Voice over vpn-call not completing

Hi folks,
I got a problem,where with voice over vpn. So far my voip calls were running purely on shared IP internet. Today we had tried to make two side a vpn site-to-site tunnel and send traffic thru.vpn is working. (md5,des)
The problem We faced is when i dial a number, the other side party's phone rings for 6-8 seconds and the call gets disconnected.Whether or not the called party answers the call gets disconnected after 6-8 secs. Iam not getting any ring back, while actually other side phone rings. No voice is going thru.
my network is normalpbx--to--Cisco3800 to--Pix--to--QuintumGateway
isdn debug shows Cause code18-no user responding.
help me on this...

Anyway my best guess is the PIX:)
Check timers, check security policies.

IOS 6 ibooks voice over funtionality does not work

Ibooks voice over activation behavior not the same as in 5.1. Once voice over is activated I am unable to select the text much less get it to scroll. Single clicking does not select the text line. Double clicking doesn't either. Swiping two finger down doesn't (auto scroll) function either. Is this a hiccup or has enabling it changed?

New release of IBooks 2 fixes the problem. It is the IOS 6 release.

BBM Voice and Video calls not working

I'm using BB Z3 OS: 10.3.1 and my friend using BB Z3 OS: 10.2.1, we both are using BBM over wifi and our BBM is upto-date but when i'm dailing call, "Connecting to BBM video service, please wait and try again" error apears, why we unable to make voice or video calls? any one tell me?

The last I read, BBM voice and video is not available in Pakistan.
I believe it is in UAE.

TS3274 My Air Ipad keeps switching to voice-over, it will not allow me to enter my password. It keeps saying that I've entered the wrong password. It's asking for a password of zero value. How can I correct this.

When I enter my personal password that I created, it say it the wrong password, then it say try again in 5 minutes and shuts itself down. Is anyone else having this issue and how can I fix it?

Your best bet would be to restore your iPad if it is not accepting your passcode. Check out the article below to walk you putting your iPad into recovery mode and using iTunes to restore it.

Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to shut down.
While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
Continue holding the Home button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.
iTunes will alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then restore the device.

I am trying to turn off the Voice Over and can not scroll the IPAD to the accessibility tab

I am not sure how but the Voice Over on my IPAD came on. I have read that if I go to the settings, General, Acessibility I should be able to turn it off. I am unable to scroll the touch screen to the Acessibllity tab. thanks

Connect your iPad to iTunes on your computer.
Under the Summary tab for your iPad sync preferences with iTunes, at the bottom select Configure Universal Access. Turn it off there and select OK.

Voice Over Custom Pronunciations not Sticking?

I'm trying to customize the pronunciations in the Voice Over utility in Lion and they're not working. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or if I might be doing something wrong.
Here's what I've done so far:
-Opened Voice Over Utility and selected the 'Speech' tab
-Selected 'Pronunciation' and made 4 entries
-The original word is under the 'Text' heading
-The new pronunciation is under the 'Substiution' heading
-'All Applications' is selected under 'Application' (I assume this would mean that the changes should take effect in all apps)
-'Ignore Case' is checked
I open up TextEdit and type the 4 words. Each word is entered under its own line and a period is after it for a pause. I hit Option+esc and the new pronunciations are ignored.
I've logged out and tried again. Still no substitutions are heard--only the original mis-pronunciation.
I've rebooted and tried again. Same thing.
Any idea what I might be doing wrong?

You do realize voicemail is a carrier feature. What have you done to fix this, have you gone in and at least try to change the greeting?

Voice Over Key Command Not working.

I have a MacBook pro with Intel. I recently installed Leopard and was fooling around with voice over. I was able to turn on voice over via CommandfnF5 but was not able to turn it off via this key combination which you are supposed to be able to do. I found to Command+F5 turns voice over off. Is this problem documented anywhere? Is it just my computer? Let me know.

New Imac 10.5.1 This seems to be related to my own problem. That is in the area of Control/Function Keys. They dont work as should(ie Ctrl-f2 highlight menu). But if I activate VoiceOver(Cmd-f5) they start working, additionally the apple menu shows 5 extra duplicated/additional items.( Mac OS X Software/Force Quit Safari/Restart/Shut Down/Log Out user).
Changing the keyboard to an older one gets the Ctrl-f2 command working as expected.
Applecare's computers had the same problem so it is OS issue.

Opening Files Over VPN - Slow, Not Working

My home computer is connected to the office network via a VPN. The goal is to be able to work directly on files that are hosted on the office's development server. I've mapped a network drive, and I have no problem accessing these files with explorer. However, when I try to open them with Dreamweaver (or CF Builder) the program(s) hang.
Is there any way to fix this?

You are not alone, I have the same problem and a quick search on the web reveals others are having the same problem (yet no answers). It does seem to be an issue with DW; my other programs work fine in VPN.

Voice over button is not working.

when i turn on the ipod it automatically reproduce the playlists but after that it doesnt work. i press it once, twice, i hold it, nothing. it was working fine till yersterday. please help it is really new.

Did you enable VoiceOver to be turned on using 3 clicks on the Home Button?
Settings > General > Accessibility - Triple click Home button for...

Voice over not in sequence?

I recorded a voice over to a sequence yesterday in Premiere Pro CC and opened it today, and the voice over was there. Now I'm trying to open the sequence with the voice overs after closing the application, and the sequence opens, but the voice over tracks are not in the timeline. Only the A1 track has audio in it, but I recorded in A2 and A3 as well.
All the audio files are saved in the project files, so I know they are on my computer. Just for some reason I can't find the sequence with the voice over tracks in it. I have over 500 voice overs, and would really really like to not have to line them up since they were already lined up. Help?

See if you can open an auto save or a (save a) copy from another location on your hard drive.

Voice over in settings will not stay off

I cant get voice over to turn off completely, only pause with the tapping on the screen when i am in settings, the fields are highlighted, requiring a double tap. The green button will move to off and then right back on. I have done a hard reboot and a reset. I need to get rid of this highlighting and voice please!!

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
I'd like you to try and turn off the VoiceOver feature using iTunes, that way you can avoid any unecessary extra taps that might be causing the issue.
Connect your iPod touch, iPhone, or iPad to your computer and select your device.
Click the Summary button.
Click Configure Universal Access (below Options).
Select the accessibility features you want to use, and click OK.
Click Apply.
