Voice quality problems on iPhone 5s with IOS 7.02 on Verizon.I

I have a brand new iPhone 5s with IOS 7.02 on Verizon. Everything works great except when on talk on the phone the normal way. When I do that, people tell me they can hardly hear me. But, when I put them on the speaker phone, they can hear me very well. Also, Voice Memos, and SIri all work just fine. It is only when I talk on the phone the normal way (without the speakerphone on) that the voice quality I am transmitting is very low. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks very much.

Apple helped me solve this problem. They gave me a brand new iPhone 5s. The were just great in their support. It appears that my first iPhone 5s had a faulty "audio chip." This is the chip that changes the frequency of your voice as you talk into the microphone; Apple explained that it is one frequency when talking on the phone, and another where using the speakerphone, and another when using Siri, and another when using voice memos, etc. You use the same 2 microphones for all of these applications (one at the bottom of the phone, and one my the camera lens), but the "audio chip" adjusts the freqency based on the applicaiton you are using. So, on my first iPhone 5s, my "audio chip" was defective, so they gave me a new iPhone 5s, and it has been working just fine. I had the most current IOS operating system on the original iPhone 5s with the faulty "audio chip," and on my new iPhone 5s which works great. Hope this helps. The technicians at Apple Customer Care and at the Apple Store are very aware of this problem with potentially defective "audio chips" in some of the iPhone 5s's. Cheers, Clarence from Cleveland.

This is a typical response from the manufacturer. Did you try the fix that Lawrence mentioned. When Apple or any other phone manufacturer update phone software, they have the latest Bluetooth installed. It is usually the problem with the radio manufacturer that they devices are using the older Bluetooth protocols. You can try this support document http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3581 and see if anything there helps, but generally it requires the radio manufacturer to update their firmware.

IPhone 5 with iOS 6.01 WIFI to 3G/LTE problems

I'm using an iPhone 5 with iOS 6.01...Whenever I leave my wi-fi range and it connects to 3G or LTE, I cannot use the network, safari requests stand still, texting doesn't work, basically all network connectivity is gone. I have to reset the connection by turning airplane mode on then off. I've only noticed this after the 6.01 update. I tried doing a hard reset but it didn't solve the problem. Anyone else in the same boat?

I have the same issue. Had it with 6.0 and now the same with 6.0.1. It also happens for me after I've been on a call for a period of time. You can also turn off and then turn on the data connection in the Cellular options as an alternative to the airplane mode. I have not seen any clear answer to fix this issue in the discussions.
Apple Support today had be restore my setup on the iPhone again. I'm waiting to see if anything from the restore has resolved this. I also pulled the sim card and let that reset as well.

I just got iPhone 5C with IOS 7.1.1. When I'm trying to connect to my wifi, it asks for username and password. No other Apple product has ever before asked me for a wifi username. Are you sure your phone has not been unlocked or jailbroken at some time as the same thing happened to me.
I had the phone secondhand and did not know. Updating to IOS 5 locked the phone back to the original service provider which was AT&T in USA and I am in UK.

It is normal to an extent for the iPhone to get warm during charging. If your iPhone is currently in a case, you may want to try charging it without one and see if the issue occurs, as the design of the iPhone uses the exterior of the device as a cooling surface. I can't do that because the device was purchased from United Arab Emirates and I got it as a gift in Syria but the problem is that there is not even a single apple store in Syria so is there another way to fix that, I googled it and was told to jailbreak the device whitch I did and than hacktivated it but the problem is the device doesn't connect to any network and only shows "no service" and the battery draining too fast so is there any other way to fix this issue

I have a 16 GB iPhone 5S with iOS 8.1.3. The problem I have is that I can't create any new reminders, at all. The problem started with my iPhone 4 (which I had before this phone), and I was using iOS 7 when the problem arose (but it didn't start immediately after I switched to iOS 7).
One day when I had the iPhone 4, I noticed that all my reminders had disappeared, and that I couldn't create any mew ones because the New List + button is grayed out. I didn't try to fix it until I got my 5S. I got to the "Scheduled" list and was able to type in a reminder (I thought I was a genius). But then when the time I'd set for the reminder actually came around, nothing happened, and when I checked Reminders, the reminder I'd entered was gone.
I tried using Siri to set a reminder but she said she couldn't.
I've tried Googling it, but it just says to press the + button to make a new list, and then start typing.
I recently got a MacBook Air which I synced up to my phone, and all my old reminders from my iPhone 4 are there, and I can create new reminders. Except they don't show up on my phone (which I think they're supposed to do, right?). They do show up on my computer, though.
I've taken to emailing myself things I need to remember, which is fine, I guess, but sometimes they get buried in my inbox.
Any help would be fantastic!
Also, if you'd like me to clarify anything, I'm happy to do so because I don't know how much sense this makes.

Sadly, spoofing doesn't really require much hacking, All a spammer would need to use your email address for spoofing would be your email address. If it's also being sent to your contacts, your email account may well have been hacked. But that would have happened on the server level. Your phone wouldn't have been involved. Unfortunately, once the miscreants have your contact list, changing your password will not get that back. Changing the password to something strong may help prevent future misuse.
