In case, if it is a part of Creative cloud, there are no serial numbers associated.

My serial number for adobe photoshop elements 12 and premiere elements 12 does not work
My serial number for adobe photoshop elements 12 and premiere elements 12 does not work. On adobe.com it shows that the serial number I received is associated with adobe photoshop elements 9 and premiere elements 9. I have purchased those products in the past, but just recently upgraded to elements 12. I can use the the photoshop organizer, but can't open the photoshop editor.
You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.

Need help with a activation code for Adobe Acrobat X Standard for my PC, Don't have older Version of Adobe Acrobat 9, 8 or 7.
You don't need to install the older version, you only need the serial number from your original purchase. If you don't have them to hand, did you register? If so, they should be in your Adobe account. If not you really need to contact Adobe, though it isn't clear they will be able to do anything without some proof of purchase etc.

That was assuming you never installed and registered PSE 11 before. Have you?
And I was assuming that you meant redemption code rather than serial number. Is it your serial number? If you've installed PSE before and registered it, you can go to the main page of adobe.com and look for my adobe and work through the links there and hopefully retrieve it. -

After Effects CS6 runs on 64 bit systems. You use the same serial number you use on a 32 bit system.
If you want to upgrade to the CC subscription version, you can do so on the Adobe website.

I have run PremierePro_6_LS7.exe and, having specified load with serial number, reached the point of entering the serial number.
"We are unable to validate this serial number for Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 Family."
I have checked my account and the license is on file.
The serial number is 24 digits in 6 groups of 4 characters.
Please provide an answer to this.
I've been using Adobe Premiere since 2006 and currently have CS5.5.
This is the first time I have had problems trying to download and set up a version.
It has taken most of the day so far!
