Voice prompt is abled, asking for my 4 digit security
Voice prompt is active, (Although I did not turn it on) it's asking for my 4 digit security #,the voice speaks the pressed # but they do not appear in box's.
So I cannot move forward, so locking me out of my iPhone.
I have rebooted, with no luck.
Incoming calls go straight to message bank
Anyone got a good Idea???
Press Home.
Tap Settings. Then double-tap Settings.
Tap General. Then double-tap General.
Use three fingers on the screen to scroll to Accessibility.
Tap Accessibility. Then double-tap Accessibility.
Tap VoiceOver. Then double-tap VoiceOver.
Tap "On" next to VoiceOver. Then double-tap "On" to turn it off.
Remember, you tap the number, then double-tap to enter the number, for your passcode.

Your CVV code is asked for whenever the Terms & Conditions for the iTunes Store have changed, or if you access the iTunes Store from a new device, This prompt does not indicate any actual charges.
Yes it is okay to enter your CVV code on free apps, as well as any apps from the iTunes Store as you are giving your CVV code to APPLE itself, and not to the app developer.

i updated my ipad mini to IOS7 and now before i begin it asks for a 4 digit passcode i was never prompted to set one up durring download now i am locked out
FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port. Do not release button until you see picture of iTunes and plug (very important)
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...

Why does Apple TV ask for my credit card security code??
Tried to rent a movie all day. Cannot get passed Apple TV asking for my credit card security code. Entering it does not work, changing the credit card in itunes does not work. Am able to rent directly on my phone (there's a wasted $6 but was curious if was itunes or Apple TV). What is going on???
Thanks diesel....tried that as well, but failed to mention it in my OP. No luck. Also rebooted, unplugged, reset, etc....no luck as well. It has to be something on the ATV though since it rented just fine on my phone. I have 13 $1 pending charges on the 2nd credit card I tried, so it was looking, just not verifying.....strange. Have to think it wouldn't be my bank though, since again, renting on my phone went fine.

my daughter is trying to download apps on her iphone and it keeps asking for answers to my security questions. the problem is, the questions its asking are not the questions i picked....i do not know the answers. how can i get around this?
I was told that if you reset the password then u can get in and reset the security questions, but I am having problems with it. Apple also has a page on it in there support area, u just have to type it into the search engine and it gives u a list a messages about security questions and support pages.

It on, it asked for a four digit pass code. After several guess attempts, making me wait for an hour to try each time, I gave up. The next day, it asked me to connect to iTunes. I remain locked up with that request. I've re-booted several times and get same request.
Advice!! Help!You have to reset the iPad using iTunes if you can not remember your passcode.

I have tried over and over to send this large file. I've never synced before so i got that all set up. Then asking for master passwork to security device. Don't think I had ever set up an account so did that and created password. When trying to send the email I ask to link it goes to 'box' and I authorize thunderbird to use use it. then it ask for master password and I type that in and it doesn't work. I have reset master pw for firefox and thunderbird and still can't get it to work. I really don't know what I am doing here so any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It contained some information about what to do if TB keeps asking for a 'Master Password' which was never set. This was an old bug that was resolved years ago, so it is surprising you are getting it assuming the Thunderbird Master Password was never set.
However, your comments are confusing because they are conflicting; in your question you say:

At no point does it say uninstall Mozilla Thunderbird program, so I do not know why you would do it. Uninstalling the Program has nothing to do with your Profile for very obvious reasons.

Assuming your Profile was stored in the default place, it can be located here:

Thunderbird must be closed before doing anything in the Profile folders.
If you have since reinstalled Thunderbird, you can also use it to get quick access to your Profile folders.

Settings>general>resets>erase all content and settings.
That will put it back to its out of the box state. Set it up with your own apple Id. -

If you don't know it, you can restore your phone from the computer to which it was last synched to remove the password,
If that computer is not available, you'll have to put the phone in DFU mode and restore it as a brand new device. -

That means you input your billing information. And the security code is the three digit code ont he back of your credit card.

I am on Holliday and started an iOS upgrade to my iPAD 2, yesterday. The security lock have never been enabled. After the upgrade via WiFi in the hotel, the iPAD asks for a 4 digit kode to access my iPAD! ?????? APPLE, what programming subroutine is forgotten during functional testing prior to release of the latest iOS upgrade???? - Now from a borrowed hotel guest computer I post my ”HELP NEEDED”. Please advice if there is a way to skip a security kode I never enabled (nor even tried out and diabled) – WITHOUT spending time to find a Apple store helpdesk that restore via iTunes, and delete all my local data.

SpannishFLYDuring the setup of iOS 7 which you went through after installation it asked if you wished to create a passcode. It is possible to skip setting up a passcode at this step but you must have created one.
If you can't remember the passcode and you have enabled "find my iPad" you can use http://www.icloud.com/ to remote erase your iPad, then you can set it up again, and restore it from an iCloud backup.
