giving an Error "Only 0 pac of material 400000065 is available".
when I am trying batch split then sytem is giving me message that  "Actual delievery quantity for item 00010 is 0, split is not necessary.

    Hi
As the total open order stock is 37,779 and the available stock  is 455 only that is the reason when you where creating delivery system is giving message that only  0 PAC of material is available
So you have totally 3 open orders with that material So either confirm that open orders by having some additional stock  or close those sales orders and then you can do delivery for your present sales order

No, I won't explain it in detail - you need to read the documentation and at least make an attempt at the process on your own first.  The documentation is right there in the IMG where I said it was but here's the path since you can't find it:
Logistics Execution -> Shipping -> System Modifications -> Business Add-Ins in Shipping -> BADI for Additional Item Detail Screen...

  • JMS Delievery Problem

    Hi,
After having deployed SP7 we have problems with the delievery of JMS
Messages in a scenario that uses the Sync/Async Bridge with Adapter
Modules. Our receiver ist xy, that offers an Request/Reply
Service with Queues, our Sender is a synchronous Web Service Client via
    SOAP Adapter.
The Problem is, the JMS Messages never get delievered to the Request
Queue, so the client receives a Message expired Exception.
On the channel monitoring we see a confusing message that says that the
    message was processed but ignored.
Here s the orginal message in German Language:
    "XI-Message d5ed86c0-6fb9-11de-8041-00144f805f2a wurde erfolgreich als
JMS-Message mit ID d5ed86c06fb911de804100144f805f2a beim Empfänger
verarbeitet und aus diesem Grund ignoriert."
We set up a trace in receiver system and we can see the message never appears
    there.
In the Audit Log of the failed request messages we see the error
message "Unable to read payload from the message object" with the SAP
Category XIServer and the SAP:Code area="MAPPING", which doesn t makes
sense to us, as the message gets transformed succesfully.
The secanrio worked before deploying the Service Pack and we didn t
    change anything about the configuration.
Can you anyone give uns infos?
    Thanks in advance,
    Frank

Hm - I am not very familiar with Tibco, but had also problems after SP upgrades on PI 7.0 and MQ series 6.
I can only suggest to contact Tibco and / or SAP for some support on this issue.
Ours had been solved by a OSS note which had been released.

See the doc on User exits:
User exits (Function module exits) are exits developed by SAP. The exit is implementerd as a call to a function module. The code for the function module is written by the developer. You are not writing the code directly in the function module, but in the include that is implemented in the function module.
The naming standard of function modules for functionmodule exits is:
    EXIT_<program name><3 digit suffix>
The call to a functionmodule exit is implemented as:
    CALL CUSTOMER.-FUNCTION <3 digit suffix>
    To find a Exit.
Goto Transaction -- Find The Package
SMOD >f4>Use the Package here to Find the Exits In the Package.
Else if you Want to search by Application Area wise ,
There is one more tab to find the Exits in the Respective Application Area.

    3. Get the Development Class.
    4. Execute Tcode SE84.
    5. Open the Node 'Envir. -> Exit Techniques -> 'Customer Exits -> Enhancements'
    6. Enter the Development class and execute.
    Check out this thread..
The specified item was not found.
    1. Type the transaction : system->status-> <PROG. NAME>
2 open SE37 , type EXIT<PROG NAME> and press F4 to get the list of function exits available.
    3. Open CMOD utilities->SAP enhancements
    EDIT->All selections
4.type the function module name obtained in step 2, in fields 'component name' in 'additional selections' block. and execute.
    5. The displayed list contains the enhancements names for the transaction You were looking for.

  • Returnable packaging matrl in Delievery

    Hi,
IN STO from Manufacturing plant to Depot within Company code.
We are tranfering material material assume Chlorine,For transfering Chlorine Turner is required as a Returnable Packaging material.
At the time Of delievery(VL02N) we are attaching Returnable packaging material with Serial number. But when I click PGI.System giving Message <b>Enter a customer for special stock V</b>(E M7 072).
Please any body suggest me how to solve this problem.
    Thanks,
    Raghu

    Raghu,
first try to put the sold-to in the ship-to customer master (partner view). Then make a new TO and deliver it.
If it doesn't work we have to make a little userexit in MV50AFZ1 to add the sold-to party in the delivery before save. If you need it I can find out some template for this.

  • Return delievery for goods & services

    Hello All,
    Can anybody give information on
    1. Return delievery in SRM for goods & services both.
    2. Impact on tax code for this return delievery for goods & services both.
    Regards,
    Ganesh
    Max points for helpful answers.

    Hi Ganesh,
I believe Akash is right. BUS2203 EBP Confirmation of Goods/Services. There is no business object for services explicitly in SRM.
You must create a new transaction type RETN in define transaction type under BUS2203.
There might be a character value for BUS2203 like return delivery confirmation so must this char value for retn transaction type.
for back end processes, a separate material movement document with movement type 122 will be posted; for local processes, a local return document
    will be posted.

  • Partial gr against inbond delievery

Please investigate how we can do the partially goods receipt against the inbound delivery by the storage location.
           See an example below:
Delivery number: 182234567. We would like the goods receipt only for the materials which are under storage location 0004.
But in the inbond delievery there are two storage locations  like 0003.
How to make Good recceipt for only one storage loction in between above Two S.Loc.

  • BADI for VL01/VL02

    Hi Experts,
I have one query on BADI,
    My req below:-
I am using VL02/VL01 Tcode for this i need to used badi,
Actually my req is while in VL01 is for inserting data ,at the same time i need to insert some screen data in to one Ztable .
If the inserting into VL01 fails i dont insert data into Ztable.
I specified my req as below .
Please ,give some tips or sample code by using the Same BADI i specified below.
    In create
i need to insert some screen data in to one Ztable
we Should commit BOTH (likp and ztable )or commit NEITHER, do NOT allow LIKP to save if Ztable insert fails in order to work during collective processing, we need to use delivery-final-check BADI.
I think we can use BADI_LE_SHIPMENT,i need some sample code for this BADI.
    Regards,
    Kalidas.T

    HI.
The use of object orientated code within SAP has lead to new method of enhancing standard SAP code called
Business Add-Ins or BADI's for short. Although the implementation concept is based on classes, methods and
inheritance you do not really have to understand this fully to implement a BADI. Simply think of methods
as a function module with the same import and export parameters and follow the simple instructions below.
    Steps:
    1. Execute Business Add-In(BADI) transaction SE18
    2. Enter BADI name i.e. LE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC and press the display
    button
    3. Select menu option Implementation->Create
    4. Give implementation a name such as ZLE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC
    5. You can now make any changes you require to the BADI within this
implementation, for example choose the Interface tab
    6. Double click on the method you want to change, you can now enter
    any code you require.
    7. Please note to find out what import and export parameters a
method has got return the original BADI definition
(i.e. LE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC) and double click on the method name
for example within LE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC there are CHANGE_FIELD_ATTRIBUTES and CHANGE_DELIVERY_ITEM are the method.
    8. When changes have been made activate the implementation
refer the links to know more about BADI.

Check the  delivery date for the schedule line. The delivery date can be the
Date requested by the customer, or
Earliest date proposed by the system after automatic availability checks and delivery scheduling
Modify the selection date and test.

  • Internal Delievery channel AIP-51505:  General Validation Error

    hi ,
I am trying HL7 sample provided with B2b installation. It works fine . Have modified internal delievery channel as file protocol & provided the folder uri , so as to b2b engine picks it up as xml message is dropped in folder. It is resulting in B2B - (ERROR) Error -: AIP-51505: General Validation Error .
Just wondering why the B2B process is not validating xml file by just modifing internal delievery channel. Do i have to take additional care to configure Internal Delievery channel. ??

    Hi Ramesh,
Thank you for your reply. Basically i need to convert HL7 xml to HL7 binary with delivery channel as file. Changed the
    oracle.tip.adapter.b2b.allTPInOneDirectory= True from false.
Created Internal Delievery channel with folder as c:\USLabs (USLabs is a host trading partner) on localhost.
i am placing xml file with name as USLabs_123.xml in this particular folder.
This xml file is same as a01.xml provided with HL7 sample. but i get this exception.
    Protocol = File

  • Complants about TNT delievery company and Apple online store Hong Kong

On 6 Aug I've ordered online a powder adapter and also a Mac software online. According to the TNT tracking system, items were collected on 9th and and was supposed to be send by 12th. But nothing has been deliveried on the 12th. I've given a company address for delievery and on Monday 16, I've noticed that TNT has been trying to deliver the items on Saturday. They have left a note. Since then, I've been trying to call them million times but like I've read about other complaints on the discussion, their lines are always busy, or no one would ever pickup. Of course I've also tried to call Apple online store and the same happened, first time I've waited 20 min and second time 30min and still can't talk to anyone to resolve the problem or try to arrange a redeliver. on 19 on the tracking system they said they tried to redeliver, but I've never recieve anything. TNT is a horrible company and I don't understand how Apple can use them!!! Now on the tracking system, seems like my items would be return to the sender. Can someone responisble from Apple explain this and resolve this situtation?? There is no e-mail that I can contact Apple online store as well, and I don't think anyone can stay on the phone all day waiting to talk to someone.... this has been the wrose online shopping experience for me!! Can some helpful user tell me what I can do?? Thank you

    Welcome to Apple Discussions
I'm afraid there's nobody here that can assist you, these forums are users helping other users and Apple do not participate.
Your best approach is to call your local Apple number ((852) 2112-0099) and then ask to speak with someone in Customer Relations then explain your situation to them and let them follow up for you.

  • Count SO in month in VL01.

    hi friends ,
i want to count how many Sale order's generated in month. and want to display it with Sale Order that this is first , second or third........ Sale Order of this month. these should display in screen VL01 , VL02, VL03.
    thanks.

First place a select query on VBAK Table with the created on (ERDAT) field between month start date and month end date and get it in internal table itab1.
Month end date may be calculated by function modules: END_OF_MONTH_DETERMINE_2  or LAST_DAY_OF_MONTHS.
Then describe table itab will give you the number of Sale order's generated in a month.
You may sort itab based on ERDAT for display.
I was not able to understand what do you mean by "these should display in screen VL01 , VL02, VL03."
If you need them on some event of VL01, 02 , 03 use some user exit or BADI. Try MV45AFZZ and MV45AFZB.
    Hope it helps.
