Voice Note Help Please

Hi
Last night I recorded a voicenote, using Remember.
Unfortunately, it appears to have gone missing (and I don't recall deleting it); and I was wondering if there is any way to retrieve it.
Usually, if the app is minimised, or closed, the recording is saved; and can be searched for. But in this instance, the file has gone from the normal search results.
Is there a recycle bin style functionality that I can't find?
Is there anywhere missing/deleted files are put.
Would really love to get this recording back.

One option would be to check the 'File Manager' , here you will find a Voice notes folder, I would suggest checking the Device memory and Media card. If the file is not here then it may have been deleted in error and cannot be retrieved.

Just upgraded to ISO8 and now my iphone 4s won't connect to home wifi - keeps telling me that the password is incorrect when it's not - help please.......

Please help me - I've just upgraded my Iphone 4s to ISO8 and now I can't connect to wifi - was at my friends yesterday - always use his wifi and even though the password was correct, it wouldn't accept it. Came home and had the same problem. I can't use my data plan as it wouldn't be enough so now it's chewing through it.........The only thing I did different was upgrade......... I'm not computer savy so please leave me step by step instruction on how to fix if you can. I've tried rebooting etc and turning everything off - no luck.......

Have you tried resetting the network settings? Sometimes starting from scratch solves the issue and it is the simplest way I can think of that may solve your problem.
1. Go to Settings > General > Reset
2. Then select Reset Network Settings
3. Enter your password when it requests it
After the phone finishes the reset try adding your Wi-Fi again and see if that works. If not, I would back-up your phone to your computer, then reset the whole phone by following the same instructions above, but choosing Reset All Content and Settings at step two. Make sure you backup your phone first though! Otherwise you will lose all the stuff on your phone when you make this selection.

Voice VLAN Help Please

My customer has 2 SG300-52P and 5 SG300-28P. We installed a VoIP phone system earlier this year. At the time of install we placed the phone system on the native VLAN 1. Now they want to move the phone system to a new VLAN because their class C subnet is running out of addresses. DHCP is handled by their Active Directory and their router/firewall is an Untangle Box. The SG300 switches have a basic configuration only.
To move the phone system to a new VLAN I created VLAN 20 on every switch. I then turned Auto Voice VLAN on. I have every port on every switch set to trunk. Computers are plugged into back of phones. I then created a virtual interface on the Untangle Box for VLAN 20. The Untangle Box is also handling DHCP for the new VLAN. Active Directory is still handling DHCP for native VLAN.
From each switch I can ping the gateway of the new VLAN. From each computer I can ping the gateway and the phone system on the new VLAN. However, the phones will not grab an address on the VLAN and when they are set to static, they cannot communicate with other devices on the VLAN.
Any help would be highly appreciated. I am not sure what I am overlooking.

Here is an example of part of a working switch config with Zultys phones where voice VLAN is 100 and data VLAN is 10:

In your case you need a trunk port with VLAN 20 tagged on your firewall (or an access port to a separate physical port on VLAN 20. The default gateway served to the phone (or put there statically) should be the interface on the IP. Then you may also want to allow inter-vlan routing for admin access or MXIE if you are using it.
One thing to note on Zultys is by default I think the device profile disables LLDP, but on the phones it is enabled out of the box. So the first time a phone downloads its config from the Zultys it may turn of LLDP unless you checked the box to keep it on.

Cannot Save Notes-Help Please

I have experienced this problem intermittently in the past, but now things seem to be really stuck. I go to Mail and open a new Note. In the past, when I was finished I would hit the "Done" button and the note would appear in my "Notes" box under "Reminders". Right now when I try this I get the message "Error. This Note could not be saved."
Beginning in the fall I started having a problem with the program creating "extra" intermediate notes under the same name throughout the day. I also started experiencing Notes disappearing totally after hitting the "Done" button. Sometimes they would show up in strange places in various "Mail" in/out/trash boxes. Sometimes I even found them on my iPhone in my AOL inbox.
I would really appreciate any thoughts as I've been using this as my primary note taking tool.

While you might have damaged the drive, but because of how they are vertically mounted in the iMac and maybe some heat related issue, the drive could've simply just failed. Its time has come.
Tthe internal optical drives in the aluminum style iMacs because of there mounting position seem to be prone to failure.
Your AppleCare has long since expired.
You have two options. You can pay to have the drive removed and replaced with a new internal drive and risk another premature failure. At least your iMac will have a brand new internal optical drive.
OR forget about the internal drive and look for and purchase an external third party optical drive that will be much better built and last longer and you can use this drive again when and if you decide to upgrade to a newer Mac or iMac model.
Another note. If you decide to have an Apple tech replace the internal optical drive, you might ask if possible, how much to install a larger hard drive into this iMac since they have to tear down the entire iMac anyhow.

"Other" is not old text and notes. Some "Other" is there for a purpose, but if it gets too big, it probably caused by corrupt data. Doing a restore of your phone is the normal route. Make sure (as I am sure you do regularly anyway) you backup everything before doing the restore.

Multiple photos per page not working :( Please help

I see the option for multiple photos per page. It was available 5 minutes ago but now is grayed out and I can not get it back. This is very annoying. Can someone tell me why iPhoto won't let me print multiple photos on the same sheet?

Remember that we know nothing except what you tell us - that it is not working is not much
The most common reason that print multiple photos per page is grayed out is that you either have a photo size/paper size combination that will not fit multiple photos (ie trying to print 2 8x10 photos on an 8 1/2 x 11 paper) or you have not selected but one photo
If these do not help please give us some more detail on what you are doing

Open Sysem Preferences from your Apple () menu top left in your screen then select the Firewall tab.
Make sure the Firewall is turned off.

Creative live cam voice help please

Help please,
We are using the "live cam voice" model, with our computer (Vista 32bit), that appears to work OK, but after a few minutes we get the BSOD! We have tried un installing and re-installing drivers without any effect.Has anyone had this problem and if so how did you fix it.

Thanks for your response. I have tried 3 ports so far, all with the same outcome. One of my sons had it happen to him on another computer (XP SP2) using this webcam . As to programmes open at the same time, I am not computer literate and have no idea what programmes were running on each occasion.We use the webcam for Skype and apart from that I may also have IE open and perhaps Outlook Express. Over and above those CS4 sometimes.
If I cannot resolve this, can any one suggest another webcam please.

BB Curve 9360 wont let me download music, receive pictures or display pictures, or receive voice notes... HELP!

ever since i put my songs off my phone onto my laptop to then transfer onto my iPod i have been having serious difficulty with my phone, i cant receive pictures, voice notes and cannot download music. i have tried everything, i have deleted blackberry messenger, deleted app world, wiped the phone 3 times, taken the battery out a lot and also tried to restore factory settings (dont know if it worked). its really frustrating that i cant even download a song or receive a picture! please help because i dont know how much longer i can go before i smash the thing up!!
all suggestions are appreciated!

I upgraded my iPhone 4 last evening to iOS 6, the upgrade completed and the device was usable. Then in the morning I went to the device to check E-mail, Voice Messages, Test Messages, etc... and the phone was dead. I tried plugging the device into a charger (for a couple of hours) - still dead. Plugged into computer with iTunes, device not recognized or discovered, and iPhone was still dead... Took the iPhone into an Apple Store and the Technician looked it over for any visible signs of defect/malfunction, then performed various tasks to breathe life into the phone - nothing... His suggestion, at this point, was to replace the phone. He speculated that the iOS upgrade possibly corrupted the iPhone's charging firmware, and that this device was now a BRICK. Keep in mind that the phone and it's charging abilities were perfectly fine prior to the iOS Upgrade. I hate to go through the replacement hassle and the cost ($159.00) when the iOS upgrade caused the problem. Any suggestions? Thanks!

There are no alternative voicemail apps - the core functionality of the phone can not be replaced.
You'll have to look for an external service, that can then forward calls for each caller onto the correct phone.
At our business we use Voipfone.co.uk which allows multiple phone lines to come into one VOIP account.
