VL10 Maximum Future Delivery Time Frame

Hello Experts,
In VL10, I can only view deliveries up to the set maximum delivery time frame which is limited to 180 days in the future. For example, during this moment, I can only see deliveries with delivery date before August 4, 2012 (180 days from date today).
Where can I change this limit? We want to remove this limit so that we can see in VL10 all the deliveries.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Regards,
Cristine

  • SC item: Delivery date and Time Frame

    Hi
Would like to know how the Delivery Date and TimeFrame fields are defaulted in a SC.
When a service item is selected from the catalogue the time frame is activated by default. But when i use "Describe Requirement" and assign a service Product category to it I do not get the option for a time frame. Would like to know from where this defualted or if there is any settings for the same.
    Please suggest.
    Thanks!!

    Hi Sheetal,
in SRM 5.0 the delivery date is defaulted for the non catalog SC in the include LBBP_SC_APPF33 (in our system at the line 66):
    cs_global-deliv_date = sy-datlo.
    cs_global-del_datcat = gc_deliv_day.
however you have the possibility to override this default date via the BAdI BBP_CHANGE_DEFAULT.
I hope I could help you with this information.

  • Delivery time in sale order

    Dear Sap Gurus,
I had created a sale order with reference to a quotation.
In the quotation-there are 2 line items with different delivery time.
    sale order date is 15/2/2008
for eg line item 1  is 3 days
line item 2 is 1 week
the maximum delivery time is for line item 1 is 3 days
    so 15+3=18/2/2008.
the system allows me to do the delivery, and pgi  even on 29/2/08.
so the delivery time is not effective here.
kindly suggest me what is the exact usage of this delivery time in a sales document.
    Points will be rewarded

The Delivery date in the sales order is the Earliest date proposed by the system after automatic availability checks and delivery scheduling.
The system uses the delivery date for each schedule line together with predefined time estimates for delivery activities (such as picking and packing) to determine the
    Material availability date
    Loading date
    Goods issue date
    Transportation planning date
In ur case, ur order contains two item with different delivery dates of 15th and 28th.
Suppose if u deliver the order on 15th , the delivery split takes and only one item will copied into the delivey.
But if u deliver the order at 28th, both the items will be copied to the delivery, since both have already confirmed on the date
    Hope u understand...

  • GR qty is updated in future delivery date in Scheduling agreement

    Dear All,
In one of our Scheduling agreement  delivery schedule, the Goods receipt qty got updated in  future delivery date (ie., 30.07.2011 & 19.10.2011). Any idea how this got updated wrongly? or is there any standard functionality that controls this GR qty field.
    Thanks in advance

    HI,
Both  Planned delivery time and GR processing time are having 1 day , please let me know any other factor influencing this data.

  • How do I schedule an email for future delivery on Mac mail client?

How do I schedule an email for delivery at a future date/time on my Mac mail client?

    Hello DeeDubb11,
Unfortunately, you cannot do that with the officially Mac Mail client.

  • Sent/delivery times

How accurate are the sent/delivery times on texts?  I have a few that are alwyas exactly one hour apart?
    Thanks

The times for text messages is very accurate. Some airtime/data usage may take up to 90 days before being billed or before it registers to our system.  This is especially true when using your wireless phone outside of your home service area and/or toward the end of your billing cycle which can impact the times the text message, picture message, or phone call registers to the system.
If you use airtime on another carrier's network, the billing may be delayed and the times may vary because of the time frame it takes to send the information from their tower to our network.
Power cycling once a day can help reconnect your phone to the network so that your calls and data register with the most accurate times. If you continue to have issues we will need to speak with you to perform further trouble-shooting.

  • Delivery times on iPhone 6

I recently ordered a iPhone 6 plus 128 on the 13/09/2014 the web site is quoting me 3 to 4 weeks, a friend of mine ordered his phone on the 12th when orderimg first opened, he's been quotated a similar time frame. do you think I'll be given a more realistic delivery time when apple opens it's doors to its shops tomorrow?
If ive got to  wait of 3 - 4 weeks so be it - however it would be fantastic to think Apple already have my order sitting on a shelf in the UK and it's ready to ship?

    What color did you order?
It appears the iPhone 6 Plus 128GB and 64GB in Gold are the most favored and ran out of stock the quickest.
I ordered my (iPhone 6 Plus Space Gray 64GB) on 9-12-14 at 4 A.M. and my estimated shipping date is Oct 1 - Oct 6th. I check the status constantly and it still says its "processing items" and no shipping updates yet.
Apple Support said they are expediting all iPhone pre orders to get the orders filled as quickly as possible.

  • CSM ret-code time-frame

A company I work for has a number of CSM modules (WS-X6066-SLB-APC) installed in 6513 chasis switches. The CSM modules are running version
    4.2(14)
These CSM modules are configured to load-balance a number of vservers via serverfarms, each serverfarm containing multiple real servers.
    Here is some example configuration:
    vserver SITE
      virtual 10.1.2.3 tcp www
      serverfarm SERVERFARM
      persistent rebalance
      inservice
    serverfarm SERVERFARM
      nat server
      no nat client
      predictor leastconns
      failaction reassign
      retcode-map RETCODE-MAP
      real 10.2.3.4
       inservice
      real 10.2.3.5
       inservice
    map RETCODE-MAP retcode
match protocol http retcode 503 503 action remove 5 reset 300
The company is facing a problem with what seems to be related to return code checking. Every once in a while a server will suddenly not receive any traffic for 5 minutes. This always occurs right after the server has sent a HTTP 503 return code. However we cannot see in the CSM logs that the CSM module has actually disabled the real server. For other serverfarms which are running regular HTTP and/or ICMP health checks to real servers we can clearly see in the CSM logs when a real server has been temporarily disabled due to health check failures.
The return code checking is set to disable a real server for 300 seconds after the CSM has received five HTTP 503 responses from the real server. If we check the real server log however we cannot find more than that single 503 return code right before the server stops seeing any incoming traffic unless we move back at least hours in time.
I have tried to figure out what time frame those 5 return codes must be received within for them to count towards the maximum allowed return codes, but nowhere in no documentation can I find any information about this time frame.
For all I know the CSM could keep track of every incoming 503 forever, until the maximum of five 503's is reached, and then the server is disabled for 300 seconds.
Does anyone have any information about the time frame within which those return codes must be received by the CSM to count toward the maximum configured number of return codes before the configured action is taken?

    Hi Christopher
EDIT: It might actually be me who misunderstood your reply. You probably gave me the correct answer already, that there is no time limit at all to the counter, and the counter will increase until it reaches 5 even if those 503's are spread out over several months time. Could you please confirm that this is what you meant? I'll leave my original reply down below for you to look at.
    ORIGINAL MESSAGE:
Thanks for your reply, but I think you might have misunderstood my question, and I don't exactly blame you because I had some difficulty explaining what I meant.
I know what each and every key word in the following line mean, and I understand the command.
match protocol http retcode 503 503 action remove 5 reset 300
We match the protocol http, and look for when/if the server sends a return code 503 back to a client. Each time a 503 return code is returned from the real server a counter is increased by one. When the counter reaches 5 we take the action to remove (disable) the server. 300 seconds after the server was disabled it will be enabled again, and the counter will also be reset to zero at this point.
But I'm asking about the time frame for the counter, or rather if there is a default timer that resets the counter back to zero after a certain amount of time. Let me give you an example.
I enable return code checking for HTTP 503 and configure it to disable a server after five HTTP 503's have been seen by the CSM
1 minute later the server sends three HTTP 503 messages to a client. Now the return code check counter is at 3. This is where the "time frame" that I speak of begins.
Another 6 minutes later the server sends one HTTP 503 message to a client. The time frame within wich the CSM has seen HTTP 503's is now 6 minutes, so the CSM has seen four different HTTP 503's within 6 minutes. The counter would now be at 4.
5 months later the server sends a fifth HTTP 503 message to a client. The time frame is now five months and six minutes. Will this fifth HTTP 503 message increase the return code check counter to 5? If it does, then the server will be disabled for 300 seconds, even though it was 5 months since the previous four 503's were seen by the CSM.
What I'm wondering is basically if there is a limited time frame (like a sliding window) after which the return code check counter is reset back to zero? I cannot find any information about this, and as far as I can see there is no command I can use to see what the return code counter is currently at either, so I cannot manually verify this.
It would have made sense if the feature worked like this instead, and I'm still hoping that someone can provide documentation that says this is the way it is supposed to work (because if the above example is true, then the feature is broken and useless)
I enable return code checking for HTTP 503 and configure it to disable a server after five HTTP 503's have been seen by the CSM
1 minute later the server sends three HTTP 503 messages to a client.  Now the return code check counter is at 3. This is where the "time  frame" that I speak of begins.
5 minutes later the counter is reset to zero, because no 503's have been seen for over five minutes.
2 months later the server sends a HTTP 503 message to a  client. This increases the counter to one. The server is never disabled. After another 5 minutes the counter is reset back to zero again.
I hope that the above examples make it a bit clearer what I meant with my original question.

  • How do i set the time frame of a waveform chart programmatically to be a 30 sec window or a 24 hour window

i'm using LV7.0 and what i need to do is to be able to set the time frame or range of a waveform chart programmatically before i start taking and plotting data. sometimes this window needs to be 30s wide and sometimes it needs to be 24 hrs wide. (in the first reference, i need the chart to fill up with 30s of historical data then the whole chart scrolls with each new data point). the data acquisition records data at a rate of once per second. i've tried to use the chart properties of XScale.offset, XScale.Range.Minimum and XScale.Range.Maximum but no matter what i do the time-stamp on the x-axis is always "00:00:00 PM" and "MM/DD/YYYY" even though values are seen being plotted on the right side of the chart as expected.

Okay, there seems to be some confusion here -- the X axis values are of type double, but they can be represented in the HH:MMS MMD:YYYY format if you want in which case it interprets the floating point as the number of seconds since 6pm Dec 31, 1903.
You can programmatically set this value using the XScale.Minimum and XScale.Maximum properties, but note that if you wire a waveform to the chart after setting these values the t0 parameter will override what you set using the property node for XScale.Minimum.  If instead you leave the t0 parameter empty you can use the XScale.Offset property and wire the same value in that you wire to XScale.Minimum.  Changing the amount you add to XScale.Minmum to obtain what you wire into XScale.Maximum will determine the time window size.

    Hi,
yes you can.You will have to use structure in the row.
Right click on the row and create a new structure.
In this structure you can add key figure.
Maximum number of structure a query can have is two

  • Time Frame in Budget Profile

    Hi All,
Can any body tell me if i want to set the time frame in the budget profile, which are the fields which affect this ??
    Thanks
    Ankur

    hi,
The time frame you are refering in budge profile is not releated to this. It allows you to create budgets in system 1yr past and 3 years future
    Example
    Current year 2009
So system will allow you to create budget from 2008 till 2012. Budget is for a fiscal year and this setting doent control that.
Entering a budget will allow you to do the variance calculation but does not restrict you from posting invoices. If you want to restrict then you need to create validation.
    This may help

  • Simoultaneous planned delivery time (MRP)

    Dear Experts,
I would like to set my MRP for material purchases in order that I can have 2 different lead times, depending on the route (air/sea)
For instance, if MRP can supply enough material with 1kg or less, then it should take a shorter lead time for it would be air freight than if the minimum necessary was more than 1 kg. (Actual freight lead times= air 60 days, sea 90 days)
    Best regards
    Marco Aramini

    Hello Marco
It is possible to have different lead times for different vendors on MRP.
On the customizing transaction OPPQ, choose the option "external procurement" and make sure that the flag "scheduling: info rec agreement" is set.
With this setting, the planned delivery time is read from the info record or from the scheduling agreement.
After that, you should create a quota arrangement for both vendors (see note 1508647 for details).
On the quota arrangement, you can use the minimum and maximum size to define that the source will only be selected if the lot size is higher than 1KG or smaller than 1 kg.
If have a more complex logic to select the vendor, you can use BAdI MD_MODIFY_SOURCE.

  • Alerts/Remindrs to process S/O with future Delivery Date

Is it possible to create an Alert or Reminder, that will alert the user (or users) who creates a Sales Order with a future Delivery Date to process the Sales Order?

I am looking for the alert to remind the Order Entry department they have pending orders that need to be processed.
The Alert should say" Sales Order Number(s): xxxxx1, xxxxx2, xxxxx3 need to be processed. These alerts should be generated 5 days before the delivery date.
Often times we have customers that will place an order, but they state they do not need it until a week or two from the time the order is placed. We then generate the sales order, but will not print the "Pick Ticket" to the warehouse until three days before the customer expects the product and Order Entry will forget to process these sales orders; this is why the alerts are needed.

  • MRP - Auto creation of del schedule lines based on planned delivery time

    Hi,
We have activated MRP (type PD) where Purchase requiesition is auto created by system for requirement quantity. We require to optimize delivery schedule in such a way that entire PR quantity is broken into various delivery schedule based on planned delivery time and requirement.  Scenario can be further explained with following example.
Material Requirement for a month is say 1,25,000 units
    Closing Stock say 25,000 units
PR Generated by system for 1,00,000 units. The entire quantity is schdulled with only one delivery schedule line as per planned delivery time.
The requirement is to generate multiple delivery schedule lines automatically in Purchase requisition based on planned delivery time so that Purchase orders can be placed with system generated delivery schedule lines.
How can it be achieved ?
    Regards,
    Nirav Kinkhabwala

    Nirav,
This subject has been discussed repeatedly in this and other forums.  I must assume that you overlooked the rules of engagement, which state that you should first search the forums and other public sites, before posting questions here.
Standard SAP MRP cannot be made to generate multiple items in a Purchase requisition.  The functionality you seek is usually achieved when converting purchase reqs to Purchase orders, where many single purchase reqs can be adopted into a single Purchase order.
You also might want to investigate use of Vendor Scheduling agreements.
    Best Regards,
