VOD - Missing Season 4, Episode 1 & 2, Nurse Jackie

Very frustrating. Nurse Jackie, Season 4, Episode 1 & 2 are listed on the menu in both HD and standard format yet none of them will play. Not Found message. Anyone know whats up with this?

Missing episodes 1, 2 & 3. I thought these were suppose to be up until 8/28 i contacted showtime but they said the could not tell me what the problem was or when they would get to it

For some episodes of shows that appear to be missing they usually aren't but to find them you have to search on the actual episode title so in this case it is called "Running on E". You can use the IMDB to find the titles of any series.
This has been reported to the Sky Go team but whether anything gets done about it I wouldn't like to guess.

Missed first few episodes on Game of thrones season. 1

Have seen Game of thrones season 1 is on Sky Atlantic now but have missed the first episodes. Why is it not on the catch up? It says I need to upgrade. Will they repeat these again as do not want to upgrade

Game of Thrones Series 1 is part of Sky Box Sets so you would need to be subscribing to the Family Bundle before getting access to them.

If your device has been jailbroken during the warranty, Apple will not service it.

True Detective Season 2 Episode 6

It appears that True Detective Season 2 Episode 6 is missing from Sky Go (and the labelling for episode 7 looks wrong). Can this please be fixed. Thanks

Thanks for doing this - the Epsisode 6 link did then get fixed on 4th August. They have since also changed thenaming for Episode 6 to make it consistent with previous episodes. [Episode 7 and Episode 8 have different naming but this isn't too serious!]caesarome wrote:

Prison Break Season 2 - Episode error

Prison Break Season 2 Episode 10 is missing, the episode that's currently in 10s slot is a copy of episode 11.
Annoying but not surprising.
Again highlighting the benefits of DVD Box-sets.

I had a problem with X files episodes in December and what they do is erase them first then add them back to the box when fixed within 7-14 days I reckon they will be loaded back to the platform.
I also reported a matching pair today to the helpdesk of X Files season 2 episodes.

Itunes 7.0.1 does not download Lost Season 3 episodes - files corrupted

Itunes takes 30 mins on my cable modem to download a Lost Season 3 episode and they ALWAYS fail due to Itunes saying the files is corrupted !! Error code -100008
The files are large about 500 meg
I've tried to download them at least 12 times and everytime it complains after the download that about the file being corrupted....

I have recently started having this problem in PSE8. The Adobe workaround
did work, but I don't fancy having to re register each time I use it.
What I have discovered is that it's nothing to do with the image metadata as it occurs before any image is opened.
It SEEMS to only occur if you use file/open with to open an image in the editor - IE start PSE with that command.
If you close elements down, and start it using programs/PSE/Elements (or your desktop shortcut) - the panorama feature magically works.
Each time I've opened the editor 'automatically' using image/open with, it seems to create the problem.

Why must I open iTunes in 32-bit mode to play Burn Notice Season 7 episodes on a MacOS 10.8.4 system?

I have an Intel Mac Pro (tower system) running MacOS 10.8.4 with iTunes 11.0.4 (4). Why must I open iTunes 11.0.4 (4) in 32-bit mode to play the latest (as in June 2013) episodes of Burn Notice (Season 7) when PRIOR episodes of Burn Notice (i.e., Season 6 and below) have no problems being played in 64-bit mode? But after I play the Season 7 episode ONCE in 32-bit mode iTunes, I can restart iTunes in 64-bit mode and then play that same episode without a problem? It seems like something in the file is erroneously set in 32-bit mode upon downloading from the iTunes Store that once played in a 32-bit mode iTunes, upgrades it so it can be played in a 64-bit mode iTunes. If I try to play the Season 7 episode in 64-bit mode iTunes without first playing in 32-mode iTunes, I get the dreaded error message, "This movie requires QuickTime, which is not supported by this version of iTunes."

Just got same problem.
#1. There is no Box, under Label or anywher to uncheck or check.
#2. The device I want to use does not have an update driver. What I really need if for the Box to check or uncheck which should be there according to Apple Help.
#3. I tried this, resetting the whole computer's kernal extension by using a Terminal command (although I don't like doing that). It didn't work. sudo systemsetup -setkernelbootarchitecture i386
So I reset it to: sudo systemsetup -setkernelbootarchitecture x86_64
But emphasize, again, I don't like doing SUDO commands in Terminal.
So...Anything else to try?

The Walking Dead - Season 3 - Episode "Home" Is not 1080p, it is 1076p.

I have re-downloaded The Walking Dead - Season 3 - Episode 10 "Home" more than a few times from itunes,
but the file is not 1080p resolution, it is a 1076p resolution file.
Is there anyone else who can comfirm this? I have itunes 10.6.3.25 and also have tried itunes 11 and I get the same resolution on this epsiode only.

It is one episode at a time catch up for those with the extra channels... (ie the previous week) afaik

This solves the issue. I have filed a request to get the music video added to the iTunes which hopefully it does, completing Season 3 of How I Met Your Mother.
