Voice dailling??

hi all any ideas how ya add a voice to a name?? no idea how to set it up??

It's unclear what you want to do.
If you mean Voice Dialing, you need to be using a BlueTooth headset - just hit the Answer button on the headset, and Voice Dialing should engage.  Check Help on your device - under Phone for details.
If you want the phone to say someone's name when they call you, you need to record their name, save it to the BlackBerry\ringtone directory on your SD card, and then set it as a personal ringtone in the BlackBerry's address book.
Although I found them to not be loud enough, AT&T Labs has a web site that will allow you to create a WAV file from text you type in using different voices, and it works with your BlackBerry's Browser.  On your BlackBerry go to http://www.research.att.com/~ttsweb/tts/demo.php, type in the text you want and click the [Speak] button.  The BlackBerry Media Player should play it back.  Once you've gotten what you want, you can play it back and save it in the Media Player, or click the [Download] button and save it.
Although you can make some very funny ring tones ("Answer the phone you dolt - it's your wife!"), as I said ultimately I found them to not be quite loud enough, although I never really tried to increase their volume either.
